If you need HVAC service, do yourself a favor and call Tony at Elite Climate Control first. I woke up to a house with no air conditioning and immediately called Elite Climate Control. Tony answered and let me know he was finishing a job nearby and could be at my home within 30 minutes. True to his word, he arrived right on time. Tony and Nick quickly diagnosed the problem as a faulty compressor starter and two blown fuses. They replaced the damaged parts, got my AC running again, cleaned the outdoor unit, and even cleaned my reusable air filter. Not only did they fix the issue, but they also took care of maintenance that will help keep my system running efficiently. As an added bonus, my front porch was covered with debris from my Mimosa tree, and Nick took the time to sweep it up. That level of care and attention is rare these days. The difference in my AC was noticeable immediately. In fact, I suspect the system had been gradually losing efficiency for a while. Tony took the time to explain the maintenance needed to keep the unit operating at peak performance, improve efficiency, and help reduce energy costs. The price was more than fair, and the service was exceptional. Tony is knowledgeable, honest, and professional. He has the integrity that's hard to find nowadays and genuinely cares about his customers. You can trust that he'll recommend only the repairs you actually need and won't try to upsell unnecessary services. Tony and Elite Climate Control have earned my business for life. I'll never call anyone else, and I highly recommend them to anyone looking for reliable, honest, and high-quality HVAC service. You won't be disappointed. read more

Came home to find our AC unit wasn't working. After finding great reviews about Elite Climate Control, we reached out and left a message around 9pm expecting a return call the following day. Within 5 minutes, the owner of Elite Climate Control, Tony, called and after discussing the circumstances we scheduled an appointment the following day. What could have easily been thousands of dollars was found to be a very simple and reasonably priced fix - thank goodness. Tony was very honest and even provided us with tips to prolong our AC unit. This was such a refreshing experience. Truly blessed to have found this company and met Tony. read more

Tony was very professional and timely. Got the ac going at an excellent price. It only took him 30 minutes to complete the job.

Our AC units stopped working suddenly last Thurday while having triple digit temperatures outside. My son called elite climate control, and the owner Tony himself was at my door in less than an hour. He told my son the service call is free. You will only be charged for any work that I do. Tony had this unit up and running in about twenty minutes with very minimal charge. We we'll definitely call elite climate control for any service needed in the future!!e read more

Had Tony install a York air conditioner last week. Wow, what a great unit! They were priced perfectly and way better than other companies that I obtained an estimate from. Very professional and quick turn around time as well. Within a week, I was scheduled! Very clean too. Tony is a honest man , full of integrity and I'm still shocked over the great price! I would recommend this company without any hesitation. You are definitely in for a change in business and financial satisfaction.. read more

Tony really came through for us. He fit us in last minute, was honest from the start, and quickly diagnosed the issue with our condenser. No upselling, just straightforward, solid work to get us through the weekend. After dealing with other AC companies out here, I'd easily say he's one of the best in the High Desert. Wish we had called him first. read more

Tony is exactly the kind of HVAC technician you hope to find. He is honest, professional, and incredibly knowledgeable--qualities that are becoming harder and harder to find these days. After contacting several other companies, I was told I needed thousands of dollars' worth of duct replacement work. Thankfully, I decided to get another opinion and called Tony. He quickly diagnosed the real issue and had it fixed within 15 minutes! What impressed me most was his honesty. Instead of trying to sell unnecessary repairs, he took the time to identify the root cause and provide the right solution. His expertise, integrity, and efficiency saved me a significant amount of money and stress. If you're looking for someone you can trust with your AC or HVAC needs, I highly recommend Tony. He delivers excellent service, stands behind his work, and truly puts his customers first. read more

In this day and age, it's very refreshing to have someone just be straight up. Tony came through at the time he said he would and repaired our AC! We had a quote the previous day and they said our unit was dead and it would be about $7k, no remedy. We called Elite to just make sure before we spend that kind of money. Tony arrived and within five minutes he knew what the issue was and proceeded to replace the part and do a maintenance on the unit. This man charged us a very reasonable amount and asked only that we consider him in the future. Consider? Tony your our first call next time! Please don't be fooled by amateurs, this guy is a pro! Honest and reasonable. read more

All around amazing. Tony and his team are some the most honest and genuinely helpful people I've met. They went above and beyond and I couldn't say enough good things about them. Hands down the best price for the job as well. read more

