When they first opened I went once or twice and shut it down for their skimpy portion. Coming back after such an experience to this is completely a turn around and a win. My hubby and I have came back at least three times now and I call that success! I love that they have chili oil. Blessed! I also get eel sauce and spicy mayo. They're great on portion and veggies. I love getting extra cucumbers. Soooo yummy. I add furikake and crunchy garlic on top and it's pretty fire. I also enjoy the options of having exciting mixed in over my rice/salad bowl or separate. The place is pretty clean and there's plenty of sitting. The staff have been great at all times and we love to get it for pick up or sit down. Glad to say it's a nice spot close to home (:

The GM María was the one who assisted us. I have to say she has Extraordinary customer service !: He helped us save $10 on our meal by telling us to sign up and all that. She was very attentive. She was also kind enough to take a picture of us when we asked her too. She didn't accept our tip and yet still provided excellent customer service! Maria thank you for making this experience better than we could have expected!: We had an amazing night but you made our experience here at this place so much better! We need more people like you around!

This was a very nice poke spot. My niece and mom went to eat pizza and I can't do cheese very well so I ate over here. The food was a little different when they had some unique combinations which made it stand out from other places, the service was really good and the server did a great job in explaining the different options they had. The ambulance was good as well there was plenty of seating in the inside. I will check out again soon.

Got my first uber eats order here and I got a 2 scoop poke bowl... and wow what a let down. Barely had anything in it. Definitely not worth $17. Won't ever come back here. Hardly any poke!!

I don't usually do this but I wanted to make a point to. I wanted to give a special shoutout to the manager Maria for her ability to handle multiple tasks at such a high volume. Her professionalism impeccable. The food is amazing but the people who work there back it up!! I've been coming here for years and since the last time I was here, there's so many obvious improvements. I was trying to kill some time waiting for an appointment nearby so I decided to treat myself for lunch and did not expect to witness such hard work during rush hour!!

I walked into this place with a good attitude and open mind, because I have never been to this place before. I ordered a mini bowl and got 5 pieces of salmon in there, and barely any of the toppings I asked for. The bowl was drowning in sauce and the salmon did not taste fresh. I had a question about adding a topping for an extra charge and was rudely told that they could not do that, which is fine. The young man I ordered from was not helpful at all, and sort of rude. Not a good experience.

A well-deserved five star rating me and My HuSbAnD have been here a handful of times now and I must say every visit has been met with friendly and helpful service. You definitely get quality size servings, especially for the prices that you're paying their flavoring is top-notch especially with the spicy options that they have and the salad is always fresh just recently we've tried their musubi I was a little hesitant on letting My HuSbAnD try it but he turned out to be a big fan. The location is always clean and well kept good music not playing too loud a great option when you're looking for a fresh meal.

We passed by the city redlands and craving Poke. Find this place from a local friends' recommendation. I love their Tereyake chicken bowl, unlimited toppings and healthy base options beside white rice ( glass noodle, salad, brown rice), they cook Tereyake chicken on front of you. They made it very juicy and soft, super good. I don't really recommend you to try their poke bowl if you want Hawaii level poke. otherwise, feel free to try their Poke. I think they are decent. Besides, they have more topping options than a lot of poke place, like red radish? fish egg, sprouts. Try their combos, any bowl add two things(+$3): drink and a nice quality ice cream cup, is a very good deal.

The food looked great.. but half Way thru my husbands bowl, there was a huge black fly covered in sauce trying to walk away. OMG. Terrible! I had purchased 2 large bowls and a chicken bowl online and never received it, employees closed the store and we didnt know cause online they said they were open. The next day we called and the girl who answered kindly made our order, I noticed my food was very warm and they had placed warm rice in my plate when I ordered raw fish and fresh greens, so my fish and greens were warm and unpleasant. I found about 3 pieces of ahi tuna that were completely GREY! The Avocado was black and we had paid extra for Avocado. I ended up throwing my food away, I lost my whole appetite. The only good thing was the chicken bowl, it was very delicious, I ended up sharing that with my kids. read more

ordered via grubhub: I have never experienced such literary incompetence before. I ordered a 3 scoop poke bowl with rice salmon, spicy salmon, octopus, house sauce, spicy creamy, cucumbers, crab salad, seaweed salad, avocado, and eel sauce; as well as for a miso soup and a tropical drink. My order consisted everything i asked for as well as for things i didn't ask for: edamame, pineapple. My drink was not in my order. The rice was kinda hard, the crab salad was not disgusting, and there was just something off about the fish in generally. I am appalled and disgusted. read more

Wanted to give this spot a try since it is new to the area, but we did not have a good experience. There were two workers at the time we came in, and they moved very slowly as a line began growing. One of them helped me and my girlfriend, building our bowls one by one (we each got a 2 scoop). They were out of white rice, so we opted for brown rice. It was undercooked. The quality of the fish, and even the tofu, was subpar. The sauces and toppings were fair, but the portions were not great. Quite a few people were impatiently waiting to order and pickup to-go orders that were not prepared by the time our bowls were built. We hope that the service can improve, but our overall experience and food was not worth $32. read more

