Three days later I go to apple for my appointment, wait an hour only to have the tech there say my insurance expired a year ago. You would think t- mobile could see that. Back to t-mobile get Ashlie for a new phone. She was quick and professional nothing but good for her. Only problem I chose a privacy screen saver and 4 days later I determine its just too dark for me and I can barely see the screen. So back again I go back to the store to encounter a really rude employee named Dee. I told her my problem she said you'll have to buy another screen saver for $59, I said that doesn't seem right, since this one is not useable. She screams at me I'm not talking to you if you are like this. Turns and walks away and sits with a different customer. I said can you get me the manager? She puts her hand up and says "not talking to you". I insisted and she went and got him. This woman nearly lost t-mobile a 20 year customer. The manager changed a setting and said see if that helps and sends me on my way, it did not. I googled the issue and fixed it myself. Today I have no WiFi tried everything, had to go back again and again some setting had changed. Amir at the store was very helpful and polite as were the others in the store today. It was a completely different set of people from two weeks ago. Long story, sorry but if given a choice go to a different t-mobile.
