Eddie, the G.M. for the location dud not have a glass cover, so he suggested a film cover which protects the screen from scratches, if not impact. I went here for a screen replacement on my workhorse OnePlus Android phone, after I accidentally crushed my phone locally with the sliding door of my U-Haul. The motherboard was intact so the screen was ordered and replaced in a just a few short days. They also cleaned out the blocked internal phone speaker (it was like that after phone was returned to me during a previous fix at a cell shop in the valley) for free, which boosted the volume of my speakerphone by 50-60%, so I'm no longer saying, "can you repeat that please"! Kevin was great when I initially called, and their pricing was 80 bucks less than 4 or 5 other repair places I called beforehand that gave me astronomical quotes and lengthy wait times for such a simple screen replacement fix. Kevin and the manager are very professional. Highly recommend! Note: if you're not familiar with the area, the shop (with its own entrance from the corridor) is tucked back behind the bigger stores fronting the parking lot. I couldn't plug my charger into my IPhone. I called a competitor at the Oaks Mall and received a quote over the phone. When I arrived there they doubled the price saying my complete charging port needed to be replaced because of damaged pins. I walk over to a different store in the mall and they told me the same thing and quoted me a slightly lower price. Luckily, I found Airtech online on Yelp. I called and spoke with Kevin over the phone. He was very professional. He said he didn't have the part, but he gave me a fair price of $50 which was cheaper than the others I dealt with. I told him to order the part and he promised to call me in a few days when the part came in. An hour later he called back and said his technician found the part in his stock and could do the job that day. I came in and Kevin was busy on the phone. I ended up dealing with Amir, the technician. He confirmed the $50 price and said it would be about an hour. He said if for some reason he could just clean the port it would only be $15. I told him two different competitors already looked at it and confirmed the port was damaged and needed to be replaced. I came back an hour later and Amir was happy to show me that some debris was lodged in the port and he was able to clean it without replacing anything. He then said it's only $15. I dropped my phone and a big white bar appeared on the right side of my screen. I tried resetting my phone a few times but it would just come back. I called right away because I had come there previously to get my screen replaced when I had dropped my phone before. They told me that they could open up my phone and reconnect a few wires for free but if that didn't work I would have to pay $75 for them to replace my screen. My daughters phone, had a tiny crack about a month and a half ago. I never leave reviews, however this needs to be said. We had our phone fixed less than a month ago for iPhone 8. Was told there was a 30 day warranty of anything happens. Less than 3 weeks later, the entire screen came off. It did not crack just fell off. We went back in and was told we "intentionally" pulled the screen off! Basically caking my daughter a liar. No 16 year old will intentionally do this. They live and die for their iPhone. Was told now it would be $100 more. Didn't stand behind the warranty nor even give a discount whatsoever. Came in for an IPhone 7 screen repair after reading reviews and a recommendation from a friend. Repair went smoothly and picked it up an hour later. About a week later I started having trouble with home button, which eventually led to it stop working and the phone bringing up the onscreen button. Everything I've read online makes it seem like a defective ribbon or connection. Going in now to claim warranty so I'll update review once I see how they stand by their service. Update: Took my phone in for them to look at and they said it seemed like a faulty screen. No hassling or argument.