Service is fine but for the price, servings are so small. Nearby poke places have larger servings for cheaper. On top of that, there is an up charge for ahi tuna (due to shortage, according to them) but no other nearby poke spots share this issue. Skip this place. read more

This was the best poke bowl of my life. The fish was so fresh, just as fresh tasting as the bowl I had in Maui. But this one had WAY better flavor. I mixed it with the house spicy, eel sauce, and spicy Mayo. I got the tuna luau and sweet salmon. The price was higher than average but so worth it to me. I'll only go here once in a while for a nice treat. read more

Ordered delivery on Uber eats and was not expecting what I got. Ordered a bowl with brown rice base but the rice came in a separate container? Also I ordered 3 scoops (2 blazing salmon and 1 tuna luau) and got barely any fish. Very small portion sizes. Taste was 6/10. read more

Very great customer service. It was my first time coming to a place like this and the two ladies, I think Maria and Taya, explained it to me very well. Man it felt like a restaurant with how friendly and helpful everyone was. The food itself was great, just had the chicken and it was good. This location just isn't up to par yet. I put in a couple online orders and both times, they were not ready when I arrived (I came after the time that was given online for order to be ready). One of those times, I sprung for the Avocado and was up-charged only for it to be left out of my order. For the hefty price compared to other local poke places, they are pretty stingy with ingredients. Food is decently tasty if not the freshest. read more

First off over priced!!! There scoops size for the fish is half the size what other poke spots give, and there largest bowl only gives you 3 scoops for $15. Also even the scoop size for the veggies are half the size! I also asked for Tuna as one of my proteins, and they go on saying that it's extra 75 cents because of a Tuna shortage that I've never heard of nor are any poke places doing the same for a supposed "shortage". The freshness was average, and nothing special here. Avoid this place, and find another spot nearby, because they are all better!! read more

I'm so glad I heard about this place! As soon as you walk in, I was greeted. The staff was super friendly and helpful! They helped answer the questions I had and also gave me great recommendations. They explained very well when I was unsure of an item. They took their time and I didn't feel rushed. Which I really liked because nowadays you're rushed at other restaurants. First time visiting 6/16/2023, approximately 6:30pm. Took me a few minutes to figure out what I wanted to order. I couldn't decide right away what I wanted because everything looked great. The Girl in front seemed kind of rude at first, I let it slide and then when she continued to rush me, raise her voice and be rude, I literally told her to piss off and that her customer service sucked! It was so bad I walked out! This girl needs better people skills! And you lost a customer due to her nasty attitude. Please retrain her! read more

Both times I came inside to pick up my online orders the music was blasting! Like out of control loud. I was not greeted (if I was I couldn't hear them due to the music). Also the place was a complete mess. As I sat at a table to wait for my order to be completed, my table had food &crumbs all over. As I looked around all the tables were filthy. Also the trash was toppling over with garbage and the floors looked as if they hadn't been swept for awhile. Also a gentlemen walked in and he literally stood there for about 3 min waiting to be acknowledged. Customer service wasn't good at all and cleanliness even worse. read more

Cured my hangover. Tasted amazing. Was super quick to order as well, which was awesome because of how cranky I was from the hangover. Within 5 minutes of walking in, the food was literally ordered and devoured by animalistic hungover appetite. Rawr. I'm a happy camper now. read more

Came in mid lunch rush team was super friendly greeted everyone, made sure everyone was acknowledged. Family came in and order 10 bowls and they knocked it out. waited about 3 min quickest service. That's what happened when we were there. For $15 you can get the XL plate and it comes with ALL the meat offered, rice, and mac salad. For the XL plate we got: 1) Teriyaki Chicken: -This did not come with enough sauce in with itself, so I had to take some of the sauce from the teriyaki beef side. -Chicken was kinda dry and not very appealing texturally for me. -A bit too chicken-y if that makes sense. This was my least fav of the meat trio. 2) Pulled Pork: -On its own, pretty dry but I can taste the kalua pork inspiration. Then I realized, it auto populated a tip on there. Anyone not paying attention, can easily miss that, and I'm one of those people that goes through prompts fast. But I knew my total should have been in the $8 range and it was $10 and some change. When I took the tip off, it went back down to $8. They are one of those places, that charge for using a card as well. On the other hand, the wontons were good.

Interesting mix of sweet, creamy, savory, and umami. I'm not the biggest fan of turkey, but turkey tail isn't a very common "cut of meat" to order. Really rich, tender, and a bit greasy, but if you love turkey, this is perfect for you. Nice mix of flavors with this order and has the most variety. Definitely get this if you want a little bit of everything. Lamb meat was also moist and rich as well. Unique eats and great welcoming service as well!

My other co-workers ordered a hot honey cinnamon cappuccino with oatmilk, an iced golden hour from the spring menu, a cortado and a cinnamon roll. The golden hour was an iced mango lemonade topped with matcha and she loved it. The cortado tasted real authentic according to my other co-worker. The cinnamon roll shared amongst a few of us was to die for! We're definitely coming back.

Doesn't look like much when you walk past, but the definition of a hole-in-the-wall. Best fresh poke food I've tried. There's about a million options available between the menu board and wall full of specials, so it can get a little overwhelming, but you really can't go wrong.
