When it comes to big jobs like this one, time needs to pass for me to give a well made review. I…read moregot a faucet, dishwasher, pipe under the sink, and new piping under the house, an industrial sink, and new hot/cold piping leading to that sink as well as drainage from there. My house is very old, and I believe, flipped before I got it, so there were many missing things that needed to be fixed before they started their job. It's been only two weeks. As of right now, everything was done well and it looks great. There is a one year warranty, but I don't know how will they will honor it because there hasn't been enough time to find out because nothing has had a chance to break. Everything looks and runs great. I'm very happy with the finished job, and the people were nice. I had their plumbers come, and later their electricians. I did have to pay extra for hooking up the electric part to the disposal (the disposal wire did not reach the new disposal, which is now in the center of the sink... the last one was to the left. Because of that the wire was short). They did include the price of that beforehand but it was not to their knowledge this was an issue at the time. They added a plug receptacle under the sink and a plug from the disposal leading to it. In other words, even though there was an extra charge, the kitchen was in much better shape when they left. They even gave me a discount due to the unforeseen problems, which I appreciate. There were unforeseen things that popped up as the job was done due to the house being so old. I'm not sure what some people are complaining about in the other reviews. Most of them didn't even have any work done. As for me, as of right now, I am happy with their job. Of course, it's only been a short time. If something goes wrong in the next year, and they do not abide by their warranty, I will make a re-post. But as of now, I am very happy!

They sell you a Home Comfort Maintenance agreement for HVAC. But when you schedule an appointment…read morefor maintenance, Pro Plumbing sends you a text message MINUTES before the scheduled appointment time to cancel your appointment, because they have too many appointments and more important calls came in. The HVAC techs have been great. Customer service not so much. We canceled our membership and went with a smaller company that cares about their customers. One more thing, the electrical Techs do try and up sale you (a lot) watch out for this.

I continue to be humbled with the outstanding service I receive. Always take care of me. Did some errands----came back to a sauna. Called this morning letting them know that I have to leave in the morning. I look up and Mr. Tyler is on my fence line ready to look at the issue. One of the important "what you call its" decided to stop working (it provides lubricant and stuff). Very simple and quick replacement part. Did a system check---all is good. I will not be in the doghouse. I deeply appreciate the hard work, years of consistent service and kindness from everyone at Comfort Tech. Fyi...Steve is enjoying a well-earned golfing vacation this week. Tyler got him hooked. Fair winds.

Just because Steve could not get the job done correctly he took his anger out on innocent customers that were not once rude to him. As a business owner myself, I would NEVER speak to a customer like he has nor would I allow any of my employees to. Steve has a lot of anger issues he needs to deal with before stepping into another home. I am leaving this review in hopes that customers will go do business with anyone else that values them and their feelings.. because this place clearly does not.

0 Stars!!!!…read more Dishonest Pricing & No Service for $89 "Diagnostic" Date of Experience: October 12, 2025 Service Requested: Electrical Diagnostic I am writing this negative review due to misleading pricing and a complete lack of service from Eanes Heating Cooling Plumbing and Electrical. I called on 10/8/25, requesting an electrical diagnostic on my washer/dryer outlet to verify the voltage for the LG manufacturer. I was quoted the price of $89 for the diagnostic--a price confirmed twice. The technician, "Chris," arrived on 10/12/25 (after a reschedule). Without touching or testing anything, he immediately demanded an additional $200 fee, claiming the initial $89 only covered his trip and not the actual diagnostic--a clear bait-and-switch. I requested he at least document the outlet's wattage on the receipt so I could relay the information to LG, but he failed to do so. I called customer support and was transferred to "Kayla" in dispatch, who confirmed the potential for a $200 detailed diagnostic fee but could not logically explain how it was determined without the technician inspecting the unit. When I questioned this, she became unhelpful, displayed an attitude, and simply stated she could call the technician and cancel the job. He was already on site. I paid $89 for absolutely no electrical service or useful information. This company is dishonest about its upfront pricing. Do not use Eanes.
