We recently hosted an 11th birthday party at Airsoft Extreme, and overall the kids had a great time. The booking process was easy, and the website provided everything we needed, including FAQs, waivers, and clear instructions. A few days before the party, however, we received an email stating our reservation had been canceled due to non payment of the deposit, even though we had paid in full at the time of booking. This was understandably stressful with the party just days away! Thankfully the next business day, we were able to confirm it was a system error. We were instructed to arrive 30 minutes early for our 2 to 4pm party. All of our guests arrived at 1:30pm, but there was no host to greet us or provide direction. The front area is a large airsoft store, while the party check in and setup are located in the back. We were initially told our party space was upstairs, but after setting up there, we learned it was actually the back staircase area that had the tables, chairs, and windows overlooking the arena. Unfortunately, no one explained this ahead of time, so we had to move all of our decorations, food, and gifts. By the time we were settled, it was 2pm, and we were told we needed to wait in the general line to check in our 14 players. With only two employees assisting a long line of customers, this delayed our party start. It was frustrating to lose valuable game time, especially after arriving early as instructed. Thankfully, an employee eventually pulled our group out of line and got the kids set up with safety rules and gear. The private arena space was a bit smaller than expected, but the kids still had an absolute blast. We were also unaware that the expectation was two straight hours of gameplay followed by food and cake afterward. We chose to serve food earlier while it was hot and cake before it melted, which required the kids to remove their gear and then re gear for re entry. Better communication about party flow would have helped us plan more smoothly. To their credit, the staff did allow the kids an extra 15 to 20 minutes of game time to make up for the delayed start, which we appreciated. Overall, the experience was fun and memorable for the kids. The private party can get pricy based upon headcount. But worth the unique birthday experience. With improved organization, clearer communication, and a more streamlined check in process for parties, this could easily be a five star experience. We would still bring them back in the future. read more

I didn't engage in the event, but my son said he had a blast and is considering having this place for his birthday party this upcoming summer. I really enjoy coming here--the staff is great! They're always friendly and helpful, which is one of the reasons I've stopped shopping online. I now shop exclusively at this store. That said, the airsoft gun selection is fairly basic. It's great for beginners, but those looking for more unique or advanced off the shelf options might find it limited. The airsoft arena itself is a lot of fun and definitely a highlight, though the climate control could use improvement--it gets very hot inside. Despite that, I still love this place. do not EVER buy here I bought a 180 dollar Remington 870 with a m4 stock I thought "oh this would be fun" I played with it ONCE and I took it home to play at our local field. And as soon as as I tried to fill up the gas tank for the next match(Note it was completely out of gas) I followed the instructions on the box and I learned that it had broke from me playing on the field with it. read more

Great Staff. Rain is a G. He has great customer support and puts in great effort. For instance: a gas magazine of mine had an issue with its air valve adapter. He took the time to take apart the magazine and the valve to fix the bushings that needed replacing within 10 minutes of bringing it to him. Rain fixed a small issue that could've costed me much more by saving me the money of purchasing another magazine. This place has gone down hill and now you have lost a long loyal customer. I'll now be buying all my Airsoft supplies from Evike.com. The place started to go down hill back in December 2021 when I went to go pick up a rifle that I had wanted a different trigger installed on but that's beside point. When I got my rifle back there was a huge section of the pistol grip was damaged and I brought it to there attention they said sorry there is nothing we can do about and just gave me a $10 credit on a $21 part. But that wasn't the final nail in the coffin. They recently hired a new guy who I had never seen before and last two times I have been there he treated me like crap. The last and final time I was in wanted an exchange an LM4 magazine I had bought the week before because for some reason I didn't fit in my Radian model 1. So new guys says he can't except the return because bag was ripped that magazine came in and I have extra LM4 magazine bags and even offered to give them that bag it was just a different packaging design and he said no even after pointing the UPC's were the same. The same saving grace was Malcon who let me exchange the LM4 magazine for a PTS one. Airsoft extreme you have lost a long loyal customer. Good ridden's! read more

