Amber was amazing and delighted our birthday group the entire night ! 10/10 ambience and service

Aire Chicago is a rooftop oasis in the urban jungle of Chicago's loop. Rejoice in the spectacular views of the our iconic city skyline. A good vibe that was enhanced by the music of a live band: "pure soul" with modern pop dance music played during their breaks. A mixture of ages among the customers makes for a well-balanced atmosphere where everyone feels welcome. The dress code was casual to business and some came party-ready. They have excellent crafted drinks. The aire old fashioned: well balanced and flavorful Up in the air: fruity and sweet with a hint of lime Bahama colada: dangerously sweet. A frosty perfect for those hot summer days. The beef barbacoa tacos had an excellent taste with mouth-melting beef. The carnitas tacos: the hard-to-resist smokey sweetness of roasted peppers, with meat stewed close to a melting point, are very hard to resist. Pesto shrimp flatbread: what Sicilian pizza ought to be Spicy chicken wrap: a complete healthy meal in a hand wrap. On Fridays they have a DJ mixing it up, and on Sundays they offer "Concerts Under the Stars" with live music that will be varied. From Abba to Sinatra, Lizzo to Beyoncé, is sure to be amazing. We highly advise that you get your tickets online in advance as tickets sell out quickly. We had a wonderful time here and can't wait to return!

Aire is one of those places that makes you feel like you're in a rooftop scene from a movie--cue the city lights, a chilled cocktail, and a soft breeze that somehow doesn't ruin your hair. Located on top of the Hyatt Centric, this spot is the definition of downtown glam. The views are absolutely unreal--360 degrees of Chicago skyline, and if you time it right, a golden hour that makes everyone look like they have a filter on. We came for an event and instantly felt like main characters. The drinks are on the pricier side, but worth it for the quality and presentation. I had the lavender gin cocktail (can't remember the name, just remember it tasted like summer in a glass). The seating is sleek and comfy, the music is low-key and vibey, and the staff? Attentive without hovering. Perfect for a pre-dinner drink, a classy date night, or just feeling fancy with friends. No crazy crowds, no tacky decor--just upscale rooftop bliss with a side of city magic. 10/10 would recommend... and wear your cutest outfit. You will want pics.

How do NASCAR fans tailgate when the race is in the middle of Chicago, you go to a roof top bar of course.... Aire is located on the 24th floor of the Hyatt not far from Michigan avenue in the heart of downtown. Offering both casual and table service, one can actually hear the roar of the race cars only a few blocks away. Although we were dreaming of Busch light tall boys, decided to pursue a couple of their red eyes and craft beers. Great spot to hang and catch some views when in town.

I came on a chill Saturday night, solo. Nice ambiance, not too contentious, well placed heat lamps & fire pits. The two bartenders kept great engagement while keeping diligence with other patrons. I had the spicy chicken wrap which came tajín-spiced watermelon slice with a was great!

Very polite and nice staff. Came in the morning and evening. Great outdoor space but does lack the Chicago skyline view. Great stop if you are staying in the hotel. Drinks were great. Didn't order food.

I wanted a break from the River North and Michigan Avenue crowds and had been wanting to check out Aire after seeing the segment on WGN's Around Town. After a day roaming around the Art Institute, I had worked up a thirst and decided this would be the perfect time to check out a new (to me) rooftop spot. I was pleasantly surprised by the level of buzz - lively but not overwhelming/crowded- at this rooftop bar located on the 24th floor of the Hyatt Centric hotel. I ordered a glass of Sancerre which I savored while taking in panoramic views of the city and Lake Michigan. I had fun eavesdropping on a nearby wedding party - they had just come from a nearby church and were enjoying some delectable-looking watermelon margaritas. The experience had me feeling like a tourist in my own city, in the best way possible. I appreciated the plastic cups and water available to encourage guests to stay hydrated. Truly an outdoor oasis, I enjoyed spending some time at Aire, soaking up summer's remaining rays.

I purchase a concert ticket on Fever for a live concert at the Aire Rooftop Bar. Located downtown on the 24th floor. A nice chill vibe with amazing view of the city. The server Calderon was very attentive to his tables. Made sure everyone placed their orders before the concert. Their drinks prices are pricey, but it's Downtown Chicago. I look forward to coming back on a nice Summer Evening to watch the sun go down. Laid back and relaxing vibes.

Unlit. Bartender texting while long lines. Made us wait in a line. This place sucks.

It's not too often that you see a bartender get into a fight with the bar back and then storm off! They didn't have to cut the music while doing so... the bar back seemed to have to be pulling a lot of weight that night. The elevator situation was strange, I guess we took the wrong set unknowingly and had to walk up a flight through a kinda creepy stairwell. It was dark on the rooftop. All of the seating areas were not lit. Just people drinking in the dark. We went to the bar to order. It was chaotic and the bartender told us to get in a line.. and then made drinks and brought them to his friends at the end of the line (that he was doing shots with later). A good bartender would have taken his situation as an opportunity to hustle and make good money- but he instead made everyone feel like a burden. We just got one beer each and left. I didn't want to put anyone through having to make an actual drink. It's the worst rooftop downtown.

They passed the appetizers, but once they passed them around a few times they put them on the bar which became one big grazing station. The drinks were great as well and they even did a signature cocktail in honor of my friend, which was quite strong (hello tequila). We ordered a flight of whiskey sours, which contained whiskeys from Japan, Vietnam, and Wisconsin. I also was able to order an amaretto sour, which they made with freshly hand beaten egg whites, which was a nice cherry on the top. As far as the whiskey flights go, I think the best one was the Vietnam flight because it had a slightly lemongrass twang and was a little bit lighter than the other two. The heaviest one was the Wisconsin which came with a little bit of a bite at the end, but it still wasn't bad if you're trying to blackout on a $15 budget. I would definitely come back with a larger group this seems like a great place, but is a little bit loud- so if you be prepared to yell or wear earplugs. The bathroom took my a second to find, which should have been intuitive considering it was on the opposite end of where you come in. I blame the lighting as things are already pretty hard to find in the dark, but eventually I made it there-Pat myself on the back.

We had visited Florence last year, and one of the numerous wonderful moments of our trip to Italy was seeing "Il Porcellino" - the lucky bronze boar fountain that draws tourists from around the world. A copy of the boar stands proudly near the entrance of the restaurant, and though it is not as old as the original 1634 sculpture, it was a charming reminder of our amazing Italian holiday. Did I mention that the weekday Happy Hour (4-6PM) specials are quite good? The specials are served only at the bar area, so you might have to wait a few minutes for available seating. We started with some drinks, including two kinds of Negroni. The wild mushroom arancini (5 little balls for $6) were the smallest I've tried, but they were creamy and melt-in-your mouth delicious. The whipped ricotta and jam beautifully served on a strip of toasty focaccia was a unique taste sensation. Prime beef meatballs and short rib sliders on toasted ciabatta bread also hit the spot. Even though we were merely dining at the bar, we enjoyed the overall vibe of the restaurant. There are lots of photos on the walls, interesting lighting from the ceiling, nice serving dishes, and servers who seem to know who their regular diners are. We order it every single time and would probably be disappointed if we didn't. The real star of the show, though, is the lasagna. Between the two of us, we've had lasagna at countless restaurants, and nothing has come close to this one. It's hands down the best lasagna we've ever had. Perfect layers, incredible flavor, and the kind of comfort food that makes you want to savor every bite. Their Grey Goose espresso martini is also unmatched. We've tried espresso martinis all over Chicago, and this one is still our favorite. It's smooth, perfectly balanced, and the ideal way to start or end the meal.
