Amazing fast and friendly service. Sent the request for repair and they were here immediately. The part that was needed had the be ordered but the kept the unit working in meantime. We highly recommend using Tri City Air read more

Called them on Tuesday and never returned my call. Their recording hadn't been changed from the holiday weekend. I hate businesses that are unprofessional and don't return calls. They were recommended by someone that uses them for their rental property. read more

Chris and his crew are great and do an awesome job, very easy to communicate with and will always give you a heads up if he's running a little late. I have used them for multiple HVAC related issues and he has always done a great job! He is our go to guy with our business. read more

We had a split system needing replacement as they were for the most part original to the home. Chris took time to hear my concerns and needs and put a competing bid with quality products. They even moved the system closer to the area it was serving and was reasonable in price. The the heat of the summer they were able to complete the job quickly! Financing was extremely easy and not outrageous as I was expecting! read more

Chris runs an honest company and has a passion for what he does. He uses competitive flat rate pricing as should be and industry standard to ensure all customers are charged fairly across the board with no prejudice. Most importantly Chris doesn't take B.S from scammers that try to weaponize reviews in order to obtain free goods and services. To any prospective customers. Take the Yelp platform with a grain of salt. Yelp doesn't protect the business in any way shape or form when it comes to false or scam reviews like the one below read more

HONEST & KNOWLEDGEABLE - My husband and I were both extremely impressed by the consultation we had with Tri City Air. Chris provided an abundance of expert knowledge regarding our system and the mild issues we were experiencing. But, what was most impressive was that he didn't try to con us into fixing "issues" ($$$) we didn't really have. Instead, he gave us his expert advice on how we could easily fix the problem on our own by sealing up some minor air gaps that were letting dust into our system. We really value and appreciate this kind of honesty, and we will definitely go with Tri City Air if we need any major repairs in the future. Note: I'm pregnant and hyper-conscious about the air quality in our home for both our small child and the newborn we will be bringing home. While Chris acknowledged my heightened sensitivities and could have easily convinced me to spend an arm and a leg to protect my family, instead he chose to reassure me with honest information. His truthful approach seems so rare these days. We sincerely appreciate that he didn't try to take advantage of us and our circumstances. Kudos to Chris! read more

Our air stopped blowing cold air and Chris had his team here within a couple hours to get us up and running. Amazing service and such kind employees. I highly recommend this company. read more

He did a very good job of fixing our air conditioning. He's honest and knowledge and I would recommend him for everyone. He was able to fix everything within an hour and was very prompt and cared about our time. He fixed the ac unit outside and he was able to open the fans in the house. He double checked everything and he did more than we expected! His price is reasonable for the amount of work he did and it was great that he is licensed. He is a very great honest fellow and I would recommend him and call him again if something happens to my AC again! read more

Just to let you know how far above and beyond Tri-City goes for their customers, my husband and I completely remodeled the rental and part of it was to have Chris and his team install a new heating and air unit. It was going to take several days for the new system to arrive after the old one was removed. Chris offered the use of his home space heater during that time. The temperatures dropped very low and we would have frozen in the house if it weren't for that heater. It was not something I would expect a company to do for a customer. I can't say enough nice things about the company and Chris Hall himself. read more

Just a shout out to Tri City who is actually a competitor, I wanted to rebut "Harrison" and his uninformed negative remarks towards service calls, hourly rates, and parts "markup" etc. You try running a licensed and insured HVAC company Harrison, you have no clue as the hidden costs and handcuffs put on us by various agencies and all the things we need to pay for. I assure you Chris and his business are in line with standard industry pricing and obviously as noted by the rest of his customers his service is top notch. I know the guy, I've know him probably close to 20 years and he's making a living like the rest of us. Pay attention to the 5-start satisfied customers, that is the Chris I know. A man I would not hesitate to refer any of my customers to. Keep up the good work my man. read more

Thank you Chris for coming out on short notice and fixing my heater! Also, thank you for for the information you shared on how to care for my ac/heating system. read more

Great quality service. Professional and gets the prize for awesome communication. On time and work was quality. Area was completely clean when they left. Highly recommend this business. Fast and friendly service. It was a cold week and heater stopped working and Chris from Tri City came and got it going. Very honest and reasonably priced. Thank you so much. It's nice and warm now. read more