This place is cool, but I had trouble with the employees I dealt with there. I bought an expensive gun there, and the guy I dealt with knew less about it than I did. 1 the gun I bought was supposed to come with two types of compatible magazines. He had to confirm with someone else the box magazine was included, after telling me the box magazine doesn't work with the gun. I asked if I could get the model gun new, straight out of the box, he said yes, then came back and told me the display model was the only one available. He talked down at me the entire time with incorrect information about things like what styles of battery will and won't fit in the gun I bought, as I corrected him and proved him wrong. He tried to upsell me the entire time in a really annoying manor. A random dude came in and the guy helping me stopped talking to me to say HEY BRO I GOT SOMETHING FOR YOU! Like... hello, I'm trying to spend like 400 bucks at your place after driving 40 minutes to get here, pay attention to me? This store is run by young dudes who don't know how to provide customer service, and treat customers like morons. I was pretty upset that the gun I wanted, the one "in stock" was just the display model. I couldn't get a brand new in the box gun. I even had to convince him of all the features he needed to include in the version I was buying. After upselling me the guy I dealt with sent me to the checkout, where I dealt with the most non-communicative guy on earth who made me feel so awkward I had to ask repeatedly if the transaction was complete, and if I'm good to go. This was easily the most awkward transaction I've ever had buying a thing in general. They have a nice selection of all things airsoft, but they don't have batteries for sale needed for any of the red dots or sights in general that they tried to sell me. I my M-249 I just bought from them, but it was pretty clear I'm new to airsoft during the interaction, and I had to call out at the last minute that I was also in need of a charger for these batteries I bought from them. They are not a great dealer, and I think the employees are a bunch of young Yahoos who don't really have the know-how to do the job. I had to tell the guy which batteries work with the gun I bought, as well as which magazines. Not planning on going to this store again, unless the gun they sold me fails, since they could only provide me with a used display model, which I paid full price for. I wanted the gun so much I didn't argue too much about trying to buy a brand new gun and my only option being a used version at full price. read more

This business has great service and all of the employees are welcoming, they have been eager each time to tell me about the weapons available along with what works with them and how it could be managed in the future. Now moving from the customer service, they have a large selection of products available and they always let me look at one out of the box if it interest me. While I look they will explain how it works. They have a variety of ARs, shotguns, snipers, and handguns along with the mags for those guns. They also have a variety of holsters, gun cases, tactical gear. They include lots of different ammunition sizes and tracer rounds. The prices are very fair, occasionally there is an item that is a bit expensive but it is only like $5-$10 difference from somewhere else on a $200 item. And in person you are able to check out the item and have the employees tell you about it so it is worth it even though most of the time it is priced good. I had a great experience at this shop and would highly recommend it for anyone considering buying airsoft equipment. read more

Purchased a blow back pistol 12/11/2021 Defective magazine from mfg detected 1/11/2022 (had to wait to the weekend to return because of the distance/drive time needed to get there from my house 30 to 40 min each direction) Returned pistol to Airsoft Extreme 1/15/2022. Told that it would be 1 to 2 weeks. Contacted by Airsoft extreme 2/12 to say the magazine was replaced ...no explanation. no apologies for the delay. Picked up 2/15/2022 (1 month later, after being told it would be 1 to 2 weeks) Brought home only to find that the 2nd magazine was defective! (WTF???!!) Contacted Airsoft Extreme same day (2/15)...who SHOULD have stepped in to offer a solution...but instead pointed me to the manufacturer for further assistance. After contacting the manufacturer... I'm told that the pistol would AGAIN need to be sent in...(WHAT? Another MONTH?)... I explained to the mfg/USA authed tech my frustration and desire to return the weapon...even HE understood. I contact Airsoft Extreme...explain that I just want to work something out, return the weapon... I was met with IMMIDIATE defense by said "manager"/"Joe" (not sure if that is his real name). When trying to work something out, he continues to only point to their "7 day return policy". When I start to get frustrated, and explain that there were other avenues that I could possibly pursue (via my credit card company) in trying to work something out... he hangs up on me. If this is the type of merchandise that your company is going to sell/represent (NOT cheap by the way)....and then be un-apologetic in your approach to resolving issues...I'd recommend choosing a different business. I was recently in the store to purchase 12 airsoft pistols for my program. I called early to make sure they had what was needed. When I arrived, I waited patiently for the next available employee to call me up. I waited for about 7 minutes, with a couple workers doubling up on other customers ahead of me. No issue so far. A gentleman came in and was instantly asked how he could be helped. The worker, who was right in front of me basically called him up, (ahead of me). I think it was evident in my face that I wasn't pleased with being ignored. I made eye contact with him, and he finally asked if I needed help. I told him I was wanting to make a purchase and had already been waiting before the gentleman. He asked what I needed, and I told him. He continued to help the gentleman before finally getting to me for my purchase (sans 10 pistols, since I decided to only get what was needed for the next meeting, then purchase the rest elsewhere). To be clear, I was in line where it is literally marked with "line up here to be helped" (or something to that affect). Add the ridiculous and unprofessional talk with other patrons (partaking in foul, bigoted language), I can't imagine using this business again. I'm really disappointed in the lack of service and professionalism displayed by the staff. I ended up using another store to round out the other purchases and future purchases for our revolving program. Wish them the best. read more

