What a wonderful experience. Upon my entering, I was greeted and asked if I needed assistance. I was just looking to replace my UPS battery and was immediately given numerous options depending on my needs and wants. Christian was incredibly friendly, helpful, informative. He not only replaced but upgraded my battery and also offered me options for upgrading my UPS, as well. They also will take care of safely recycling your old battery at no cost. This place is a scam and be careful. I went here a while ago because my wife suggested I go and had my phone battery replaced, my phone was fine before I brought it with no issues. Before they took my phone they asked for the password which was really odd, I should've seen this as a red flag. When they returned my phone, it didn't even work anymore, it would shut off and turn back on every 10 seconds, again didn't have a problem before I got there. Not the biggest issue, the issue was that not even 30 minutes later, someone had been trying to get into my veterans united account. Luckily I have a 2 factor authentication set up which is how I knew. like an idiot I had all my passwords saved on my phone including my Veterans United password. I don't think it's coincidence that I was asked for my password, and then my accounts were all getting reset, Not all of them but after that event I had breaches in my accounts of someone trying to get in. I ended up just getting a new phone in the end. read more

It had to be special ordered so I prepaid. When it arrived the salesman installed it for me. However, the phone was still not charging. He checked the port, but we realized that I needed a new phone. I had a 12v battery for my 2002 Toyota Prius tested, it failed. The warranty was good for a year, it was a bit past the year. They honored it by swapping the battery, quickly, and I was on my way. I want to give a shout out to this business. I was told by my local home improvement store that Batteries Plus in Thousand Oaks would recycle alkaline batteries and fluorescent bulbs. Well this was partly correct- they can recycle fluorescent bulbs but not alkaline batteries. I had come from Simi Valley to recycle my batteries. The young gentleman was so kind to me - not only did he tell me where I could recycle my batteries in Thousand Oaks - the library - but also where I could recycle my batteries in Simi Valley.
