You can get someone with a week of experience or 5 years. And then that person may not be there for long. I'm not sure if it's because of a work environment issue or that they don't pay well or just the work environment of society. I have zero confidence that my System is being serviced in the best manner. I have techs come that damaged the property or say they did their job but then to find out they didn't. They are supposed to be the professionals. I won't know until something is broken. There is always a long wait for maintenance check appointment. They need to do better and review how and who they fire and what type of training they offer

I called for a problem and was given an 8-12 window for service. That time came and went so I…read morecontacted their service number. "Casey" was very rude and said no one told you that time as our after hours team does not have access to schedules. So why would they give me a window for service? I am a paid subscriber for service with them to guarantee service. I asked to speak to her supervisor and she refused to let me talk to her boss. She literally started yelling at me then hung up on me. I call back to their service number and ended up with her again. She would not answer my question about what their guarantee was about if I as a customer could not speak with her supervisor. She continued to go off on me for asking questions and hung up on me again. Don't waste your time paying for a subscription service with Andy Lewis as they don't guarantee anything.
