I got home an hour before the appointment, 15 minutes before the time I got a phone call confirming they were on the way. Right on time a lovely young lady named Jenny arrived and went right to work. After going through a number of checks to diagnose the problem she had the answer. Turns out it was a wire that laid across a component that got hot during the self clean cycle and melted the coating on the wire causing a short. She repaired the wire replaced the covering on the back of the stove and I was back in business. She was very knowledgeable, very efficient, and very professional.
