Both technicians were prompt, professional, and communicated clearly from start to finish. I had a tight window of time today, but they made it work easily. They did thorough work, solved the problem, and left everything clean. I'll definitely be using them again

Overtime, that can get backed up by dust, lint, birds' nests, etc. I've had all of this stuffing up my vent, making my clothes even harder to dry, if at all.. Anyway, my neighbor recommended Steve and Zach, a father and son team, and they're both very down to earth and hard working... Take a look at my pics, that's only half of the stuff that came out. I'm thinking of doing this for the entire house next with Airborne. FYI, even if you use the high level/top tier Aprilaire filters for your home, there will still be build up... Coming highly recommended from my HVAC service, I went with Mr. Duct for a full duct cleaning. They were easy to schedule with, provided great info up front, and were professional throughout the appointment. They even showed before and after pictures in select ducts! I did have one issue after the appointment that I still have not really had any follow-up on... I emailed after the visit to share that the vacuum, where it was placed, had killed a spot in our lawn (see pictures). I contacted them a few days after the visit and didn't hear any kind of response. Then, 15 days later, I received a voicemail regarding my issue. I've returned the call a couple days later but was told the rep that contacted me was gone for the day. That was nearly a week ago. In all, I'd recommend Mr. Duct but would caution you as to my experience with customer service. Perhaps withhold payment until you can confirm that everything was satisfactory (a reasonable ask as the credit card machine was not working during my visit and they had to call me later when it was).
