I called Integrity and spoke to Mathew and within an hour he was able to come over and give me a free estimate. Within 10 minutes of looking at it all he immediately knew what had to be done and with some back and forth between us we figured out I wasn't a professional pole installer or electrician. With a quote and a plan we were able to get the permitting done and the next day the pole/new panel installed. Mathew sent over Rob and Justin who worked in the rain and the summer heat tirelessly. They went above and beyond even switching over my internet box for me onto the new pole and checking all the wiring to ensure that everything would be cleared by the inspector and was safe!!! I independently ordered a routine four-point inspection simply to shop for a better insurance rate. The inspector noted a visual double-tap, and I hired Matthew to clean it up. Instead of shutting off the power, he performed alterations while the panel was fully live, leaving the appliance wire lugs dangerously loose and creating an active fire hazard inside a home where my two children live He executed his first cover-up before leaving by hand-writing a fake "Surge" label on the wrong side of the metal cover to mask his layout before leaving the country for vacation in Italy The exact moment Matthew finished his work, while the panel was still fully open, I snapped a photo and sent it to the inspector to have noted the double tapping was gone. This loose connection caused my hot tub to stop heating and my stove to repeatedly trip. Integrity Electric executed a second cover-up, during a follow-up call when his technician explicitly felt the circuit and warned us, "it's hot. Don't touch it," but would not admit to the fault and claimed my stove was too close to the wall thats why it wasn't working correctly. It has been in the same spot for years, AGAIN my property was abandoned with a immediate fire hazard. Less than 24 hours later, I paid $398.00 to a different electrical company for emergency intervention. The technician opened the box and officially documented on my Invoice that the wire lugs were left "really loose, creating an immediate fire hazard" This company's pride and ego are keeping him from doing the right thing. Instead of protecting his customers and his company, his refusal to accept that he caused major safety problems is dragging down his company's reputation over a simple refund. Matthew continues to make up lies by claiming my insurance company requested and accepted this repair. He has refused a refund, stated he has issued a fraudulent $225 bill for the follow-up, and actively refused to disclose his mandatory liability insurance information. I am dealing with severe family health emergencies, however all photos, text logs, emails and certified reports will be filed directly with the Florida DBPR License Board and Marion County Building Safety for formal professional negligence. And I emplore anyone whom is having a problem with a contractor to do the same. When a company does not except responsibility we as the consumer need to hold them liable. IF YOU HIRE THIS COMPANY PROCEED WITH EXTREME CAUTION!!!!!

I was desperate in 100 degree plus temperature and he came the next day, on schedule and on time. He diagnosed my load issues, made suggestions, installed a portable AC by hooking up the vent hose, cutting a hole in the side of the panel to exhaust the heat, and setting it up. He did this all in less than one hour and showed me the greatest consideration and kindness, once again renewing my faith in the goodness that there is in some human beings. I am 76, a single female without any family, friends, or help. Mr. Miller showed me the efficiency, competency, and kindness which humans owe one another as children of the same Father. He came when I needed him the most and he, like I, do not believe in coincidences. The Father sent me the help I needed, packaged in the "milk of human kindness" and decency which sustains all the living. I am very grateful for his help and his kindness will always be remembered. I am twice blessed; by him and by the Father who sent him to my rescue. If a heartfelt "thank you" is the only prayer you ever say, before the Father it is prayer enough!