Had a few different companies quote my job. I chose Chris at TRI CITY AIR because he seemed to be the most passionate and had the most knowledge about the job (He has been doing this since the 80's). Chris quoted me a fair price. During the job, Chris discovered he could not access some ducts, so he lowered the price a bit (I had a complete system replacement including duct-work). I also chose TRI-CITY because when I call or text, its THE OWNER OF THE COMPANY (Chris) not some comfort specialist putting you on hold! It took Chris about 5 to 6 days to complete the job while other places said it would take a day and a half. After seeing the work that TCA did, I can't help but believe the other companies would have been running roughshod in my attic. I recommend TRI CITY for your needs. read more

Great customer service! I called them up today to diagnose an issue with my heater. Chris came out for a service call (in a few hours!) he was very knowledgeable and friendly. I am more of the DIY home repair type and I was pleased with how he took time to thoroughly answer all of my questions, and even give me a little education! This is the second company to come out for the same issue, I wasn't pleased with the result of the first company to come and their service call was $30 more expensive :-/ I wish I called Tri City Air first!! Thanks Chris! read more

Called because my AC was blowing hot air. Realized it at 5pm. Tri city responded to my call within minutes and had a tech out first thing in the morning. Very profession and knowledgeable. Had to replace the system, which was very affordable and completed by next day. Very impressive customer service and knowledgeable technician. Service above and beyond. Highly recommended. read more

We purchased our home in May 2018 we went through the summer with a not so great experiance with a few AC repair companies. However they all said we needed to add an additional return to support the 4 ton condenser we have. I called and reached Chris on Tuesday we set up an estimate for Saturday and he was out Monday to complete the work. I can not say enough great things about him. He extremely knowledgeable, honest, reputable, prompt, and had the best prices around. I will definitely be using him in the future! read more

Weather was cold so I called these guys and they were at my house in a couple hours. Eddie was super professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. Within a short time Eddie figured out the problem and had to replace 3 parts that had failed. He had the parts in the truck, replaced them in about an hour, tested the heater and he was done. I was very happy with the price, the service and the overall results. I will call these guys again for sure. Thanks for the great work. read more

Quick response for a house call, quick diagnosis, friendly, even gregarious. 2hr minimum @ $75 an hour plus $60 to diagnose even if the diagnosis only takes 5 minutes and installation 10 minutes and 20 minutes portal to portal travel time. Total one hour. Add to that a 3 or 400% markup on parts & I'm not sure it's such a great deal. His charming personality isn't worth all that. Probably as much or more than my CPA or Doctor charges me. Appears like about $350 an hour. read more

Amazing, fast and excellent service!!! My air conditioner was having horrible problems and wasn't getting cool. I have a newborn and being a very new mom and a little paranoid i called tri-city 15 minutes before they closed. The owner took time to walk me through what steps I needed to do to defrost the air conditioning coil until he was able to send someone out first thing in the morning. I was very grateful with his advice when his technician called me he was very professional and let us know when he was on his way. He came and fixed our unit and really went out of his way to make are experience exceptional. So pleased!!! They even called to follow up. I am so happy i found them i will definetly refer everyone i know to them read more

Chris and Eddie are awesome! They were friendly, knowledgeable, and able to quickly finish the job. They replaced a blower motor and patched up some ducting for me during one of the hottest parts of the day. My family and I are thankful that they were able to complete this job with such short notice. My a/c is now running perfectly which is definitely needed for the High Desert. I highly recommend Chris and his team for any a/c or heating issues. read more

STAND UP GUY!! Chris is an honest and trustworthy guy and very knowledgeable about his craft. He came out to diagnose my ac unit and found the problem very fast. failed condenser fan motor was tripping the high pressure switch. He really hooked me up and I am much appreciative for it. It was a breath of fresh air compared to other companies I've had out trying fix things or selling me stuff that wasn't broken or I didn't need. I will definately be using Tri City Air next time I have a problem. hands down the best!! read more

Chris is the BEST! My heater broke, and I called a few places everyone was booked out. Chris squeezed me into his schedule and arrived at the time he told me. Super great customer service and actually saved me money! I'd recommend him to everyone that needs work done. Thanks Chris! Will definitely call when I'm ready for a new system! read more