I brought my sons rifle in for an upgrade and repair, when the repair was done it was almost $90 more than the estimate that I authorized. I asked for an explanation and they said it took more labor and parts than they thought, yet no one called to get it ok'd prior to doing it. When I picked it up, I asked for a small discount, just a compromise so we both left happy and they were not interested in any way, even though that practice is illegal. Finally when we got home and tested the gun, it no longer shot straight and was at a lower FPS than they said in the paperwork, the whole reason for the upgrade. I finally brought it to a competitor to have it repaired. If you are looking for honest shop that stands by their work, this is not the spot! read more

went in to get a holster and a under light for my cz s-01 and when I got home and finally after a couple weeks learned that it is in fact a broken product. I come back to return it to Relearn that they have a 7 day return policy. I understand that I did not return within the policy, but it is in fact a BROKEN product out of the box. An exception should have been made to try and accept a return outside of that window, but they didn't. This also isn't the first time I have gotten an out of the box bad product, they sold me a kwa m9 pistol that fired about 30 rounds before being unable to cycle effectively at all. Luckily I had time to return it in 7 days, otherwise I wouldve been stuck with a broken 100$ pistol. now i got a 60 hard case holster adapter and I'm feelin pretty scammed read more

After a horrible experience at the Evike store/Gamepod Arena in Antioch, I decided to come here on my way back home. The staff were extremely polite, and within 5 minutes of me being there every single employee had approached me and told me that if I needed anything or an explanation for something, to just ask. I didn't catch the specific employees name, but he was very helpful and very patient. He explained to me (almost) every aspect of the variety of weapon systems for sale and what I would want to look into if I wanted a high end build. Great customer service. Helped me pick out a gun to get started, or back into shall I say. Just like every other business right now, stock is kinda limited. I walked in knowing little to nothing about airsofting, ended up getting a Tokyo Marui AK platform and also a Tokyo Marui FNX45. They got me sorted on batteries and magazines for the airsoft I bought and some nice accessories like a chest rig to hold the magazines. . Magazines are hard to source apparently for the gun I chose. So they reached out to their other stores in SoCal and managed to snag me a couple more. I understand the covid policy they have in place and it makes sense. They surprisingly see a lot of customers a day, so I wouldn't want the guns to be touched other than the employees otherwise, I can only imagine the sanitization process they have to go through. If you have any question on a particular gun, they can pull it down from the wall and let you get a closer look, you can ask them to cycle the gun, try different switches etc... Not as good as feeling for yourself, but at least it gives you a better look at it, way better than looking at pictures or videos online. TLDR;. These guys will help you get what you need, might help you find something you weren't looking at before. Guns range from budget ($150) to higher end ($650+) They will answer your questions promptly. And most important, these guys feel like your friends vs someone behind the counter. read more

Update: Gun finally arrived. Guys were extremely apologetic and threw me some bbs and a discount on a battery and charger to make up for the issues. As far as I am concerned they made good. Will be back again for my needs. A very disappointing first purchase experience at this store. Went in on last Saturday and asked if they would price match an online price which is their policy. Was met with resistance but ultimately they honored the price and told me my new gun would arrive the following Thursday or Friday with their usual restocking order. Was happy to keep the purchase and money local and the shop seemed like a place I would prefer to spend my money instead of with Amazon. Fast forward to today, Friday, and I have been informed that the gun would now not arrive until next week, either Wednesday or Thursday. When I told them I was very disappointed as I had made plans to go play this weekend they offered a bag of bb's to make up for it. To all those out there looking for their first gun, go there and see what you like and then just shop online. Will get it faster, at a better price, and with better customer service. read more
