Dad asked me to go to Orvis to get a dog leash last month. He had tried every dog leash he could find for his small wiggly dog. Orvis carries a rope leash that is perfect and she doesn't wiggle lose. On my mission to fetch a leash, I was pleased to see the large selection of shirts that look awesome on Dad. It inspired me to freshen up his wardrobe too. He looks excellent! The female staff person on that day rescued me as I was loading up my arms. She too was kind and respectful. Today I went to return the two that didn't quite work and left with clothes for me this time. Thank you!

im here on 1/20/26 and have not been greeted or asked if i needed help for 30 minutes and there are…read moreno other customers. theres 3-4 employees complaining about customers. one of them mentioned a customer asked for a discount of $30 and were joking how they shouldve charged them $30 for bringing their children into the store. they seem pretty rude and definitely need some training on whats appropriate to say in front of customers. it took 40 minutes for someone to ask me if i needed help, and after wandering around looking for something that apparently isnt in the store (...the website listed it as in available in store); someone came in and stole a couple items worth $1k (according to the employees) because the employees were not paying attention! the only reason they even found out someone stole something was because another customer walked in and said they saw the guy run out with stuff. definitely wont be returning here.

But my coolers last me 10+ years, so I should be good. Most of the negative reviews complain about the warranty anyway, and their soft coolers and bags. I called RTIC and was told there was a lot that was pulled because all of the bottles had a smell and odor. I was told by a RTIC employee that Anaxin is still selling the damaged bottles. RTIC has to issue the refund and they will not give me my money back. Every time I call, an RTIC tells me I will get a refund- except I never do. There is never an available supervisor and I am out money I cannot get back.
