My Galaxy 22 needed a new screen protector. We were closeby the Janss Airtech shop. Eddie, the G.M. for the location dud not have a glass cover, so he suggested a film cover which protects the screen from scratches, if not impact. He took about 10 (very efficient) minutes to do the job. I could see no flaw in the application, but Eddie was not satisfied. He made an extraordinary gesture of great personal/business contact. All in, a really great job and a very nice person is Eddie. read more

They are the nicest most professional people in there. We have gone in so many times to help fix my wife's phone and they always go above and beyond to make sure everything is done correctly and even cleaned out her computer during the fix. They have more than fair pricing and always remember us when we come in. Great customer service and highly reccomend read more

Amazinggggh service. I had gotten my phone repaired at a different place and they totally messed up my phone. So I came in today, they gave me a run down of what could've caused the issues in my phone, gave me a call to let me know they had to replace a part to check if it was okay with me. Came in to pick up my phone everything was fixed and very affordable (I truly believed that the repair was going to cost an arm and a leg). I 100% recommend going here to get your phone fixed at a reasonable price!!! read more

Went in because my friend phone was dying randomly. The sales rep immediately diagnosed the battery as the problem. He stated that the technician would not be in the store until later that day, and he took down my number to give me a call. A few hours later I got a call and came into the store. Phone was fixed within 45 mins. Both the technician (didn't get his name) and the sales rep (Kevin) were extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. read more

I was trying to find somewhere to bring my phone for a battery replacement. When I mentioned how I was looking for a genuine battery the owner replied very rudely and said I won't find what I'm looking for even at Apple. But I trust Apple and even spoke to them last week. I didn't appreciate being called a liar. read more

I went here for a screen replacement on my workhorse OnePlus Android phone, after I accidentally crushed my phone locally with the sliding door of my U-Haul. The motherboard was intact so the screen was ordered and replaced in a just a few short days. They also cleaned out the blocked internal phone speaker (it was like that after phone was returned to me during a previous fix at a cell shop in the valley) for free, which boosted the volume of my speakerphone by 50-60%, so I'm no longer saying, "can you repeat that please"! Kevin was great when I initially called, and their pricing was 80 bucks less than 4 or 5 other repair places I called beforehand that gave me astronomical quotes and lengthy wait times for such a simple screen replacement fix. Kevin and the manager are very professional. Highly recommend! Note: if you're not familiar with the area, the shop (with its own entrance from the corridor) is tucked back behind the bigger stores fronting the parking lot. The mall has open-air corridors, so head towards the fountain in these walkable areas and you'll see it if your GPS is slightly off. Bonus: an axe-throwing gallery is nearby! Yay. read more

I will be short and to the point. Kevin was extremely helpful. Very competent young man. Didn't press me to buy anything likeost places do, just gave me his opinion. Did a great job installing the product as well I l.o.v.e going to places where they still know what customer service is all about read more

They did an excellent job, responded right away when I messaged them and the price was fair. Extremely convenient location and very nice technician. Would definitely go there again if I needed help with a device. read more

I couldn't plug my charger into my IPhone. I called a competitor at the Oaks Mall and received a quote over the phone. When I arrived there they doubled the price saying my complete charging port needed to be replaced because of damaged pins. I walk over to a different store in the mall and they told me the same thing and quoted me a slightly lower price. Luckily, I found Airtech online on Yelp. I called and spoke with Kevin over the phone. He was very professional. He said he didn't have the part, but he gave me a fair price of $50 which was cheaper than the others I dealt with. I told him to order the part and he promised to call me in a few days when the part came in. An hour later he called back and said his technician found the part in his stock and could do the job that day. I came in and Kevin was busy on the phone. I ended up dealing with Amir, the technician. He confirmed the $50 price and said it would be about an hour. He said if for some reason he could just clean the port it would only be $15. I told him two different competitors already looked at it and confirmed the port was damaged and needed to be replaced. I came back an hour later and Amir was happy to show me that some debris was lodged in the port and he was able to clean it without replacing anything. He then said it's only $15. What a pleasure it was to work with professional and honest people after getting the runaround. I would highly recommend the Airtech Thousand Oaks store for any cell phone repairs. read more

