By 2:10pm I called the office since there had been no call or update. I was told the tech was out on another hi that had taken longer than expected and he should be able to get to my home "soon." I expressed my dismay at the fact I had not had any communication from the tech. I also asked how long the service would take once the tech did arrive. I was told it would take about 90 minutes. I had already waited all day and now I was expected to spend another 90-120 minutes waiting for the tech to arrive and perform the service!! I found this unacceptable! I said i would need to reschedule but would need a morning appointment time. I was told they could come the next day, but, once again, I would have to be available between 8:00am and 2:00pm!! No way was I going to devote another day of waiting and wondering if the tech would appear!! I used AC PLUS in the past and was very satisfied with their service. Unfortunately their customer service has declined since I last used them and they are not as reliable as they once were.

Tony, Nick, and Travis were professional, knowledgeable, friendly, and truly went above and beyond to make sure everything was done right. They installed my new A/C system, and the entire experience was fantastic. They took the time to explain everything, answered all of my questions, and made sure I was completely comfortable with how everything worked before they left. It's so refreshing to have a company that takes pride in their work and genuinely cares about their customers. The quality of their work and their customer service were both outstanding. I would highly recommend Elite Climate Control to anyone needing A/C or HVAC work. If I could give them more than five stars, I absolutely would! Thank you, Tony, Nick, and Travis, for an exceptional job!

If you need HVAC service, do yourself a favor and call Tony at Elite Climate Control first…read more I woke up to a house with no air conditioning and immediately called Elite Climate Control. Tony answered and let me know he was finishing a job nearby and could be at my home within 30 minutes. True to his word, he arrived right on time. Tony and Nick quickly diagnosed the problem as a faulty compressor starter and two blown fuses. They replaced the damaged parts, got my AC running again, cleaned the outdoor unit, and even cleaned my reusable air filter. Not only did they fix the issue, but they also took care of maintenance that will help keep my system running efficiently. As an added bonus, my front porch was covered with debris from my Mimosa tree, and Nick took the time to sweep it up. That level of care and attention is rare these days. The difference in my AC was noticeable immediately. In fact, I suspect the system had been gradually losing efficiency for a while. Tony took the time to explain the maintenance needed to keep the unit operating at peak performance, improve efficiency, and help reduce energy costs. The price was more than fair, and the service was exceptional. Tony is knowledgeable, honest, and professional. He has the integrity that's hard to find nowadays and genuinely cares about his customers. You can trust that he'll recommend only the repairs you actually need and won't try to upsell unnecessary services. Tony and Elite Climate Control have earned my business for life. I'll never call anyone else, and I highly recommend them to anyone looking for reliable, honest, and high-quality HVAC service. You won't be disappointed.

Within four hours, Marlon showed up and had the necessary part on his truck to get me back online for which I am eternally grateful. However, he brought back down from the roof, pictures of rust, oil leaks and a few burned-out resistors along with detailed explanations of where things were headed with likely steep replacemet/repair costs in the future. Not only so, but the refrigerant in my a/c unit was no longer a legal replacement in California, should leaks occur there. The motor bearings were becoming noisily worn as well. From the very first Saturday contact with a call from James within 10 minutes of my YELP request, to the field visit from Marlon on the same day, to the installatin of a brand new heat pump system only two days later on Monday by two guys up on the roof enduring the at-least 106-degree brutal temperatures, and the skillful crane operator who clearly knew what he was doing, the professionalism, great care and willingness to get it all done right was seamless and unwavering. The same to be said of the quick, no-hassle financing initiated in the office to get things rolling for me. Without flinching, I can highly recommend AACE'S.

We had contacted them because our 5 year old HVAC system, that was installed by one of their competitors, stopped blowing cold air. Unfortunately, 5 years ago we made the mistake of going with someone else for our HVAC system. So we first called that competitor to see what they could do for us but instead of visiting us as a repairman, it felt more like they came in as a salesman. They used high pressure tactics on my husband and I. We were made to feel like we didn't have much of an option other than to purchase a new AC unit that was twice the price that Air Repair HVAC provided us with. It turns out that their competitor was also charging us more than double for the biannual maintenance check than Air Repair HVAC charges. So, long story short, if you are stuck between going with Air Repair HVAC or AC Plus......CHOOSE AIR REPAIR HVAC!!! They've got my highest recommendation.

I also appreciated that he tried to get us a less expensive but effective option until it became impossible when we discovered we had a sinkhole forming -- in this case, the city was right -- we needed to replace things to meet city codes (and for our own safety!). The solution to my septic plumbing ordeal began when I called Cisneros Bros. in the middle of the night meaning to leave a message, but surprisingly, after several calls (accidentally called several times in my stress) an actual person answered the phone. Nicole (who answered) must have guessed it was urgent even if after hours. The next day, I met Nathan Knapp who walked me through every single step the crew would take. (Thank you crew!). I was helping my parents with this -- their septic tank broke into a foul river of waste in their front yard. Neighbors called the city for help, we were cited to fix things immediately, and almost $18,000 later it has been fixed. I could not pay ANY company this amount without understanding what in fact they were fixing, how, and the different options. Apparently for many decades, we were not meeting city codes (we didn't know until this septic tank disaster). The cheaper options to "fix" the septic mess weren't really an option because the city citation did not allow the cheaper fixes, but also because we truly needed a major fix. Nathan and the crew (Jeff, Victor and Rogelio) were super hardworking at pumping out the tank and Victor luckily spoke Spanish who could better explain things to my dad. It's hard to pay a bill like this, but I recognize the value of it -- it was necessary, and I really don't think it would have been cheaper or done better by others. We passed the city codes with flying colors and we don't have to worry about a sinkhole or wastewater mess. So glad to have have a brand new seepage pit, new outlet lines etc.!

(Don't ever call All Pro) Edgar was the BEST! He was on time, polite, knew exactly what to do and fixed our heating system and the thermostat. Their prices have also been more than fair. After suffering through a small fire at my home this last year and having a local flood and fire restoration working on repairs both of my units stopped working. No power to one that previously was working. And the other that was working was now blowing hot air. I was told that for just under $600.00 they would fix the one unit. So of course that seemed great. Air unit still blew hot air after their repair. Other unit that power had stopped to they said was a total loss. I decided to call my own HVAC people, Masco. Turns out the unit with no power, and yes breakers had been checked, had a wire that had been disconnected . Masco did a very thorough check going through attic and ground level. They spent a lot of time really checking, fixed wire that had been undone and charged a vey small amount for all of this. Air conditioner has been working like a dream, no additives or anything, just a wire. This is all documented. For my money and piece of mind the two HVAC companies up here that I would use again and recommend to anyone are Masco & Sons and ACPlus/Matt.
