The internet told me it might be an idler pulley. The initial appointment was created over the phone. That phone call was followed up with an email. I received an email and text appointment confirmation later that same day with a photo of the tech. The next day, I receive another email and text that Timothy is on his way. The internet diagnosis was confirmed by Timothy. He quickly gave us some options and pricing. We opted for the roller belt kit (new wheels, belt, and idler pulley). We liked the confirmation emails and text. Having a photo of the tech is awesome. We hope to never need an appliance repair. If we do, we will call Mr. Appliance of Marion County.

Service technician came to service my Viking Appliance. Claims parts and service is no longer…read moreavailable due to age. I called Viking directly and was able to order the parts directly from the company. Mr Appliance charged me a diagnosis fee, just to tell me they will not be ordering parts because they are sold out world wide/not available due to age of the stove. I strongly do not recommend Mr. appliance , the only reason I contacted them because Viking listed them as the only repair certified technician for the area. I contacted Viking directly and let them know that Mr. appliance of Ocala needs to have their certification revisited or reevaluated. I've tried to call Mr. appliance to speak to a manager or supervisor to ask for a refund or some type of compensation because I wanted my stove fixed based on what Viking put as a reputable repair service business , Mr. appliance refuse to repair due to not being able to order parts. I ordered OEM parts directly from Viking, there was no valid reason not to service my stove. At the time of this writing, I am still waiting for a manager or supervisor to explain to me how I am able to order OEM parts, but their service technician claim the company cannot. I have my invoice with the technician notes , including my invoice for parts purchased from Viking Directly.

I went to one of the big hardware stores and spent forever trying to decide. I finally chose a new washer and dryer and when it was time to pay found out that my military discount did not apply and I needed to purchase new hookups for the washer ( hose attachments) and for the dryer (new vent) even though there was nothing wrong with the ones I had. When I paid the 1,572.00 for everything needed they gave me a delivery date 13 days away. What was I suppose to do for 13 days? I already had a huge pile of laundry as it broke 4 days prior. I called Jake Johnson appliance as I figured it was worth 35.00 to see if the dryer was worth repairing. Jake arrived the next day less than 24 hours of my call and repaired the dryer for $85. I was able to put the 35.00 towards the repair cost. For less than $100.00 I was able to save myself from further credit card debt 4 weeks before Christmas. I was impressed that when I told Jake that I had checked the dryer duct and cleaned it well with a dog groomer blower the day before and that the vent output in the backyard was strong, that he wanted to check it for himself after repairing the dryer. I was having a long term problem with the latch on the gate door to my backyard and when we had a problem opening the gate he said that the hardware had been installed improperly and was not lining up properly and he took the time to go to his van and get some new screws and took the hardware off the gate and installed it properly for me. Great customer service and reasonable pricing. Very nice and polite young man. I could not recommend him more. Very happy with this service.

All of the windows I received were the wrong size but was told that they would put a rush on them and I would receive them within two weeks. That didn't happen. The next date was January 23rd but that has come and gone and no windows. They are great about calling and giving an 'update' but the update is always a procrastination, no firm information. My advice is if you want windows, do not go to Lowes. The installation company has been wonderful to work with, but unfortunately, they have no influence with Lowes.
