Last year I got a new system for my house and everything went smoothly and my new system has been working great. Customer Service has always been great. The office staff has been on top of getting services scheduled and always been professional and helpful. They did a 15 maintenance check for the summer (as well as cleaning out the HVAC to the point it looked like new). I was very impressed with all the services they offer which included operation check, lubrication, new filters, checking for gas leaks in furnace, checked for condensation, cracks or defects, carbon monoxide leaks, thermostat operation and more (i still have one of their emails that says all the stuff they do and trust me, I watched). When Winter came around, same thing-- reminded me of our appointment, did a 15 point check on my heater which was up in the attic. they were very careful going up the closet where the access point was (covered clothing, and vacuumed after), I am very happy with all the services provided and highly recommend their yearly preventative maintenance for your HVAC and Heater units.

Sean Hawkinson came in and was able to diagnose the issue right away as to why the heating and cooling wasn't kicking on, but the blower was still on. Turns out the furnace emergency mode was tripped due to a dirty air filter. Our new build home recommended we replace our air filters every 6 months. For the type of furnace we have we should be replacing them monthly! Sean quickly reset the furnace after 5 minutes the cooling and heating started to work again. I would do business with these folks again as they were fast and the price was fair. If it wasn't for the heat wave coming I'm sure they would've scheduled me sooner.
