The people are nice and efficient, they know what to do and run through checks on your car to see if anything is amiss and if you want it fixed. I scheduled my appointment over the phone and Jacqueline was so kind, positive, and professional. She is very knowledgeable while at the same time, so easy to communicate with. Upon arrival today, Jacqueline greeted me by my name, was incredibly engaging, and took charge to get my service done! My technician was amazing! He was as fast and efficient, while taking the time to answer my questions. The waiting area and office is inviting and comfortable, complete with a beautiful array of snacks, cold bottled water, and a Keurig with all the fixings.
