Dad asked me to go to Orvis to get a dog leash last month. He had tried every dog leash he could find for his small wiggly dog. Orvis carries a rope leash that is perfect and she doesn't wiggle lose. On my mission to fetch a leash, I was pleased to see the large selection of shirts that look awesome on Dad. It inspired me to freshen up his wardrobe too. He looks excellent! The female staff person on that day rescued me as I was loading up my arms. She too was kind and respectful. Today I went to return the two that didn't quite work and left with clothes for me this time. Thank you!

im here on 1/20/26 and have not been greeted or asked if i needed help for 30 minutes and there are…read moreno other customers. theres 3-4 employees complaining about customers. one of them mentioned a customer asked for a discount of $30 and were joking how they shouldve charged them $30 for bringing their children into the store. they seem pretty rude and definitely need some training on whats appropriate to say in front of customers. it took 40 minutes for someone to ask me if i needed help, and after wandering around looking for something that apparently isnt in the store (...the website listed it as in available in store); someone came in and stole a couple items worth $1k (according to the employees) because the employees were not paying attention! the only reason they even found out someone stole something was because another customer walked in and said they saw the guy run out with stuff. definitely wont be returning here.

He was great to talk to and just pick his brain. We made our purchase and we were on our way. The next day we went, I was helped by James. James was coo but he talked a lot. And the pressure to buy, buy, buy a gun was just more than the actual sales person. He pulled out his phone and showed us his collection of guns he made which was quite impressive, but, I do not want to buy a gun if I don't need more than what I am already getting. But my coolers last me 10+ years, so I should be good. Most of the negative reviews complain about the warranty anyway, and their soft coolers and bags. We have bought 1 RV and 1 motorhome in the last year From Rodger at camping world. That being said we will not be going back to camping world. Every time we have taken our RV in for service they keep it to long and really don't fix our problems. We have a trip next week and can't wait. This time we did the repair ourself. Our bathroom toilet foot paddle wasn't working right. We just replaced the toilet with a new toilet. The new toilet had the gasket from the factor put on wrong. We tied to take it back, never used it. The girl Ashley in the parts department told me they don't take toilets back for any reason. Maybe someone should of told us that or put a sticker on the box. Very rude girl acting like I was wasting her time. After about 15 min waiting on her to text her boss. I went to the front to talk to one of the bosses. Jose came out. Never have meet him before but same way Ashley was, just rude told me there was nothing I can do for you. He told I can take the new gasket and fix it myself and leave and turned and walked away. Way would I fix a new toilet right out of the box. Just very disrespectful for a boss. If this is how your employees treat your customers, then we won't be back. There are way to many places in Katy to deal with the rudest of there employees.
