Instead, she waited for more than five hours before anyone even diagnosed the issue. The owner, Steve--who I later learned was the person working on her car--was rude and dismissive from the beginning. Rather than helping a young customer who was alone and already in a stressful situation, he treated her with a lack of professionalism and respect. She left the shop in tears after spending over five hours waiting for what should have been a straightforward repair. As a parent, it's upsetting to know that a young woman traveling alone was treated this way. I would not recommend Tire MD in Bristol, Rhode Island. Based on our experience, the service was unprofessional, communication was poor, and the pricing was excessive.
