Found a place in Camarillo to repair it but they quoted me 3 to 5 days because the phone was old and they didn't stock the screen I needed. I figured I'd try the Apple Store in Thousand Oaks, however while I was walking through the mall to get there I saw this place. I'm so glad I did. These guys are life savers! They were cordial, professional and had the screen replaced in 20 minutes at a very reasonable rate. You can't ask for more than that. I'll be using them again definitely should the need arise. I had gotten my back glass repaired, they did an awful job, I went back to request a refund, they offered to fix it again. I said yes. They have ruined my phone with this second repair. I can no longer use my Apple Pay, my maps and I cannot hear calls without the speaker on. These damages are going to cost even more and I'm a broke college student I can't afford this at all. I was quoted $85.00 to get my cracked screen and matte privacy screen protector replaced on my Iphone 11 Pro. I know it seems cheap thats why I was in disbelief and had to double down and make sure the guy understood what he just quoted me for. I went in the next day to get it done and the guy completely forgot that he quoted me that price and didn't even want to believe me at first. After agreeing (again) to do the repair, I waited about 2 hours for it to get done, which is pretty quick in my opinion. Unfortunately, my phone has been glitchy since then. The screen they used is a cheap aftermarket bulky screen so it looks and feels weird.They replaced my screen protector but gave me the cheapest one they had and it's not the same type I had on my phone when I came in. My phone starts glitching out taking screenshots and calling random contacts when I place it on my MagSafe charger so can't do that anymore. And finally, my faceID doesn't work because the guy didn't clean the "new" screen before installing it so there is a bunch of gunk inside the screen blocking the camera lens. Did I mention they don't use certified apple products? My phone is CONSTANTLY reminding me that there is a "foreign" part installed that could cause issues to the way it works. Went there due to a cracked outer lens cover on an iPhone. It was replaced quickly but issues developed soon after and the camera is shaking and making noises. Went back and he looked at it and said they can't do anything about it. After leaving I noticed that the lens cover is definitely dirty and there are spots on the inside. Not sure why the tech didn't notice that or say anything about it. Even if the issue was caused by something else, you think he'd say something about it being dirty. I don't remember if they cleaned it out beforehand (it was cracked before), so maybe they slapped the new glass cover on a dirty area and now the dirt is just getting on the cover? Guess we learned our lesson about third party repair. read more

DO NOT repair your iPhone screen here!! I came in to replace a cracked screen on my iPhone and 3 weeks later the LCD cracked and now I have a black circle on my phone. Didn't even drop my phone and kept extra care after replacing my screen. Went in to have replaced under warranty and they tried to charge me again. They use cheap LCD screens and won't even warranty their own work. You can buy these cheap screens on Amazon and do it yourself for a fraction of the price. This place has poor quality and poor customer service! Find a legitimate business who will take pride in their work and not try to scam you. read more

Repair to my iPad took a lot longer than I wanted. Unfortunately they had some employee issues that was out of anyone's control due to Covid. The owners are now back at the store full time, and have resolved them. My iPad repair got caught up in a series of events with these issues, but ultimately everything was made right. I came across this place in the mall and previously reached out to apple if they could fix my back phone screen but apple was going to charge me $360. When this guy told me he could fix it for $200 I said why not? Cheaper than apple and the job gets done right? No. He fixed my screen, it looked very nice. Shortly after leaving I tried to take a picture and notice it was blurry and not focusing. The guy said that he did not touch the camera and I probably did it. The guy said he could fix my camera for $25!!?? When he should fix it for free since he messed it up. I told him my camera was perfectly fine before he fixed the back and showed him photos I took with it before he fixed the back screen WITH time stamps. Long story short he replaces the lenses. And my camera is STILL NOT focusing on objects or able to take a selfie. He then proceeds to tell me that I can order the $100 part and he can fix it for free. Like WHAT?? This man should be paying for it! Not only did I pay $200 for an issue to be fixed. But caused another issue that cost me $295 through my provider to get a replacement phone since I cannot take pictures with it. This store should be giving me a $200 refund and paying for my $295 phone replacement! He took these photos of himself while trying to figure out what he did wrong to my camera. Buyer beware. They do not accept returns even if they tell you they will. If you open the box it's over -even if the item doesn't work, which was the case for me. They have a kiosk and a store in the mall. Lavisa and the fix. When I made my purchase the owner explicitly said if anything doesn't work bring it back. Well, the watch cover didn't work for touch. The screen did not respond. You MUST open the box to find that out. He said you can exchange it -but for what if it doesn't work? I don't need anything else in the store. I had a screen protector replaced on my phone last week at The Fix and now it has a bubble in it. I went back yesterday to have them fix the bubble as it clearly was not installed properly. I was told they don't guarantee it and I'd need to buy a new one. Lesson learned! Now that I need to pay $27 again for a new protector I am sure not replacing it there. Have an IPhone 11. This guys are doing amazing job. They fix your broken screen in just 15 minutes. You get your phone back like new. I also sow them fixing back glass of an iphone. It was impressive. The girl was very happy with her fixed phone. They are reasonably priced. And the service they give is fantastic. They have tones of cases for any phone you have. I didn't know that there are different types of protection glasses for your screen, the guy at register showed me 3 or 4 options for my screen protection. They even have cases for air pods. Erdem, the technician who fixed my phone, was very good. The quality of workmanship was excellent and took under 2 hours. I was fixing the back glass on my iphone 11 so I could get an upgrade and credit for my old phone. The fix was $135 but I was able to trade my phone in for an $800 credit so it was well worth it. I made an appointment, I recommend doing this. Erdem even told me to bring back my new phone when I got it and he would put the glass protector on it no charge. I did and am glad, he did a way better job than I normally do! read more

