They called an hvac company out of the phone book who didn't send a technician, but a slick salesman instead. This guy convinced them to sign a contract for a $17,000.00 new AC system. After they signed the contract he told them they'd have to wait three days for the system to arrive and be installed. They called me very upset and concerned. I cancelled the contract with the phone book guys and called Mike from Qualitech.
