First they came out and adjusted some duct work so I could get the most out of my almost 20 year old system. Then, when my unit finally gave up, they came out and put in a brand new system. I was very impressed with how clean, quiet, and professional the install was. Quite an improvement over the builders work from long ago! Hopefully I don't need them again for a while, but I feel good that they'll have my back if I do!

So, we have American Home Shield. We purchased our home in Cedar Park, Twin Creeks Neighborhood in…read more2015, it was included, and that first year they had to replace the included High End refrigerator. It took some back and forth, but got the equal top model, and we've had similar items every other year, so it's been well worth it. AC is probably the one most often. Couple years ago, 2023, another AC brought by AHS, said the system had dog urination and that's why it wasn't running, so AHS denied claim....and the AC guy said "he'd replace it at a discount." Stockdale came and gave a 2nd opinion, nothing to do with dogs (we have 2 small female dogs, so this is crazy), and cleaned it in attic etc and all worked great. We had an issue, loud fan and bam stopped running. We requested Stockdale, they came out fixed it, new condenser fan motor and came back to put on a new 2 piece fan much quieter the old was cracked or something. 2 different techs, BOTH said "nah, these units (20 years old now) they run great, just fix the components, there's no need to replace this system, up or downstairs systems keep them." Only place, out of 3 or 4 the past few years, that DIDN'T say replace, replace, replace. I cannot say enough how much I appreciate it. They have come out, fixed, in a timely manner

WORST SERVICE EVER!!! They came to our house and broke our upstairs A/C unit and now my 2 year son…read moreis left with a hot room. I called Trusted heating & cooling to sign up for the maintenance package. They came out and asked if I had any concerns with our system and told them down stairs unit was just replaced last year and the other been working fine. The technician then went and removed all of our air filters and told us we should replace them cuz they're dirty and left them on the side of the wall. He then went upstairs to look at the upstairs unit and turn on the AC to test it and went in our attic to look at the system. At this time our system was blowing cold air and everything was fine. He then and called me and said there was a problem and had me come up to the attic. He was trying to explain to me what was wrong but was having a hard time explaining it. Something about the board not working which I was confused and kept asking. Well it's been working completely fine today so I don't understand. He then told me I should just call our home warranty and they can fix it. Still confused as to if it was broken or not but said okay. Maintenance the other one. I thought this was very strange but figured out. I'll just have someone take a look at it. He then calls me outside about our brand new unit and tells me this one is broken as well. Once again not making sense and how it was broken that just it wasn't working and I should call the people that installed it and he doesn't want to touch it. It seems since I told him we had home owners warranty, he didn't want to work on any of our equipment because he couldn't upsell us. Also, I think he knew he broke the upstairs and wanted to leave as fast as possible. Once he left and I went upstairs I noticed it was tremendously hot and something wasn't right. I called the office and told them I believe it's broken. When I was looking at the thermostat nothing was working. When I spoke to the series manager he just said that his technician took videos and documented that it was already broken once he arrived. This is obviously not true because if it wasn't working we would have called our homeowners insurance not them to get are semi-annual maintenance before summer. The service manager didn't even try to help us get this resolved and back up and working basically said it was already broken and we are trying to pull fast one. I have never received this type of customer service before. I would never recommend this place to anyone. By far the worst experience I've ever had.

Jorge was professional, thorough, and efficient, and he even made some recommendations to prevent future power issues as well as get me set up on a yearly spring diagnostic to get ahead of any future issues. (This company originally sold & installed my current HVAC system & gave me fair pricing & a quick install time-frame as well, when my original system finally died. This was the first time needing help with an issue & they took good care of me.) I do recommend this business for new HVAC & troubleshooting support!

I had used Arrow for many years because of the excellent service I received from another technician…read morein the past. Unfortunately, my experience changed two years ago when I had a new HVAC system installed. The technician, Michael B., was rude and grumpy during the initial consultation. On the installation day, the crew caused a significant water leak inside my home and then gave me an explanation that I later learned was untrue. This week, I called Arrow for service, hoping I would have a better experience. Instead, the same technician, Michael B., was assigned to my appointment. Without asking permission, he entered my open garage and loudly knocked on the door leading into my house. I had only opened the garage so I could show him the attic access, and I was shocked by the intrusion. Throughout the visit, he was again rude and visibly irritated. When I asked a simple question, he responded in such an aggressive tone that it felt like he was yelling at me. It was an extremely unpleasant experience. Based on these repeated encounters, I don't believe Arrow places enough emphasis on customer service or professionalism. I used to recommend Arrow to my neighbors, but I no longer do so. I'm sharing this review in the hope that other customers won't have the same experience I did.
