Brought our 2024 Prius Prime Plugin Hybrid that would not start this morning without first charging the engine battery. 3rd time this has happened since purchasing this Prius new. I have a 2012 BMW with 90K miles that Pat has been maintaining for me the last 5 years. During this time, I never had a repair problem until yesterday when the warning light came on about the drivetrain. Of course, I was concerned and expected a major repair bill. I took the car to Pat and he stopped what he was doing and started to diagnose the car. He then told me that most likely it wasn't serious. I told him I had an important doctors appointment the next morning and asked if I should rent a car. He said "leave the car with me." Later that day, he called me and said the car was repaired!
