I immediately reach out to corporate and they took weeks to get back to me and basically told me that it didn't matter that I signed up for the membership by mistake that I have to pay the $17.50 every month for six months. At no point, either by phone or in person, was I informed that I could only enter the room to decorate 10 minutes before the party started. I went to the room to decorate, and after decorating, I was told I would have to pay $100 to keep the room decorated until the party time. My guests called me to ask me to open the door, as it was still locked. When I left the door open, the manager went and closed it. I told her I had left it open because the door was closed and people couldn't get in. She was incredibly rude and told me to go and see if the door wasn't already open. She was very rude to my guests and even added a child to my guest list who wasn't mine. In short, terrible service, and I do not recommend this place to anyone for a party.

We added a laser tag experience for the 10 kids for $40. So much to do! Arcade, laser tag, ninja warrior course, dodgeball, high jump, trampolines into a soft block pit and for smaller children they had a 3 story interactive jungle gym, and a dedicated jumping area for the smaller kids. For an extra fee there is also an escape room, mini golf and golf simulator. There was a spot to check in for the parties to make the whole process smoother. The kids get about 2 hours of jumping and about an hour for food, cake and presents. Everyone had a great time and we felt the staff was professional and actually cared about our experience. (If you don't have a pair, they sell them in all sizes for $5.) Tickets are good for 1.5 hours. You're given a colored wristband and they'll announce over the intercom when your color's time is up. It's around $30 per person to jump. Passed the front desk is the main area with lots of different trampolines and dedicated space for dodgeball, zip lining, monkey bars, an obstacle course, "Wipe Out," and more. To the left are four slides fun for all ages. Each requires a mat provided by Sky Zone and three of the four are steep, but so fun! My six-year-old loves the white slide with the hills.
