What a wonderful experience. Upon my entering, I was greeted and asked if I needed assistance. I was just looking to replace my UPS battery and was immediately given numerous options depending on my needs and wants. Christian was incredibly friendly, helpful, informative. He not only replaced but upgraded my battery and also offered me options for upgrading my UPS, as well. They also will take care of safely recycling your old battery at no cost. I want to give a shout out to this business. I was told by my local home improvement store that Batteries Plus in Thousand Oaks would recycle alkaline batteries and fluorescent bulbs. Well this was partly correct- they can recycle fluorescent bulbs but not alkaline batteries. I had come from Simi Valley to recycle my batteries. The young gentleman was so kind to me - not only did he tell me where I could recycle my batteries in Thousand Oaks - the library - but also where I could recycle my batteries in Simi Valley.
