How hard would have it had been to take a couple of orders or at the very least say "Hello" or "Give us a minute we are a little busy". Don't keep talking to your favorite customers and continue to walk by myself and my guest without saying something. The whole vibe seemed like the moral at this establishment with this shift is very low. When we unpacked our food which was packed nicely in one box, I discovered they gave us two lunches of beef ribs, and no baby back ribs as requested. In addition, there was no utensils or plates, but I was fortunate another person at the park was kind enough to supply me a few disposable forks. As for the food everything was decent with the exception of the dry corn bread, and the beef ribs really didn't have any smoke bbq flavor. I learned a valuable lesson from here, never assume your order will be correct and I'll check my takeout orders before departing in the future.
