My toilet was backing up into my shower. I saw High Point Plumbing was rated well by all who used…read morethem. I called and they came out the same day. My toilet was flushing well that was Friday afternoon. Saturday it started all over again. I waited until Monday morning to call (I have another bathroom). They called me back shortly after I left the message Monday morning and came back out Monday afternoon. Today is Wednesday and all is well. I paid on Friday what I thought was a reasonable rate. I asked Monday if I owed anything and was told no it's covered. I would highly recommend them. Hopefully I won't have to use them again, but if I have a Plumbing issue they will be who I call.

Had issue with toilet gurgling. Filed claim with home waranty service. Simrel Plumbing sent out a…read moretech. Described issue to tech. He checked and ran pressure through main sewer line. Advised he really needed a camera to see in the pipe and an snake with a cutting head which he did not have. He did say that the warranty may not cover it. I asked approx how much would it cost if not covered, he responded about $400. I said I could pay if not covered by warranty and he told me he would be back the next day with the equipment he needed. He did not show the next day and did not respond to text message. When I looked at the invoice he left the only note was a quote to replace the sewer line for just under $4000. A day or two later I got a mail from the warranty company the case was closed. I had the waranty company reopen the case advising what I was told and by the tech and that there could be an issue with the plumbing vents, a clogged vent can also cause toilets to gurgle. Simrel made appointment to come back out, they never showed. I contacted them back, they appologized and made another appointment for 2 days later to be there from 7am - 11am. At 9:50 I got a text he was on the way. Did not show. I called the office at noon and after a 10 min discussion was told they would not check the vent stack as my house was too high (my house is a 1 story ranch with a finished walkout basement) and sent my case back to the warranty company.
