I hit a huge pothole on I-95 and bent my wheel. Thank you RIDOT!…read more Fortunately, I found ARG Wheel Repair on a Ferrari forum as well as a Porsche forum. If those supercar guys use them, it should be good for my Mazda! I was right. Ryan was able to repair my wheel and it looks like new. It also cost 1/3 the price of a new OEM wheel. His shop is located in an industrial part of Fall River, which is kind of hard to find. Just follow the road until it ends and hang a right through the gate and you'll see a workshop with Audis or other cool cars in front of it. He does a lot of work for the big dealerships as well as tire shops, so cut out the middle man and come straight here. The repair takes about a day so you'll have to leave your broken wheel and drive home on 3! Seriously though, Ryan will put your spare tire on to drive on temporarily. Less than 24 hours later, you'll have your good as new wheel back unless he's super busy. Call ahead to get a time quote.

I am very impressed with my whole experience at Bayside Auto and Tire Care. The front desk…read moreassociate, Matt, was not only professional and fast, but personable and genuine. It is difficult to come by a mechanic establishment that is precise, committed and thorough. Throughout my whole experience, no one made me feel small or clueless; AKA no one patronized me. I find that is not common as a young woman going to a mechanic. I will certainly be back here for all of my car needs moving forward. The prices are unbeatable AND they offered me a military discount. The man who worked on my vehicle explained things so well and truly seemed to care about my safety. Not once did they appear frustrated with me for my questions-and there were a lot of them- and I respect the way they conduct business. My vehicle went in early afternoon and was ready by early the next morning. I received a rental car free of charge which alleviated my stress significantly. Thank you to everyone for your help!!! I'm almost looking forward to the next time my car needs work because I'm not nervous that they'll try to pull a fast one on me or anything like that. Well, I don't want my car to need more work lol, but if it does, I trust this place totally.

After calling around to several other shops without much luck, I decided to stop back in to at least ask about pricing. That's when I found out the company was under new ownership. After speaking with Fabiano, the new owner, I immediately felt confident I was in the right place. He took the time to walk me through a wide range of color options and finishes, which really helped me dial in the exact shade I was looking for. Once I chose the color and clear coat, he ordered everything exactly as requested. The turnaround time was incredibly fast, and the quality of the work exceeded my expectations.
