After initial cleaning I checked my credit card and discovered the charge was higher than the agreed amount. I called, they apologized and refunded me. They did an amazing job making sure that my appliances were clean and I truly appreciated it. However, when I began to move in and put stuff away I noticed that the inside of the kitchen cabinets and drawers were not cleaned at all. I ran my finger across the bottom and there was so much dust and debris. The same goes for all of the light fixtures. It seemed like they didn't dust anything and just did a surface wipe down. I ended up having to re-clean everything myself. I was very disappointed with having spent $400, I definitely felt like I didn't get what I paid for. I will say that they were kind when I spoke with them on the phone, I haven't had a chance to call back regarding this issue (I had it cleaned in the beginning of April) and I know it's well past that time but Ive had a lot of things hitting me back to back so tried to let it go and I'm sorry, I just couldn't. It bugs me a lot. I'd definitely be happy if something could be worked out regarding this but I also completely understand if nothing can be done because it's been so long. Like I said, they were very kind and did a great job with the appliances, I just strongly urge you to thoroughly check after they're done cleaning.

It was so hard to keep up with the mess and pet fur especially with a new baby in the house. I was on the fence of getting a cleaner but am so glad I did. I have it scheduled for every two weeks and look forward to the days they come and clean. Shout out to Team Luz for always doing such an amazing job!!

I chose this company because of the great reviews, and unfortunately, my experience was highly…read moredisappointing. I booked Spekless a month ago for a deep cleaning. I live in a 3 level townhome. The cleaning was booked for just the main and top floors, but was still over $300, including $30 for an oven cleaning. I'll start with the positive- customer service and communication was great - responsive and friendly. I was told the deep cleaning would take up to 3 hours. I was home to greet the cleaners and left my husband home while I ran an errand. My husband called literally an hour later and said they were done. I rushed home to check the work and found visible mold/ dirty in the shower, which is the ENTIRE reason I called a professional service. My stove cleaning was also not completed. I reported what I found to customer service and sent pictures. They apologized and scheduled for the cleaners to return - TWICE. They canceled each time, and in the end, never returned. I was granted a $30 refund for my oven and $20 credit for my next service. I would NOT recommend this company and will not return to book any additional services. Beware. UPDATE 9/29/26: Spekless Cleaning contacting me after my original review and offered a complimentary cleaning - including an oven cleaning. Yes, it would've been great to receive the proper service the first time around, but I truly appreciate their efforts in finding a resolution and it showed how much they value the opinions of customers. I'm adding 2 more stars to my review.

In the last few times I've used them, Daniel would change the rate price on me at the last minute and would notify me either day prior or day of so it would be impossible for me to find another cleaner at the last minute. He increased my rate because I renovated my home and added a bathroom. Then from there he increased the rate again significantly the night before the appointment stating that it was because I didn't do a cleaning last month. I was away for work for a few weeks so I obviously wouldn't need a cleaning but I did try to book them that month in question and they weren't available before my trip so I opted to have them come after my trip which is why I couldn't book them last month. Felt like they were extorting me and putting me in the last minute situations knowing I had no other option to be fulfilled in time.

The only reason we continued to use them is because they would fix their issues after we complained, and then kept their prices lower than their competitors. However, the most recent cleaning involved them canceling literally the morning of, without responding to our questions on rescheduling. When I finally heard a response, they asked us for a higher price. We have continued to use them for over a year and this is how they treat their most loyal customers? Edit (1/15/2023): if you read her response below, she never addresses their tendency to cancel the morning of, without responding to when they can reschedule. That's because there is no excuse for that kind of unprofessionalism. Not cleaning the place well because they have to use vinegar is one thing, but setting improper expectations and frequently canceling is another.