Tony and his team are awesome! Requested a quote from them and they came out the next day to fix my AC. Had Tony come out to do the annual service on the AC for our house. He found the condenser was failing and that the installer the builder used needed to come out and replace it under warranty. He talked with us for over an hour after the service. Walked me through what needed to be done so that I could ensure it was done properly and not a rush job. The knowledge and expertise he freely shared with us has been an invaluable tool for us in our battle with the installer who loves claiming that everything is fine with the unit and initially denied our claim. However, with what Tony shared with us we were able to get them to agree to check it for the third time (fingers crossed, that after two months, we don't have to take this further). But since Tony initially diagnosed our unit we've had two more HVAC techs look at it (including one from the installer, who's manager disagreed with and ignored) that agreed with Tony that the condenser is failing. Hopefully we can get this fixed, as the unit is failing (probably from being installed off level). Anyway, I could not recommend Tony more. He's a trustworthy man and charges a reasonable amount for his services. I wish our installer had even a fraction of his integrity. read more

Tony was on time and provided the service requested. He was honest, to include a video of what needed to be done to prevent any damage to the unit. I would highly recommend him. The cost for the service was great as well. read more

About 2yrs ago I had another company do some work at my home and they offered to redo my duct work for a low price. But the work they did only made things worse. I was very hesitant on spending more money and calling a true HVAC company. But last week I bit the bullet and had Elite Climate Control come out and give me an estimate on finally fixing my a/c issues. Tony was exceptionally knowledgeable and not only fully explained what needed to be done to get actual air into my furthest rooms, the cost was a lot less than I was expecting. His guys came out a couple days later to do the work, and went well above and beyond what I was expecting. They ensured I was happy with the end result (which I was and am extremely happy), along with that after they left and I checked my unit I saw they even went as far as to seal all around the unit to ensure there was little to no air leaking in order to ensure my system ran as it should be. I may be an internet stranger but I highly recommend giving Tony a call, you will not regret it. Him and his team will not stop until you are happy with the outcome. When I need any more hvac work I have Tony on speed dial, he's the only person I'll call. read more

I called this company based on the honest reviews posted and I have to say they are all true. Tony came out on time and took care of business. He came out for a leak that I had on the ac system on the attic. I had found wet spots in my ceiling right underneath the pvc pipes of the AC unit. He checked the Freon and the pipes. He found some built up in the pipe and he was able to clean it. He was honest and thorough with his job. He walks with you and explains everything and what he's going to do. His price was reasonable it was not that expensive at all. He is knowledgeable and he does not cut corners. I truly recommend him for any HVAC jobs. You won't find someone like him anymore. I appreciate him and I will definitely call him back for any issues that I have. read more

I was looking to get a quote for my 20-year-old air conditioning system. So I called the top five yelp air conditioning companies. Bottom line, all the other companies were like sales reps.. like buying a car. They tried to oversell me and take advantage of my non knowledge of A/C. So me and Tony settled on a price and a deal was made.. but he Surprised me again and was able to upgrade me to better A/C units and install York AC units. These A/C units are super super quiet. Extremely efficient and at NO EXTRA COSTS!!! This is your A/C man, Don't look no further.... read more

I don't even have enough words. It's 102 degrees today. My AC went out. I called several other companies and either didn't get a response or was told it couldn't be scheduled until next week. He was incredibly kind and professional. Would absolutely recommend to anyone! read more

Tony is da man. Out there in the desert, he was the only one who gave me a good price as most of other vendors quoted me much higher prices. Had him installed 2 HVAC systems for two houses and they are working great so far. He also provided longer labor warranty than others. Another big plus. I will update this review if anything happens in the future though. Tony, don't let me down lol. He is currently my HVAC go-to guy for my and my clients houses over there in the desert area. read more

I've been using Aace's for a couple of years and on their annual program where they are supposed to come out twice a year and clean/service my units. I received a quote from them recently saying that I need a new AC unit. I decided to get a second opinion because the cost was outrageous! I contacted Elite and they immediately responded that they would come out and look at my system. Tony came out and completely cleaned my unit which the prior company never did, and it is supposed to be included in the service. He spent a good amount of time teaching me about the unit and its needs and the necessity to keep it clean of debris. These were things that I thought were being taken care of. He was very honest and you can absolutely tell he takes pride in what he does. Ultimately, it turns out I do not need a new unit! I am so thankful that I called Elite for a second opinion! I definitely will not be using anyone else moving forward! Thank you Tony for being one of the good guys! read more