Perfect service. Had my daughters IPhone X screen fixed. Phone was working but bottom section had a big crack and touch wasn't. Airtech gave me the best price - I solicited bids from around the area. I went in on Sunday, talked to rep within 5 minutes and out in 2. After 45 minutes they called me and said everything was ready. Phone looks great again. read more

They were great! I dropped an broke my phone screen the day after my child did the same thing with hers. We took both phones in and they replaced both screens quickly and efficiently. They work hard to make sure you are happy. Perfect repairs. Friendly. And the price was 1/3 to 1/2 other places I called. I recommend. I would go back there with any problem and know they will fix it if it's fixable and at a great price. They were also very very nice to my disabled daughter who was thrilled with her phone being fixed like new. read more

I went on an international trip and couldn't figure out how to convert my iphone to e-sim. I dropped my phone and a big white bar appeared on the right side of my screen. I tried resetting my phone a few times but it would just come back. I called right away because I had come there previously to get my screen replaced when I had dropped my phone before. They told me that they could open up my phone and reconnect a few wires for free but if that didn't work I would have to pay $75 for them to replace my screen. They ended up having to replace my screen but they did a great job! Definitely recommend! read more

WORST experience ever! I left in tears. They replaced my phone but actually broke it in the process, and then refused to fix it..even tried to blame me for their error. My daughters phone, had a tiny crack about a month and a half ago. While at the mall, I got a few quotes from some vendors and at $95, I was not sure this was the time to deal with a chunk of our budget to deal with her phone when SHE did the damage! LOL.... Fast forward, the screen broke more. Finally causing the phone to be unusable..... AirTech-saved the day. The screen was BEYOND broken to the point the "pressure" was pushing random buttons causing phone to "lock up". It was a MESS! Well, we dropped it off at 10am and came back at 12:45pm and the phone is in its ALMOST original beauty. New case, new screen protector, new screen....cost what I would have paid at the mall. Will I ever give the mall the business? NOPE! AirTech-I have an iPad that needs a new screen too..... I think I've found my new phone place! Oh and as mentioned, Omar helped us. HE is AWESOME! read more

I never leave reviews, however this needs to be said. We had our phone fixed less than a month ago for iPhone 8. Was told there was a 30 day warranty of anything happens. Less than 3 weeks later, the entire screen came off. It did not crack just fell off. We went back in and was told we "intentionally" pulled the screen off! Basically caking my daughter a liar. No 16 year old will intentionally do this. They live and die for their iPhone. Was told now it would be $100 more. Didn't stand behind the warranty nor even give a discount whatsoever. Actually was rude and acted like they could careless. Not professional at all. There are many other options in the area that handle customer service issues much better that we have now found and repaired the phone. If I could leave zero stars I would..... read more

Came in for an IPhone 7 screen repair after reading reviews and a recommendation from a friend. Repair went smoothly and picked it up an hour later. About a week later I started having trouble with home button, which eventually led to it stop working and the phone bringing up the onscreen button. Everything I've read online makes it seem like a defective ribbon or connection. Going in now to claim warranty so I'll update review once I see how they stand by their service. Update: Took my phone in for them to look at and they said it seemed like a faulty screen. No hassling or argument. They replaced the screen while I waited and put on a new screen protector free of charge. Level of service from them is top notch with a friendly group of guys at this location. read more

The guys at AirTech ROCK! My boyfriend's phone stopped working, they thought it might be the screen. They told him they would order the screen and if that didn't work they wouldn't charge him for it! WHO DOES BUSINESS LIKE THAT ANYMORE? The screen worked and that phone is fixed! They have life long customers. My broken screen is next to get fixed. Oh, and I promised to buy a case to protect it! LOL They are always busy and this is why! They are great guys who know their shit! I recommend Eddy and his staff at AirTech! read more

I was fourth in line when I walked in. Eddie was working in triage mode and made quick work of it. He took my phone, asked all the questions and ran a handful of checks and deduced a dead motherboard. :( He sized up options for between him and all other services available for data recovery along with the costs. I determined my lost data was not yet worth the estimated costs to recover but for the nearly solid 20 minutes he worked on my phone there was no charge. He has definitely earned my business when I need cell work again. Very patient, straight forward problem solver. Thanks Eddie. I'll be back. read more
