Fun place to enjoy karaoke and Korean food at a surprisingly affordable price. For people who are going here for the first time there's some things that would be good to know: 1. Much of the song list is in a foreign language (Korean, Chinese, etc.) Most of the selection in English is pop music so most of the music you'll find is ones that were popular in the radio in the last half century -- limited if you're looking for show tunes, oldies, pop opera, etc. 2. The food may seem a little pricey at first, but if you look at my pictures you'll see that these are more party sized portions. Each dish can easily feed more than one person (in particular, the fried chicken). 3. Service is quick and friendly and you do not need to know Korean. The staff is very helpful with everything from getting extra utensils to taking a group picture. With that said, it's quite an enjoyable experience and I've paid more at other spots for less food and worse karaoke experience. I didn't find any of the spicy items here to be too hot, appropriate I think for those who have a lower spice tolerance. I particularly enjoyed items that were fried and found them to be quite crispy. Audio quality was pretty good as well. The design of the room helped to isolate the noise between rooms and prevent the sound from bouncing around the walls too much. The microphones were also above average in picking up the sound of the vocals. Overall, fun karaoke experience and delicious food here make it a good choice to celebrate or have a fun evening out.

My husband and I went to Agit to celebrate a friend's birthday. There were nine of us who went. Two hours of karaoke cost $120. For food, we ordered the bulgogi (Thinly sliced rib eye marinated in sweet savory soy sauce. Served with rice), fried chicken with salad (fried whole chicken in the pieces with pickled radish and spicy sauce on the side), tteokbokki (Spicy Korean street food. Rice cakes and fish cakes in red chili sauce are served with assorted tempura), seafood scallion pancake, deep fried pork cutlet (breaded deep-fried pork with special sauce), and the spicy pork bulgogi. The food was good but it was not very distinct from food that you can find at other Korean restaurants. Despite charging above average prices, there were many elements that seemed very cheap. We were served with plastic glasses, plastic silverware, and paper boats as plates. These plastic boats almost fell apart. We were given no serving utensils with our dishes. We all had a good time, but there are other places that I would try before coming back.

So fair warning, this is my first karaoke experience so I can't really compare it to anything. Let's get into it! My first impression wasn't great because walking in I got a big whiff of a strong cleaning chemical smell. Not what you want to smell when you walk into any establishment that serves food. That said, I really liked the vibe of the place. Dim lights, neon, and all the other visual elements give the place that late night party style I like to see. We had a large group, and personally I'm not sure which size room we had reserved but with 9 of us it was a very tight fit, a few of us had to stand. The set up here is all in Korean (I think). There's a translation on the wall so you can figure out the buttons and set up, and the book with the song list is in multiple languages but flipping through it is a bit confusing. When your renting by the hour you can't afford to waste too much time finding a good song so this set up is somewhat inconvenient. The selection wasn't too inclusive but plenty of hits made the cut so most people will be able to find something that appeals. I felt like the songs were playing too fast. I understand that's a common practice to allow for more songs per session, but it seemed really fast to me. Keeping up with some songs was tough. We could hear people in the next room singing, but only when our own music wasn't playing so that's not a real issue. The food was good enough. Reasonably priced for what seemed like party sized entrees. The fried chicken was just ok but there was a lot of it. The spicy pork and the pork cutlet both stood out as tasty and well prepared. Service was a highlight of the experience. There's a buzzer by the door if you need anything and they were always quick to respond. Overall I had a good time. I'd give them a 3.5 if I could but I just didn't feel like it hit 4 stars for me. I'd like to come back and just try some different food and drinks but I don't know if I'd want to karaoke here again.

Came here to celebrate my birthday ! Had a great time and the food was delicious. Portions were generous which are more than enough to share and very tasty. We got the champong (which their known for) - seafood noodle soup. Also ordered the brisket salad, volcano egg casserole (very cheesy), fried chicken (half spicy). Tteokbokki with ramen and cheese, and an order of Kimchee fried rice. Out of all the orders what stood out was the Kimchee fried rice, the fried chicken, and the seafood soup!

First time trying this place but I've heard of it. They have private karaoke rooms that I have yet to try. So stay tuned! We came here after the Twice concert. They are one of the few places that was open late. And when we were done eating the place was almost full! That was 12 or 1am in the morning. Very nice and chill place. The food was ahhhmazing. We ordered their the following: Grilled Sausage with Tteokbokki - this is very cheesy so if you are not into cheese this dish wont be for you. Beef Brisket Fried Rice - this was also good but theres a bit of a spice to it. Beef Bulgogi - this was really delicious and its definitely a must try dish. Rolled Egg Omelet - for me it was ok. I prefer the steamed egg. Seafood Pancake Scallops - i liked this. They overcooked the egg to the point that there was a bit of a crunch to it. Its a bit pricey but what korean place isnt. The only thing was one of the servers we felt like he didnt really wanna serve. Oh well. Lol Definitely going back. Especially wanna try Karaoke. Happy eating!