Wow! Tony (owner) really made a hard situation tolerable! For one, he answered the phone after hours on a weekend while he was at his child's sporting event. He came out quickly and diagnosed our issue with ease. We had had a power outage in the neighborhood and it fried a couple of parts to our AC unit. We had been without cold air for DAYS. We rent our house, and unbeknownst to us, the unit is an ancient and most parts are not even produced anymore. Tony was able to find the parts and get them installed with ease and quickness. We are now up and running and have cool air flowing through our home! We cannot be more impressed or more thankful for Elite Climate Control! They are quick, efficient, and all-around genuinely kind! Do not hesitate to contact them for any of your cooling and heating needs! read more

Very happy with the service Tony and his team provided. We had them come out after our home inspection and he provided us a quote for the work needed which I believe was affordable. Elite Climate Control will now be our go to vendor. Definitely recommend! read more

Tony once again did a FABULOUS job! This time, in conjunction with roof replacement, I revamped the entire HVAC system. The unit I had was older and undersized for the square footage of my home. In addition, the duct work was original to the house, undersized, and failing - leaking precious heat/cooling into the attic. Tony and his crew replaced all the ducts, enlarged the air intake duct because it too was too small, and installed a brand new, properly sized unit. It's so quiet, I don't even hear it! And I must add it speaks volumes when during the inspection, the city inspector requested Tony's business card for his own family because he was so impressed with the quality of the work. I feel very blessed to have found Tony & highly recommend him for his knowledge, quality of his work, and dependability! He is most definitely "my HVAC guy" & the only one I trust to touch my system! read more

Excellent response, service, and customer satisfaction!. I called Elite Climate Control because I needed help with my heating system and their reviews on Yelp were excellent. I found out the reviews were right! I called Elite because my old thermostat would not work right after I changed the batteries. I knew the thermostat was bad, so I bought a new, more modern one. I was surprised and puzzled though when, after I installed it, it would not come on. It had no power. Without success, I checked a couple of obvious causes for this problem. Since I couldn't figure it out, I looked for help online and called Elite. First Tony gave me another trouble shooting solution to try, but that didn't work, so he came out the same day and worked step by step to determine why there was no power to my thermostat, and he quickly repaired the problem. It turned out to be a simple, inexpensive fix, and Tony was more than fair in charging for his service. In addition to solving the power issue, Tony installed my new thermostat without charging me, and he made sure the entire system was working properly before he left. Tony's service was honest, knowledgeable, efficient and fairly priced. I definitely will call Elite Climate Control anytime I have a heating or A/C problem. read more

I used a Heating and AC company yesterday to help resolve my heating issues in one of my properties in Victorville. However, the problem returned today with cold air blowing instead of hot air. It appears that the company I used did not fix the issue. Therefore, I did my due diligence to find a reputable company that can fix the issue ASAP. Fortunately, I was able to call Tony who was very professional, friendly and understanding. I asked him that I needed help today and he graciously made time during his busy day to drop by my property within an hour. He was able to diagnose the problem, with the error code indicating air blockage within the heating system. He automatically realized it was due to the dirty air filter that was previously installed. Since it was such an easy fix, he gave me a professional courtesy of not charging me. I was shocked by his honesty and his belief of making sure to not "cheat" the customer. Because of the the great customer service and the trust he built with me as a client, I will use him for all my future AC/heating needs for my properties in the High Desert. Honesty, Kindness, Professionalism and Punctuality is what you will get when you work with Tony and his team. read more

Tony and Nick were awesome. They came out short notice on a service call. It's been getting hot and my unit had been short cycling. Tony and Nick arrived exactly when they said they would and were very personable and friendly. While they started servicing and cleaning my unit, I took a step outside and they invited me to take a look at their process. Tony and Nick are natural teachers. Not only are they professional, but they took time to teach me about my unit and show me exactly what was going on. They explained it in layman's terms and it made total sense. Tony replaced the part and like magic, the unit is running perfectly again. As a home owner, dealing with various tradesmen is not always the most comfortable experience. What sets these guys apart from the rest is that they treat the customer like a human being and not just a job. Tony provided me with a fair, honest, and overall, enjoyable experience. Whatever issue you are having with your hvac, Tony is the guy to call. But don't just take my word for it, give him a call yourself. When you do, feel free to save yourself some time and copy and paste my comment on your own yelp review. Elite climate control has earned my business for life. Thank you, Tony and Nick! read more