I called Tri-City Air on a Saturday before Christmas. I received a call back within a few minutes. Chris came out later that day and figured out what was wrong with my heater in just a few minutes. He also checked for other possible problems. My heater is working great now. Warmth in winter is a good thing. I will be calling him again if any other problems arise. Thanks Chris. read more

Tri City air is the one we always call for help for our A/c heater related needs. Others have told us to replace our units while Chris will evaluate thoroughly and look for the root cause of the problem we had. We're relieved we didn't have to replace our units! We have called them to help us too for our rental properties too! Chris and his son always get the job done and they clean up before they leave. Their rate is reasonable too! read more

Tri City Air is the best! They are accommodating, professional and friendly. They went above and beyond to locate the problem and redo our ducting system and were very fair and affordable. I will only call them for any HVAC repairs and upgrades. read more

Wanted to write a quick review for this company because they were so amazing. Had my AC fixed same day within a few hours of me calling. Price was great. Was not overcharged. My brother had checked out the AC unit before the repair man got there so we knew what had to be repaired. I was given a heads up text 30 mins before Chris, the repair man,got there. He left 2 brand new air filters and even gave my mother in law one since she was there to open the house. He even offered to come back and clean the unit for the buyers once we get the house sold. Very nice and professional. Would definitely hire again! Being 2 hours away and trying to get things repaired is not easy but this company made everything so much easier on me. Thank you!! read more

Chris and his son Shane did a great job for me. They arrived early imagine that, very professional, diagnosed my nest thermostats issue within 5-10 mins and got my AC working shortly after that. They did not try to up sell me, add fees or just make up some BS like regretfully some "professionals" do to take advantage of their knowledge. Chris even gave me some pointers on unrelated heater issues which I appreciate. A lot of contractors seem to want to make every job count and they don't realize most people are hip to that game. When I need a big job done, I feel like I have company I can call. "Don't jump over nickels to pickup pennies". Guys keep up the good work and fair practices. read more

Fast and friendly ! Chris was super helpful in explaining our issue and options in fixing them. Pricing was excellent.

I could not be happier with this company, on time, great people, and defiantly fair price. Wish I could give more than 5 stars

I called to get an estimate for a house call, they were by far the best price. They came out that same day (thank u) I believe my technician was named Eddie (I hope this is his name.) he was very friendly, knowledgeable, and he kept me posted on his arrival time so I didn't have to sit around waiting on when he was gonna come. Anyways he did a thorough check on my system and gave me a set price and fixed it that same day. Super happy with the punctuality and effectiveness, he even gave me tips on how to keep my system running better and what to look for in the future if I were to have the same problem. Definitely would use them again if I ever have any more problems. (Which I hope I don't) read more

I called early Monday morning because our A/C had been out all weekend. I called 3 companies highly reviewed on yelp. Tri-City called back within the hour and scheduled a service call early Tuesday. They came out and diagnosed the problem. It was going to take a lot of work and he said they could get a temp fix that might last through July 4th, but he couldn't do the major work until after the holiday. He thought about it and said he'd rearrange that day's schedule so he could get our A/C back up and running before the holiday. They had it fixed and cooling our house by mid afternoon. He gave me a rough idea what the cost would be. Rough, only because he didn't yet know how much freon we'd need. His final cost was a little less than estimated. I'm very happy with their service and attitude. I highly recommend Tri-City to anyone in the high desert. read more

Chris and his son Shane came out this mornings to diagnose and remedy why the a/c wasn't effectively cooling the house. They were in and out in about an hour and the a/c is working beautifully again. And Chris shared so much helpful information about maintenance. And, like a pervious reviewer noted, Chris won't sell you something you don't need. The cost was very fair and reasonable. Chris was also very friendly and pleasant - I'm so glad I called Tri-City Air! I'm also going to ask him to come back for a heating service this fall - something he recommended I do every 3 years or so. read more

My heater broke in the middle of a rainstorm. Freezing in my house. Chris came that night and worked around my work schedule. Was fair, honest and fixed it right way. Gave me great price. He could have gouged me and didn't. I paid less than I thought I was going to have to. Thank you so much Chris. I will be calling him again if I ever need a A/C & Heating Contractor. Thanks for coming same day so I did not have to have another freezing night!!! read more
