Superior Network Upgrade and Expert Service by Digital Dragon…read more I initially contacted Digital Dragon to resolve a frustrating deadzone in my home WiFi network. Dean recommended upgrading from 7 year old Wifi equipment to Ubiquiti equipment and suggested wall-mounting the access points for optimal signal distribution. His advice was invaluable. In addition to the Wifi Access Point placement, Dean also recommended to hardwire the APs directly to the primary router. This way there would be no loss in bandwidth. Dean provided a detailed quote that was very close to the final cost, with the total coming within 20% of his initial estimate. Dean's co-work Larry performed the installation. Larry has over 20 years of network cabling experience and showed up on time. He followed the guidance given to him by Dean and finished all of his work on schedule. The new Wifi7 access points have significantly enhanced the coverage in my home. All of the dead zones have been eliminated. I am getting super fast wifi connectivity in all of the rooms throughout the house. Digital Dragon also added an ethernet port to my gaming room and now all of my hard wired devices in that room (Gaming laptop and PC) can take full advantage of my Fiber internet connection (1,000MBps Up/Down speeds). I highly recommend Digital Dragon for anyone looking to boost their home network. Their commitment to delivering high-quality technical work, combined with excellent customer service, truly sets them apart.

I have had horrible WiFi for years at my house in Long Beach. Right now I am using Spectrum and the…read moreinternet access is the worst...I pay so much for the service and it is not good. My system would buffer like 1995. I decided to get an after-market router instead of continuing with the Spectrum router. I couldn't figure out how to get it to work so I found Gus on Yelp and saw that he had the most reviews and most of them were good. I called and spoke to Gus. He asked me to explain to him exactly what was going on with my internet. After that, he told me what his price was to come out and troubleshoot. I told him I would think about it. The next day when I texted him my hire decision he told me he had been thinking about my problem and said he thought he came up with a resolution. He told me to call Spectrum and have them replace my modem. He also sent me a link of two items to order on Amazon and said he believed that once these were installed that would solve the problem. I followed his advice and then set an appointment for him to come...he is very busy so getting a time we could both agree on was a little difficult...but was finally resolved. Let me say he was here for an hour and 40 minutes and his remedy solved my problem 100 %...My internet is so fast now. I have 5 bars all the time and have only lost service once for a minute since he was here a week ago...he was extremely professional and knowledgeable....what he told me to do was exactly correct. He installed my Nighthawk router and an Amazon Firestick I had purchased and also the two items that actually make my internet work now. I also had no sound when watching Netflix and even their techs could not resolve that issue, now everything works perfectly...it was worth the $235.00 I paid. I called last Friday to get a technician to come out today, Monday, to activate my ethernet port…read morehere at home. I had a 1:30 pm appointment. I figure things happen and take time so I didn't call until 2:30 pm or so to check on where the technician was. I was told that my job had "not been added to the schedule" but they would see when a tech could be there. I was then told 3:45-4:00pm. No one arrived. I called at 4:15 pm and was told they were 25 minutes away. I called at 5:01 and the voicemail said the office was CLOSED and here it is 5:15 and no one EVER ARRIVED. I realize compared to other jobs this company has, my job was small and not worth a lot of money. However, the measure of a great business is to treat small customers as well as your big customers. If you don't show up when scheduled, fail to add a job to your schedule, and keep lying to your customer about the arrival time of your tech who NEVER shows up at all...why would I trust this company with my larger corporate work? How you treat people matters, whether the job is big or small. This was unacceptable today and I did not appreciate that I had to keep calling YOUR business to find out what was going on, what happened to the tech, etc. Why aren't YOUR people communicating with customers? Why didn't anyone apologize? Why didn't anyone call before close of business to say, "Hey, we're not coming!" I was extremely unhappy because no one cared that I had taken time off work to meet the tech and no one cared enough to even CALL me and let me know what was going on. You guys dropped the ball big time here and were incredibly thoughtless and rude. Update: They just arrived at 5:36 pm. The techs themselves were GREAT and were able to do the work and complete the job. However, I wanted someone to know about the lack of transparency and communication today as it was very upsetting to me. The quality of work and the people you hired to do the actual technical job were terrific, knowledgeable and qualified. I realized it was not THEIR fault today, but I think it's important for people to know about the communication problems. I updated my review from 1 star to 3 because of the actual techs and their skills.
