I went in on a Saturday morning and had the great opportunity to get some help from Jason. My IPhone charge port has been having a issue were I would have to wiggle the charge cord to get it to work intermittently. I figured the port was worn out and needed replacement. Jason lListened to my issue and took the phone over to his workbench. He took a flashlight and some tweezers and pulled some lint out of the base of the charge port. He took his air and blew it out and now the charge cord goes all the way in and makes good contact and I have no more charging issues. So I wanted to pay him and he refused. He just said thank you and have a nice day. It's so nice to be able to experience service like that. That's the kind of service that I strive for in my own business. Thanks a lot Jason! read more

Airtech cellular in the Janas Marketplace in Thousand Oaks is the most friendly, helpful, and professional business I have ever been to in my entire life. HORRIBLE! I'm sure you are seeing reviews that say it is fast and innexpensive but there is a reason for that! I've had my phone fixed by them twice, and the quality of the glass is absolutely horrible, which is why they claim they won't refund any physical damage after a fix of theirs. The first time I got it fixed they messed up the screen and the display was abnormally dark, and cracked within a week of me having it in my pocket. Because of the cheap glass breaking they said they will not fix it. So I had to pay for a new screen, and now the sensors don't worry so I can't type on it. Overall this establishment is very inconsiderate and yes they may be cheap, but their glass will break unbelievably fast. I do not recommend this to anyone if you want a quality repair. read more

Our family has been using Airtech in the Janss Mall, Thousand Oaks,Ca. for 2-3 years. They never fail to provide excellent service... really focus on their customers... and they do it all with such patience and friendliness. We( family of 5 phones) have had screens replaced, water damage, charging issues, home button issues, etc. Our latest issue was with an Iphone. I took it to Apple in the Oaks Mall and waited for 2 hours for an appointment. The rep. spent less than 3 minutes with me and said there was no hope for the phone, nut immediately offered to allow me to replace it for $300. ( same phone on ebay buy it now $150). I then took it to Airtech. Within an hour they called and informed me it was a battery issue and would cost approx. $30 ! THIRTY dollars compared to Apples option of replacing my phone at 300.00 ! We will never waste my time at Apple again. Airtech will always be our first choice. They are honest, friendly and very knowledgeable and they try hard to save us money. Cant ask for more. Wish all businesses were like this! read more

This place is great. I broke my iPad screen and they repaired it for 60 dollars. The other places we went to charged more than 90 dollars. That money could have gotten me another iPad on eBay. If you want to bring you phone or tablet in it will usually take 1-3 days. I totally recommend this place. read more

The first time I went into their store I carried my "brick" iphone 3gs. I thought there was no hope ... Eddy worked for 2 1/2 hrs on my phone and finally got it back where it was like new again... he didn't charge me a dime. I took my daughter in because her iphone4 was shattered on the back... they replaced the back glass for only 25 dollars. She returned a couple mos. later with front and back shattered... again the had to send it out but charged her Half of what it should have been. My husband has been in and my son and where both very pleased at the knowledge and willingness to help us. Every time I had a great experience in there it was because of EDDY. I have very mixed feelings about this place. I took my iPhone with a shattered screen in to be fixed about a week and a half ago. I brought it in on a Thursday and they said it would be done Saturday or Sunday morning at the latest. When I went to get it Sunday morning they told me "it is done but it won't be here until 3" So I came back at 4 and my phone still wasn't there. I waited about a half and my phone arrived. They gave me a nice Otter Box case for half off for the inconvenience, which was really nice. When I got home I realized all of my photos were gone. They weren't in my photo stream (which is turned on) or anything. I brought my phone back in and told them and they apologized and really had no expanation. They gave me a car charger for the inconvenience, which was nice but didn't bring my photos back. After I got my phone back I started having trouble with my speaker phone and realized that when I try to use speaker phone, the person on the other line can't hear me and when I try to record video, it doesn't pick up any noise. HOWEVER, when I talk to Siri or use voice to text, it does work. Not sure what they did to my settings or why any settings were changed just to fix my cracked screen. They were very nice and apologetic, but this experience was a hassle. read more

I am clearly challenged when it comes to phones, because after 4 days of receiving the new Nexus 4 in the mail, I completely shattered the screen to the point where it wouldn't even let me use the phone. Being that is was a BRAND NEW phone, I went in with very little hope. The store manager wanted to take on this new phone as his personal project, buying a part the store did not have yet for a pricey amount, and had it completely fixed! I was only charged $50 whereas the part was well over what I was charged. They are professional and extremely helpful! I will continue to go back. read more

This place is absolutely phenomenal! I have no connection whatsoever to this establishment. I have a new iPhone 4S that is jail broken. The tmobile store worked for an hour and couldn't get it activated. They suggested Airtech in Thousand Oaks. It took two guys and some time but they were able to activate my phone onto tmobile. Other patrons in the store also commented on their ability to solve highly technical cell phone issues. Great job guys! read more
