They really didn't jump on just the trampolines much. We were there for a birthday party and the staff made it very easy for the parents hosting. They gave the party it's own room. The attendant cut and served the cake, cleaned up the room etc. They were really great. We all cannot wait to go back. That being said we were there on a Thursday night and it wasn't packed. I would not enjoy it as much on a packed rainy day.

We all jumped into the foam pit but all struggled to get out. They're so deep and there's nothing solid underneath to stand on plus no ladder to get out. I was pretty much having a panic attack while in there. Going in the foam pit you have a very high chance that the foam blocks will rip off your socks as well. Also they're picky about what kind of grippy socks you have. We have several pairs of grippy socks from several different jump places and a person stopped us to check. She was like "are those our socks" Sorry but I'm not buying yet another pair when all grippy socks are the same. It was extremely crowded there. I think they should adjust their max capacity. It was just ok but for the price, I think we will go elsewhere. It was a bogo deal so I'm glad we didn't pay full price.

We went into the park area, and my daughter was very uncomfortable because she was too tall so we sat at the table for a little while, and we left. Later, I realized that I was signed up for a membership because I clicked the boxes. I immediately reach out to corporate and they took weeks to get back to me and basically told me that it didn't matter that I signed up for the membership by mistake that I have to pay the $17.50 every month for six months. This is horrible customer service.

You pay that price monthly and can come in as often as once a day to jump for your 1.5 or 2 hours. If you jump only twice in a month it's worth your money! (There are some restrictions so check the details online or at the park). Overall, I love this place. It's good for the kids and their energy outlet needs it.

The snack bar area is overpriced and lacking in food choices. Let's talk about that stale air again.... Unfortunately, there were some parents who thought bringing sick kids to an indoor trampoline park is a good idea. I witnessed several kids sneezing and coughing while we were there and sure enough a couple days later my kids started showing symptoms and we've been sick for a week now. (If you don't have a pair, they sell them in all sizes for $5.) Tickets are good for 1.5 hours. You're given a colored wristband and they'll announce over the intercom when your color's time is up. It's around $30 per person to jump. Passed the front desk is the main area with lots of different trampolines and dedicated space for dodgeball, zip lining, monkey bars, an obstacle course, "Wipe Out," and more. To the left are four slides fun for all ages. Each requires a mat provided by Sky Zone and three of the four are steep, but so fun! My six-year-old loves the white slide with the hills. Their rules state that decorations should not be taped to painted walls, so I purchased adhesive hangers advertised as safe for walls to hang my son's decorations. Halfway through the party, staff began pulling down and moving the decorations. If there was an issue with what I used, a respectful conversation would have been a much better way to handle it. At the end of the party, I walked a guest with autism outside to his mother's car. While the rest of our party was still inside, an employee came running outside and abruptly asked, "Are you the party leader? I need you to pay the balance." His tone made me feel like I was being accused of leaving without paying, when I was simply helping a child get safely to his parent. I understand needing to collect the remaining balance and how there could have been confusion, but the employee's approach was rude and unprofessional. A polite question would have cleared things up immediately. Families come here to celebrate their children. Better communication and basic courtesy would have made a big difference in our experience.
