I made an appointment for 11 am on a Thursday. I usually wait in the waiting room, but they send me an email saying to drop it off. I can't do that I work nights and generally need uninterrupted sleep. I show up, they don't put my car in queue, it just goes in the office. They tell me it will take 1 hour to 2 hours to look at the vehicle. I want to 2 and half hours and realize, they are not going to do my car. I left. They have three guys at a desk. The inability to communicate that they are too overwhelmed with work is a problem. Instead of having these three guys, hire some more mechanics. This isn't just a Sullivan's tire issue, it is a problem wherever you go these days. I long for the days of reliable mechanics that earn your service by taking care of your car in a timely and honest way. read more

I came in for a simple oil change and Tire rotation at 9:45/10:00 am get it back at 5:00 pm with damages from them hitting something and footage proof of it not being there when I dropped it off, the manager Manny only defense at the Fall River location was arguing with me saying I'm trying to get a tech fired, I told him I do not care who damaged my vehicle, It is not in the condition I dropped it off in, literally just had it detailed as well and it was covered in oil and my wheels were not rotated. I will be filing a police report and contacting my insurance if they do not make this right, My bumper is also very loose now and it doesn't seem safe. The truck was washed directly before showing up and was in pristine condition they tried giving it back without the rotation I paid for and this damage gave me a number to try to call but nobody answered. read more

Made an appointment last Saturday to have the tires replaced which I already had and have a front end alignment done. Total comes to $440, which is ridiculous first off. I go ahead and allow them to change them since the tires are bald and it's beginning to snow. I ask how long may this take just to be aware when I should come back to pick up the vehicle. No clue. 1 hour? 2 hour? Nope, we'll give you a call. Okay great. Calls me 3 hours later to ask if I have the socket to take my own wheels off. A tire shop that doesn't have a socket to take a wheel off. Let me remind you that it's no specific socket. A harbor freight $2 dollar socket if we're clear. At that point I just went and picked up the vehicle and I'll be bringing it anywhere but here. Highly would avoid this place being that they don't have the right tools and all around terrible knowledge. read more

I am very thankful for the service I received today. Not having an appointment, I was worried that I would get turned away. Thankfully that was not the case. Wife brought her car in due to one tire having a slow leak. Sullivan technician sold her the tires. Before leaving they said the car needed a brake job and had her schedule an appointment. I had a look and found nothing wrong with the brakes. Just to be sure I brought her car in to our independent mechanic here in town. He put the car on the lift, inspected all four wheels and concluded the brakes were fine. Very often chains will give incentives to technicians to book work, needed or not. Caveat emptor read more

came in for an oil change and an inspection sticker and my car ended up staying there for over 24 hours because my latch to my hood couldn't open and they "didn't have any mechanics" that could fix it that day. ended taking another day because they had to soak my latch in penetrating oil which is okay, but they just went and did it anyway without any communication or asking me considering it would have to soak for a whole day/night. They tell me they can't do a sticker because my light to the license plate is dangling and I need to fix that before hand. I specifically ask is that the only thing I need to fix, they tell me yes. I go back with my license plate fixed and they fail the inspection sticker because I need to fix the airbag light. please avoid this place, they severely lack any communication skills and apparently "mechanics" read more

They have always given my family good service whenever I bring our vehicles in. I like that the mechanics will do a vehicle inspection when you come in for a simple oil change. I like knowing that they may find something wrong, that I may not have known about. read more

Went to Sullivan tire Fall River on 2/16/23 with a pretty simple request,rotate front tires (almost new) to back and put two new tires on the front. Got the car back with 2 new tires on front and old worn tires still on the back. I brought this to the manager's attention and he stated " that can't be I watched the tires be rotated." He continued to argue with me stating that he had watched the tech rotate the tires. The tech finally came out and admitted he did not rotate tires and simply replaced the front (newer) tires with brand new tires and left the old worn tires on the back. Complete incompetence and outright lies. Take your business elsewhere. read more

Brought my car in to have a tire repaired (nail) and noise in front-end inspected... They fixed the tire but, despite telling me to the contrary, did not re-inflate it.... In addition, they claimed to be unable to hear the noise in the front-end, but went on to tell me that a $600 brake job would fix the problem they couldn't find in the first place. I declined the brake job... The fun continued when I picked up my vehicle and they tried to charge me $65 to patch the tire, claiming that a labor charge for diagnosing the brakes I never asked them to check. I refused to pay, and left with a $25 flat tire fee before going to a gas station and re-inflating the tire. Never again read more

Had to update tires and called around. Several local retailers never answered the phone. I went into one big chain, after waiting at the counter for 7 minutes, finally got some attention and was led on the tire tour of their liking. I called Sullivan tire and the rep on the phone was cool, no pressure and helpful. When I went into the location, the guys at the counter where great. They called when my car was done. Did a great job for a competitive price. I didn't give five stars because the installer, in my opinion should clean the rims after install (they were pretty trashed with his paw prints). These guys are horrible... I wish I can say I had a good experience, but they make it hard for me to write anything positive. All I needed was an oil change and they made me wait 2 hours and didn't even try to contact me. Another lady said it took too long and I ask anyone to reconsider their visit and go elsewhere. I had a screw in my tire that needed to be removed and patched. A worker came out to look at it and says they can't fix it because it wasn't in middle of tire. I ask him how much a tire would be to replace, he tells me "I don't know all kinds of prices", then tells me to go to Firestone. I took my car to Henry's tire and they fixed within half hour for $25. I guess the guy at Sullivan's just didn't want to be bothered. First and last time I'll try this place. read more
