He gets defensive any time you question a price or suggest getting another opinion. He quoted my daughter nearly $2,000 for a few repairs. When I mentioned going to another shop, he was clearly unhappy. Well, we did and not just one, but two different mechanics looked at the car. Both shops did more work for about half the price he tried to charge. Customers keep your business running, so some honesty and respect would go a long way. There are plenty of other mechanics out there, and we'll be taking our cars to Twiggs from now on they've always been polite, fair, and transparent.

When I returned home to Fall River, MA, I sought out Mike's Collision. I chose Mike's because of convenience, fairness, and honest appraisals. For me, it also mattered that the facility is "Faith based", meaning that they answer to a higher authority. The Associate who served me is Steven Medeiros. He was sensitive, personable, and competent. He offered several options. I chose a less expensive one because I didn't want to go through insurance and I plan to keep the car. Plus, I can't stand to be without transportation. The work done was truly incredible! The amount estimated was the exact amount charged. Service was provided while I waited.
