Had Tony come out to do the annual service on the AC for our house. He found the condenser was failing and that the installer the builder used needed to come out and replace it under warranty. He talked with us for over an hour after the service. Walked me through what needed to be done so that I could ensure it was done properly and not a rush job. The knowledge and expertise he freely shared with us has been an invaluable tool for us in our battle with the installer who loves claiming that everything is fine with the unit and initially denied our claim. However, with what Tony shared with us we were able to get them to agree to check it for the third time (fingers crossed, that after two months, we don't have to take this further). But since Tony initially diagnosed our unit we've had two more HVAC techs look at it (including one from the installer, who's manager disagreed with and ignored) that agreed with Tony that the condenser is failing. Hopefully we can get this fixed, as the unit is failing (probably from being installed off level). Anyway, I could not recommend Tony more. He's a trustworthy man and charges a reasonable amount for his services. I wish our installer had even a fraction of his integrity. read more

About 2yrs ago I had another company do some work at my home and they offered to redo my duct work for a low price. But the work they did only made things worse. I was very hesitant on spending more money and calling a true HVAC company. But last week I bit the bullet and had Elite Climate Control come out and give me an estimate on finally fixing my a/c issues. Tony was exceptionally knowledgeable and not only fully explained what needed to be done to get actual air into my furthest rooms, the cost was a lot less than I was expecting. His guys came out a couple days later to do the work, and went well above and beyond what I was expecting. They ensured I was happy with the end result (which I was and am extremely happy), along with that after they left and I checked my unit I saw they even went as far as to seal all around the unit to ensure there was little to no air leaking in order to ensure my system ran as it should be. I may be an internet stranger but I highly recommend giving Tony a call, you will not regret it. Him and his team will not stop until you are happy with the outcome. I've been using Aace's for a couple of years and on their annual program where they are supposed to come out twice a year and clean/service my units. I received a quote from them recently saying that I need a new AC unit. I decided to get a second opinion because the cost was outrageous! I contacted Elite and they immediately responded that they would come out and look at my system. Tony came out and completely cleaned my unit which the prior company never did, and it is supposed to be included in the service. He spent a good amount of time teaching me about the unit and its needs and the necessity to keep it clean of debris. These were things that I thought were being taken care of. He was very honest and you can absolutely tell he takes pride in what he does. Ultimately, it turns out I do not need a new unit! I am so thankful that I called Elite for a second opinion! Wow! Tony (owner) really made a hard situation tolerable! For one, he answered the phone after hours on a weekend while he was at his child's sporting event. He came out quickly and diagnosed our issue with ease. We had had a power outage in the neighborhood and it fried a couple of parts to our AC unit. We had been without cold air for DAYS. We rent our house, and unbeknownst to us, the unit is an ancient and most parts are not even produced anymore. Tony was able to find the parts and get them installed with ease and quickness. Tony once again did a FABULOUS job! This time, in conjunction with roof replacement, I revamped the entire HVAC system. The unit I had was older and undersized for the square footage of my home. In addition, the duct work was original to the house, undersized, and failing - leaking precious heat/cooling into the attic. Tony and his crew replaced all the ducts, enlarged the air intake duct because it too was too small, and installed a brand new, properly sized unit. It's so quiet, I don't even hear it! And I must add it speaks volumes when during the inspection, the city inspector requested Tony's business card for his own family because he was so impressed with the quality of the work. I found out the reviews were right! I called Elite because my old thermostat would not work right after I changed the batteries. I knew the thermostat was bad, so I bought a new, more modern one. I was surprised and puzzled though when, after I installed it, it would not come on. It had no power. Without success, I checked a couple of obvious causes for this problem. Since I couldn't figure it out, I looked for help online and called Elite. First Tony gave me another trouble shooting solution to try, but that didn't work, so he came out the same day and worked step by step to determine why there was no power to my thermostat, and he quickly repaired the problem. It turned out to be a simple, inexpensive fix, and Tony was more than fair in charging for his service. In addition to solving the power issue, Tony installed my new thermostat without charging me, and he made sure the entire system was working properly before he left. I used a Heating and AC company yesterday to help resolve my heating issues in one of my properties in Victorville. However, the problem returned today with cold air blowing instead of hot air. It appears that the company I used did not fix the issue. Therefore, I did my due diligence to find a reputable company that can fix the issue ASAP. Fortunately, I was able to call Tony who was very professional, friendly and understanding. I asked him that I needed help today and he graciously made time during his busy day to drop by my property within an hour.