TLDR: Good customer service, low quality cases and screen protectors; no refunds. Would not recommend. These guys are geniuses for having a kiosk right outside of the Apple Store. They catch the poor fools suffering from Apple induced sticker shock on accessories at a weak moment... I was one of those fools. For my brand new iPhone Xr, I purchased a case and a screen protector. The case I bought has a fold out metal ring in the center of the back for retention when being held and also as a stand when viewing video on the phone. It's only been a little over a week since I bought my phone and accessories and already the metal ring has come off the back off the case and the screen protector has a few nicks on the edges and hairline scratches. And no, I don't treat my devices poorly. I was charged $20 for the case and $20 for the screen protector with "free lifetime replacement." Both appears to be of substandard quality. (Apple was asking $60 for an Otterbox case with integrated pop socket, and $30 for screen protector). My first hint that something might be suspect was the sign that said "No refunds. All sales final." Buyer beware... On the positive side, the guy manning the booth, Adam, was very friendly and professional. Needless to say, I *do not* recommend going to these guys for cases or screen protectors. Never again... read more

The Fix BROKE my phone and KEPT MY MONEY! I gave them a chance to fix it and and they could not. I brought my working phone in with a cracked screen & back glass and they broke it. It shuts down every 2 minutes. I took it to Apple after The Fix could not repair and Apple verified (in writing!) the broke my logic board. Apple said you never repair broken back glass on phone older than iPhone 12 and any licensed technician would know this. They ruined my phone AND refuse to refund my money! If I could leave a 0 I would. If you choose to go in here I warn you the process of them "fixing" your phone may make it worse. All I needed was a screen replacement. I had no issues with my phone, camera, or battery life previously so I thought I should just fix my screens. I came in to fix my screens on the back and front of my iPhone 13. I had to wait well over an hour and a half when I was told it would be 30/40 minutes. Then immediately after I received my phone I noticed problems that were not there before. My front camera stopped working. Before hand with the cracked screen it worked perfectly fine and had no cracks specifically on the camera. I could still FaceTime and take clear photos. My back flashlight does not work anymore and as well my phone dies in about 20 minutes. I informed them of this and they refused a refund and would rather me spend more of my money to "fix" and "see" the issue. I now have to replace my phone due to a specific irresponsible employee. They also market themselves as affordable when both of my screens costed almost over $300! Do not come here if you want the chance of a money pit to fund their store. read more

Located in a kiosk right next to the Apple Store where you'll be tempted to get a screen fixed with them to save a little money and avoid lines- but don't. I was quoted $199 to repair with Apple and was charged $110 with them. Within 2 DAYS I noticed my new screen with hairline cracks through out. I took the phone back to her to show her and was basically told OH WELL. These people do horrible work, and know it. BEWARE of these con artists. I broke the screen and I had called Apple who told me I would need to pay a $29 fee on top of the holding fee for the cost of whatever the phone was priced at this time it's currently priced at 549 so instead I went to The Fix and the guy was super nice and polite. He was able to fix my phone 15 minutes and I was able to get a screen protector to go along with it all in all he saved me a ton of money and time! When I have to write a negative review it is to help others to not have the same HORRIBLE experience my wife and I had to go through. I bought my wife an iPhone 13 Pro Max a few days ago, and coming out of the apple store my wife wanted to get a case for the phone so we stopped at THE FIX and bought a phone case. Once we got home we noticed the case was defective near the mute button was bent out of shape. As soon as we could three days later we go back to The Fix and show the sales person the case was defective and immediately got aggressive....wheres your receipt and I told him the iPhone 13 Pro Max is brand new and all he could say is we must have made it defective. I sopped him and said either replace the case or I will call my credit card company and cancel the charge and he said go ahead I don't own this place I don't care. When I got home I went on Amazon and bought the same exact case for 9.99 and I set it tomorrow not the 29.99 I spent at The fix. Save your money go on Amazon horrible customer service. read more

Honestly horrible experience! Got our phone fixed (spending close to 160) and the next day it was broken. When we returned to have it fixed within the 30 day warranty they told us they couldn't help us. They were the ones that replaced the screen, battery and put on a screen protector. When I continuously suggested that they see if the battery was faulty they finally had a manager come out and do it. After almost an hour we got our phone fixed.
