We ended up needing a new gas furnace this winter after our old one broke. The first people we…read morecalled was Airmaster. We got someone to come out and check out our issues almost immediately. After we were told that the replacement part would be $1000 we decided to buy a new one. After a couple of price comparisons, this place knocked every other quote out of the ball park. They offer discounts too for military or first responders. The people that came to replace our heater came on time and did it pretty quickly. They went over everything before they left and also respected our floors by putting a cloth on the surface to prevent denting or dirt from tracking.

WARNING: Avoid Air Masters HVAC - Unprofessional…read more Air Masters HVAC is an extremely unprofessional company. They wanted to charge us twice for an estimate that should have been completed during their first visit. The initial diagnosis was left incomplete due to their own oversight, yet they demanded a second fee just to return and finish what they should have done the first time. To make matters worse, after servicing our AC, it began leaking shortly after, and when we contacted them to come back under warranty, they blocked both of our phone numbers--completely cutting off communication instead of standing by their work. Terrible service, poor accountability, and zero professionalism. BEWARE--do not trust this company with your property or your money.

I did finally have one Angi provider that was going to come out but I lived outside their service area. So, having not had A/C for about 10 days, Ronco was a life saver. Sam was patient, courteous and kind in dealing with me. He was able to service my unit so it would run. He came back two days later to finish cleaning the coils and installing new parts. Qualitech provides excellent service!…read more These guys are honest and trustworth! My parents are in their late 80s. Their AC went out on a very hot and humid August night. They called an hvac company out of the phone book who didn't send a technician, but a slick salesman instead. This guy convinced them to sign a contract for a $17,000.00 new AC system. After they signed the contract he told them they'd have to wait three days for the system to arrive and be installed. They called me very upset and concerned. I cancelled the contract with the phone book guys and called Mike from Qualitech. Qualitec diagnosed the problem, went to a local supply house for a new fan motor and installed installed it all in the same day. LIFE SAVERS! My parents wouldn't have lasted one night, let alone three nights in August 100 degree, 100% humidity. Thank you so much Qualitec!!!

Converted my garage into a bedroom and hired EMCO Tech to install a Carrier Infinity minisplit…read more They did an excellent job. They came three separate times. First visit they ran all the wiring, lines and drain before drywall -- and didn't even take a deposit. Second time they installed both units and protected the indoor unit with plastic and cardboard so the painters wouldn't damage it. They took half the payment then. Final visit, after painting was done, they finished everything, started the system up, and I paid the rest. The same two guys -- Leo and Alex -- did all three visits. They were super professional and respectful. They always parked on the street instead of my driveway, wore shoe covers, and were very careful with my dog. I even bought them lunch twice because they were that nice. Everything turned out great. The room looks beautiful and the system works perfectly. Highly recommend EMCO Tech.

Our boiler broke down in March 2016. We contacted several companies for quotes. EMCO Tech came in…read morewith the lowest price--nearly half the quote from another, well-reviewed local company. I was skeptical. Also, I was wary of the one-star reviews below. When I spoke to the company's owner, Serge, he offered an honest assessment of the negative reviews, admitting growing pains and lessons learned. I trusted him. He also offered all the relevant details about the boiler installation, including the specific make and model of the boiler. After researching the specific boiler, I felt confident choosing EMCO for the installation. The team installed the boiler within a week over two days. They returned several times to make sure the installation was a success. As most experts will tell you: A new boiler will inevitably have an issue or two. Our boiler had no real issues, and we've been happy since installation. Everything works great. I'm writing the review now because I've just called EMCO Tech for yearly cleaning/servicing (which was, again, half the price of other companies). I always tell myself: I should write a review for that company (when they're good). So now I'm writing a review! Thanks, EMCO Tech.

It was nothing but God that sent me in my basement to see my boiler was flaming from underneath…read more Usually there's a glow but this was different the flames were coming outside of the boiler, the parts and chute was covered in soot. I immediately called the gas company and they came and shut off the gas line. It's the dead of the winter and now I have no heat. I didn't know where to begin. I checked the internet but nothing jumped out at me. I went on yelp and began reading reviews and I ran across Lawrence heating & air. I called spoke to a woman who was very pleasant and told me a tech could come out to assess the boiler to see if it was still usable. Joe came and he looked at it and said it it's a hazard. With all the rust and corrosion and not to mention whatever was on fire. He said it needed replacing. He talked to me about the options and stated I would get an email from the owner of my options. 30 mins later the email was there and everything was included. All the info I needed to know about the unit, specs, warranty, parts/tubing for replacement, price. It was a proposal. I reached out to Lawrence with my questions and he answered right away. I also stated my elderly dad lives with me and elderly need service as soon as possible. That was no problem. He sent me payment options as well. Once I accepted the proposal and date was locked in and they techs came the next day on time. Randy showed up first, then Joe & Chaly. They immediately put down floor draping and loaded all of the supplies , pipes , boiler, etc. They opened all the radiators starting at the top. All of them were pleasant and very Knowledgeable about their job. Any questions I asked Randy explained. They cleaned up behind themselves and made sure everything was put back in place. Once they were done Randy told me about my new unit and what was removed and put in. This company made the entire stressful event so much more easier, like a weight had been lifted. My house is warm and cozy thanks to everyone involved .. Great teamwork ! I would definitely recommend !!! Thank you so much to everyone that played a part in getting me back up in running !!

They connected the humidifier to the water line with a saddle valve which started leaking. I found my newly redone finished basement flooded two weeks after the install, they came and replaced the valve with what appears to be the proper install, but told me the water damage is my problem!
