I briefly explained my situation and was told a service tech should be out shortly for diagnostics... and he was! the tech was efficient and courteous and practicing plague protocols which is always appreciated. a little chit-chat then re-reset the breaker and the unit turns on, mostly... apparently there's a delay between 'power' and 'function' because Michael shut it off after a few minutes reporting a high current condition. shines a flashlight around and pokes about some with the meter... some parts come out, some parts go in and next thing you know we're back online with heat, yea! check the discharge temp and thermostat function to make sure everything works like it's supposed to, and we're done in short order. and it wasn't so spendy either (yea again!) while I had his attention I asked Michael about replacing the unit and doing a little duct work under the house (why should I get dirty when they're going to be here anyway?) he took a look at my system and gave me some numbers; it's gonna cost about the same for gas or electric so we'll see how that plays out in the spring. meanwhile I've got no complaints except for the plague stuff and being on eastern standard time instead of Tulsa Time. to all y'all at Air Dynamics, thank you for a job done well!

They are always on time, and respectful of your carpet, They wear covers over their shoes. We first bought our house 10 years ago. We had older ac units, that we couldn't afford to replace at the time. They never pressured us to replace them. They always did want was needed to make them work. 10 years later, we are replacing both upstairs and downstairs units. They have done a fantastic job. My husband and I both had to work, so we had to leave them at our house while they finished. Everything was done perfectly. I'm very grateful for Air repair. I highly recommend them.

After the usual introductions, I started to show Karsten where all the equipment was. He said he was first going to check our thermostat. I had contacted Integrity about a month ago regarding what I thought might have been a problem with the thermostat. He checked it and said it needed a slight recalibration, which he did. He upgraded the A/C condensate drain tube and we had him install a second drain pan float switch. We felt he did a great job in checking over the A/C and was very knowledgable in any qustions we had. We fell comfortable we'll survive another Charlotte summer.

The problem was water sitting in the exhaust pipe and they told us we were basically on our own to fix it and the company they recommended to do the work was lost about having to break our ceiling up to get at the pipe and basically a nightmare conversation with them, Integrity charged us twice for the two visits and said they would reimburse us the 200 dollars which they then said they never told us that we would get any money back. They reimbursed us $1.41 after all was said and done, We paid alot of money for the new unit and after it was installed Integrity just basically washed their hands of us after it was done. They are not people of their word and I would never recommend them to anyone.

I made an appointment and they were able to come the same day. I was given a window of 11-1. To my surprise I got a phone call around 1040 saying they were on the way. The technicians were prompt and very nice. They explained what the problem is and also showed me the defective part. They were at the house no more than 30 minutes including fixing the unit.
