So we first called that competitor to see what they could do for us but instead of visiting us as a repairman, it felt more like they came in as a salesman. They used high pressure tactics on my husband and I. We were made to feel like we didn't have much of an option other than to purchase a new AC unit that was twice the price that Air Repair HVAC provided us with. It turns out that their competitor was also charging us more than double for the biannual maintenance check than Air Repair HVAC charges. So, long story short, if you are stuck between going with Air Repair HVAC or AC Plus......CHOOSE AIR REPAIR HVAC!!! They've got my highest recommendation.

Last year I got a new system for my house and everything went smoothly and my new system has been working great. I talked with a few of my coworkers who worked in air conditioning in the past or recently got a new system for their home about my system and they agreed I got a great price from the company. Customer Service has always been great. The office staff has been on top of getting services scheduled and always been professional and helpful. They did a 15 maintenance check for the summer (as well as cleaning out the HVAC to the point it looked like new). I was very impressed with all the services they offer which included operation check, lubrication, new filters, checking for gas leaks in furnace, checked for condensation, cracks or defects, carbon monoxide leaks, thermostat operation and more (i still have one of their emails that says all the stuff they do and trust me, I watched). It was depressing and my tenant is really not happy because they had to live in the house all this time without the problem being fixed. Needless to say, after he quit talking to me I quickly called a different plumber and the job was completed relatively fast. If he would have just said sorry I am too busy, sorry I cant help you, you should look elsewhere I would have understood, but this is what happened and it was depressing.

I have had several issues with my a/c system this year already as well as my swamp cooler. Although it is not peak hotness my unit has not been running efficiently. I was referred to this company by a friend and they did not disappoint... Not only were the prompt they also fixed my issues and addressed a few others. I can not believe I'm wearing a sweatshirt when it's in the 80s. Mondo is the most professional and friendliest to deal with, not sure if it was the cool air or just his professionalism that was relaxing me but was truly the best experience with any heating or cooling issues I've had.