My cousins in suburban Chicago and I made up for lost time at this happening spot last night. It was an evening that was about three years in the making since COVID-19 dashed our plans to visit the last time I was here. As an American of Filipino descent, I'm well aware how karaoke is to my people like soccer is to our Latino/a cousins. When I'm invited to do karaoke, 10 times out of 10 I'd accept. Hanging out here capped off what had turned out to be a super fun Saturday that began with my niece's high school graduation party. It was the best three hours we spent as a family, belting out everything from Taylor Swift to Foo Fighters to BTS. I had a blast to the point I forgot the establishment serves food. And speaking of food, we had a couple of starters that were good. One of them, the Grilled Sausage and Rice Cakes, was really good. I then learned that reservations for a room are usually recommended. That said, it was really cool of the place to allow us to get ours on the spot.

Amazing spot for any person, couple or group looking to do something fun for a change while eating some super delicious food. If y'all ain't familiar with Korean style karaoke rooms (otherwise known as 노래방). Different from western style, 노래방 (no-Rae-bang) are private sound proofed rooms for you and your friends to hang out in. You can eat all the foods (except for stews and soups at Agit) and just sing all the songs you want. The staff is super friendly and setting time or extending is very easy as you tell your staff how long you want to be singing. If you're nervous it's ok. All you gotta do is take a shot or two of soju and just sing with no care in your mind. It's all for fun and Agit does a wonderful job making sure the vibes stay steady and immaculate Awesome place! And we'll be coming back more often! 감사합니다 아지트!

This place is a proper Korean bar equipped with karaoke rooms and delicious Korean dishes. The vibe is casual and lively. And the food, it's amazing and the portions are very generous. I went here for a GNO and a birthday and both times, the food and service did not disappoint. Perfect for both occasions. We started with grilled baby octopus and have tried the grilled beef brisket salad, beef intestine and rice cakes, half fried and half spicy chicken, and ended each night with spicy seafood soup (jjampong). Each dish came out fast and fresh. Honestly this is the perfect place to have a chill time with friends and eat well at the same time. Look no further if you're struggling to find a place to eat/hang! You won't regret it!

I'm probably the least versed on Korean food, but adventurous to try anything. A friend recommended this place and the food was great! Note, again, I am not well-versed, so can't speak of the authenticity, but my friend's been to Korea and she said this food was good. For an appetizer, we got some potstickers, which were deep fried and came with this spicy mayo cabbage garnish. It was off to great start. We had some spicy Korean rice cake, aka. Tteok-bokki. If you don't know what that is, its considered Korean street food and consists of rice cakes and fish cakes in red chili sauce served with assorted tempura. Bong! It was fantastic. I don't know if its legit or not, but my friend asked for cheese on top, which the server did not blink an eye about. So I assume that's a normal thing to do? We also had the grille baby octopus, which was righteously good. Not chewy, packing with flavor, and just a good time to demonstrate your chopsticks capabilities. Service was great, the food was great, and the overall experience... great! BATHROOM REVIEW: Located in the middle of the place, the bathrooms were somewhat dingy, but got the job done. Everything was in working order, and pleasant. Sit or squat? Squat.

My group of four ordered two orders tornado potatoes, buldack chicken with cheese, kimchi fried rice, bulgogi tacos, and fried calamari! The fried calamari was mixed in with some fried onions and jalapenos. It was well coated in the batter. Everyone's favorite of the night had to be the tornado potatoes, it was so well fried and kept its shape which is super nice. This is more of a street food which we all didn't know a restaurant sold around the Chicago land suburbs!! It came with honey mustard and ketchup. The kimchi fried rice was kept hot being in the stone plate and we loved detail with the egg all around and topped with cheese and seaweed flakes. The buldack chicken unexpectedly had a barbeque sweet flavor to it and was definitely spicy to its name. It also came with small rice cakes! The bulgogi tacos weren't too much of a showstopper in flavor and made us feel heavy. Overall the meal felt to be on the pricier end for the portion that was given, but definitely would come back for those potatoes. We also would try their soju cocktail punches served in its respective fruit that we didn't get the chance as they were unavailable at the time.

    Looks underwhelming but delicious. :)

The meat was tender, juicy, and packed with flavor -- especially dipped into the sesame oil sauce or that savory soy-based sauce with scallions.
