Aida's has the Midas touch of baking. Everything she touches is perfection! She made the most decadent, detail-oriented Avocado cake for my birthday, which had even small stippling on the peels. Inside, it had honey layered cake on the inside, which pairs perfectly with coffee. Other favorites of mine: ALL flavors of eclairs (especially fresh vanilla bean), salted caramel hazelnut tart, and her chocolate lava cake. I absolutely loveee their eclairs. The classic one is my favorite but the Apple one is also SO GOOD. The chocolate one too, you can't just get one you have to try them all for yourself haha. I also had a cake custom made for my birthday and they did an amazing job!!! The flavor of the cream was just right, not too sweet or overpowering. And it had a sculpted chocolate decoration of dentures( im in dental school) on top which was so neat! Very talented baker, I will recommend to all my friends! read more

I met Aida at the farmers market. She was very nice. There were variety of eclair flavors to choose from. She recommended snicker eclair. It was so good. It was a premium dessert. I like the nutty crunch on the outside and the sweet creamy caramel filling inside. Next time I will try her other flavors. read more

I give five stars to Aida's bakery! For the first time, I ordered a customized small/medium size Napoleon cake for my friend's baby shower. I asked them to make a pumpkin fall them cake. On a side, I ordered red velvet and berry cupcakes too and all of them were very yummy (not too sweet and I loved it) and the way they looked were so delicate and cute. Aida and Andrew's response was pretty quick as well and their service was very friendly and flexible. I would order cakes again from this place. Aida's Baking is the BEST place to get customized cakes. I had such a great experience that I've finally sat down to write my first Yelp review (after years and years of using Yelp). They had wonderful customer service and superb communication. Very quick turnaround time. I told them what kind of cake I wanted and just sent them a picture of the design. The cake turned out AMAZING. The fondant and design was beautiful. And...not only did the cake look great, but the cake itself tasted GREAT! Was not overly sweet, filling delicious as well. Aida make my 30th birthday cake and I am not exaggerating when I say that it was not only THE MOST BEAUTIFUL AND CREATIVE CAKE I've ever seen but it was also the best tasting. It some sort of salted caramel chocolate explosion of deliciousness, OMG, I seriously ate the cake for 3 days straight, thank god everyone at my party was too drunk to eat any bc there were lots of leftovers haha!
