Once I got the computer home, it crashed once the game was being played and they said they did everything they could and I was out of luck. I decided months later to see Adam at nerd rangers. He was very thorough in gaining background on the issue. He asked me whether the other repair shop tried to run the actual game? I was not sure so he went ahead and loaded Fortnite and said he would do his best to replicate the issue. Later that day he reached out to let me know that he believes he found the reason the game crashed (as it did for him) and he felt confident that he fixed the issue. He then left town and charged me $150 before telling me I had to wait for someone else to leave my PC on the front porch for pick up the next day. I told him I wanted it that night and I did get it so I took the pc home and after testing it I realized nothing was fixed and all he really did was clear my storage and reinstall windows, which I wouldn't have minded if the issue was resolved but it was not. I spent $150 to have my time wasted and all my storage cleared. He did say I could bring it back the following Monday for the bios but that's the only reason I went in the first place! I'll be finding someone else, definitely not the experience I hoped for after reading other reviews.
