We have the best (aka "worst") travel luck on the planet and got stuck in MSP after our flight cancellation and stayed at the Crowne Plaza... Because it was a long day, we stopped into the AiRECRAFT Grill for a quick dinner... Glad we did as it was a nice hotel restaurant - Great tap beer selection and good food, awesome service, and laid back bar/restaurant. The bartender (Matt) was super friendly, passed on some good information about the local area, and offered great service. Worth a stop if staying at the Crowne Plaza in MSP. read more

We stayed at the Crowne Plaza above the restaurant. We sat at the bar - Denise was awesome. What blew us away was the food - Quesadillas had fresh everything including fresh cut jalapeños (I asked). Turkey BLT was delicious. Highly recommended! read more

My boyfriend lives in AIRE so we came down here to grab a quick dinner. This place is great! We sat at the bar and had drinks then grabbed dinner. I had a margarita that was so strong the first time and the bartender remade me one that was delicious. For appetizer: The wings and cheese curds for apps are amazing! The cheese curds are lightly battered and fried perfectly, served with a delicious mustard ranch sauce. Meal: The wrap is delicious. Fried chicken and blue cheese. Both their ranch and blue cheese dressing is so good. I highly recommend especially if you want a quick easy meal with great service!!! read more

Very nice service. Was there overnight at the Crown Plaza and had breakfast at the airecraft grill. I had the Minnesota scramble and my friend had the aircraft morning sandwich. Both were delivered hot and delicious. For a hotel restaurant it seemed reasonable price. read more

I went twice. They greeted me quickly. The 1st night, the restaurant was cold, so I couldn't enjoy it. However, the server that night was very friendly. The following morning Maria from El Salvador was very friendly. The prices are reasonable and food was good. It was not nearly as cold as the night before, so I was able to sit down and enjoy the experience. read more

I was glad to see that this hotel restaurant was reopened after covid, since the to-go bags for breakfast were quite sad. The buffet is gone, and the selections are quite limited, but the Minnesota Scramble is quite good. I like the wild rice, onions, and potatoes. I'm only here a few times a year, so that's all I order, otherwise I think I would get tired of the limited menu. I like their coffee as well, and there's a choice of tea or juice. This restaurant is located within the Crown Plaza Aire Hotel, which is super convenient. After landing I decided it made more sense to hang around and eat here. I ate around 3 ish so a little after lunch. I had the Enchilada Shrimp Flatbread. It was good, however it did have an interesting taste due to the sauce which was loose. It came with avocado slices as well. Not too bad. Probably wouldn't order it again though. Went back for breakfast this morning, courtesy of the hotel and my mentor/conference coordinator for the free complimentary breakfast voucher. They had a wonderful buffet spread which consisted of: fruit, pancakes, granola for parfaits, hashbrowns, sausage/bacon, scrambled eggs, French toast, muffins, bagels, toast, yogurt, milk and whatever else you needed. A variety of juices were also available through the waitress. Went back for dinner with colleagues and new friends! Enjoyed the food thoroughly. I ordered the Baja fish tacos- in which I highly recommend. The waitress didn't seem too friendly at first but over time she got better. A few of the guests at my table ordered dessert and it looked yummy! The waitress from breakfast this morning was wonderful! Great service, not pushy, very attentive and really personable. read more

I was staying over at the Hilton and walked the six or seven minutes here because they appeared to have a bigger menu. Yes, they had a bigger menu. A manager greeted me for my takeout (thank you COVID-19) and was very knowledgeable about what they had and why they chose the meals they chose to serve. The food was pretty good. Better than I saw over at the Hilton, that's for sure. Why three stars? Well, it's very, very rare for me to give five stars. Four stars is exceptional, and three stars is actually better than average if you think about three out of five. So, three stars it is. Had dinner here after a looong day on the road. Ordered the ribeye and some wings. All in all the food was good, ribeye was cooked perfectly, decent flavor, sides were average. Wings were dry-rub and were average at best. Honestly, I am a bit of a wing snob so don't read too much into that. My co-worker was VERY satisfied with his mixed drink and other co-worker raved about the chicken wild rice soup which I am told is a Minnesota staple. Our server was great. Came in here at 9:40 one night after getting in from a trip. I wasn't expecting much to be honest considering it's a hotel restaurant. I was pleasantly surprised though. I got the buffalo chicken wrap, which came on a spinach wrap and it was phenomenal. Easily one of the best buffalo chicken wraps I've ever had. I got chili as my side and it was the perfect amount of spicy. Not only was the food good but the service was excellent as well. I only grabbed my food to go but the bartender helping me was so polite. I would give five stars but I asked for no tomatoes on my wrap and they put tomatoes but it still tasted yummy so I didn't care. read more

I ordered the "plane" burger with guacamole. The first few bites were already terrible and the guacamole tasted a bit too acidic. The bun was greasy and the burger tasted dry. I was a guest at crown plaza and I came down to grab togo silverware from some other leftovers I have. I said "ma'am, if it's not too much of a bother could I get some togo silverware?" And she responded "just a second" and made me stand at the bar for over 20 minutes. I have worked in a restaurant for the last 4 years and I understand being short staffed but it was a simple task that they completely disregarded. read more
