June 1, 2014 I moved to Florida state, got my license and was excited to start my real estate career again after 15 years living in Wisconsin (by the way, I sold over 1000 homes there). In mid June, I signed a contract with Agent Image to create a website. Salesperson promised me unlimited pages (which later end up not being true, they do have limited pages) and website as good quality as 2 websites I showed to him. Timeframe to complete the website was promise 4-5 weeks, 50% upfront, 50% at the completion. I mentioned salesperson of Agent Image about my trip to Moscow mid November "International Real Estate Trade Show" and how important it is for me to have all marketing done on time. I straggled horribly with Agent Image designer / representative, he could not understand what I want no matter how many times I explained. Agent Image developer was moving very slowly, minor change would take 2-3 weeks. They would not respond on calls or e-mails. I felt Agent Image hired people from India to work on my site. Two weeks before my trip I started to feel very stressful. Over $10,000 was already spend on this trip. All marketing materials were designed and printed with my new website address, however, my site was not even half way done and not published due to this reason. I offered Agent Image help, I hired web developer from O'desk, paid him some money and directed him to communicate IMAGE AGENT people. He straggled and was not able to help them, because they would not give him full excess to the site. They requested full payment in exchange on full excess to the site, which I disagreed. Later, I asked for partial excess to the site, so I can download 144 luxury condos, I was allowed to do so. In Moscow, every night I would stay until 3am downloading 144 developments and improving the site. I believe I invest over 100 hours into this site personally. Over 300 people received my marketing materials not to mention magazines and websites publishing information about my site. On the second day of the Trade Show my website was published, half way done in absolutely in horrible and very embarrassing condition. I was divested and disappointed. Today is December 23, my site still have 10 pages that do not work: "search by map" and 9 developments / luxury condos does not link to IDX properly. Manager, of Agent Image, Michael Martinez, who promised and missed 12 dates of "site to be completed" stopped communicating with me 2 weeks ago. I left him voicemails, send him e-mails, mentioning that we are 2 weeks overdue again and requested site to be deliver immediately. Six months working on the website is more than enough time. He finally responded today proposing the site as is and requesting remained payment. I do not know how to deal with this situation, hiring an attorney? Hire a new company to create a new website? Any advise would be greatly appreciated. read more

Given my first good experience working with Tommy, Web Marketing Strategist, and team at Agent Image, for my twin sisters (real-estate agent for Keller Williams) website I contracted with them again returning for a second time. The second instance was to create the first website for our Lake Improvement Association. Tommy provided some very good examples of other websites for me to review as it relates to layout, design, etc. This was helpful research in creating a unique and up-to-date website. Additionally, Tommy outlined various packages they offer and was generous on price given the repeat business, which I did not expect. I shared with Tommy that I would like to work directly with Marc, Project Manager, whom we work with on my sisters website going forward to make updates, changes, etc. I specifically selected Marc because of his patience, attention to detail and how he takes great pride and ownership in each project. I found that what's most important to Marc is that his client is happy. During the process of creating the new website for the Association we had some bumps in the road which I shared with Marc. Bumps are to be expected as nothing runs completely smooth. And, I'm probably not the easiest person to work with. Marc fosters good communication and does the best he can in regards to delivering expectations for product/site review on time. What I came to realize is that specific delivery dates can be out of Marc's hands when action items are with the developers. I realized patience during the process as I'm not the only person creating a website with the company. That said, the timelines were fair. During the staging of the website Marc had some health issues. During this time the team at Agent Image picked up where Marc and I left off. For example, if Marc was running late or I needed updates while he was out Miguel, Internet Marketing Project Manager, would keep me informed at all times; he was very proactive. Additionally, during a critical time during the project Michael, Client Relations Manager, stepped in to spend time with me on the phone and help complete various action items. The service is impressive! And, in a few instances when the developers were not getting something right I know Marc would sit with them to go through in detail how I envisioned a page, subtab or link to look and/or be viewed. The website is almost complete and I am thrilled with the final product. If asked, "would you work with Agent Image again on creating a new website", the answer is YES. read more

Aubrey was very responsive to emails and quick to get updates to us. We were very slow with getting content to her, but she respectfully sent us reminder emails so that we could keep the website project moving along. She was great during the backend tutorial, everything is very clear about how we can update our website. She is a very great communicator. The thing we wished we'd been provided with at Agent Image was more direction. Since you guys are the "experts" in the field of real estate websites we expected that the people we would be working with would give us more ideas, direction, and an idea of what the current real estate website trends are. Instead we were always asked what we would like-- never given exciting new ideas that we would expect from designers to provide. For the amount of money we were spending we expected the designers to take more initiative and wow us with creative ideas. The level of enthusiasm and creativity was low. For example, something like this would have been great: "This feature X has been extremely popular among agents recently and they have been getting great feedback from clients on it. Would you like to include it on your x page?" It also felt like we spent a lot of time giving VERY specific design direction for things that professional designers should automatically know to do. Color, font size, aesthetics, etc. Things that we requested were not taken care of across all of the pages, ie we wanted the sidebar removed and they forgot to take it off 3 pages, one page had font that was bolded for no reason, font sizes were very small at first, etc. This is not about Aubrey specifically-- she was very nice and helpful-- but about the company as a whole. Four stars for Aubrey, three stars for the company and its standards. Overall we are happy with our website, but we just had higher expectations of service than what were provided and for the money spent. read more

Anyone thinking about using this company for their web design should really look at the alternatives. I've worked with and built a number of websites over the years and the initial concept of this company sounded reasonable. Quite expensive but quite easy to develop further if required and the process sounded simple and straight forward. What a mistake. Basically this is a wordpress template with a pretty home page that should be coded and uploaded in a week, bare in mind they have produced over 10,000 sites in the same manner so you'd think they'd have this down right? Wrong, it took them 6 months to put my site up from start to finish. It's not so much the site was over priced and took far too long to build, but it's actually a horrible looking and horribly non-functional site too boot. The home page looks good, but the rest is so badly coded that I haven't even used it and just written the money I spent with them off as a bad experience. There were weeks spent telling me they needed different coders to work on different parts of the site, which makes no sense as it's just a case of adding certain modules to the site, again which they've done countless times so should know what works and what doesn't. There's a lot better sites you can get for the price they charge, and you don't need a template it can be designed from scratch. If you understand word press, then clearly you understand this is not worth the money and frankly if you spent a few weeks working on a wordpress site you could probably make as a job as they do. I am writing to express my profound dissatisfaction with Agent Image, particularly regarding my interactions with Sebastian. He assured me that I would receive approximately 100 leads per month; however, I am receiving fewer than four. This discrepancy has led me to believe that Sebastian was dishonest, and I question the integrity of the company's sales practices. Despite investing $500 monthly in pay-per-click advertising, the return has been negligible. When I addressed these concerns with other representatives, they stated there were no guarantees regarding lead generation, which contradicts Sebastian's promises. This inconsistency suggests a lack of transparency and reliability within the company's sales team. My experience aligns with other complaints filed against Agent Image. For instance, the Better Business Bureau has documented grievances about unmet promises and inadequate service delivery. Similarly, reviews on TrustLink highlight issues with unfulfilled commitments and poor customer service. Given these experiences, I cannot recommend Agent Image to others seeking reliable lead generation services. AMAZING EXPERIENCE THUS FAR!!!! I am currently in the process of developing my website with Agent Image...and must say that I am quite impressed thus far! My art director, Monica, has been extremely responsive- despite all of the negative reviews below regarding their lack of communication- my experience has been just the opposite. I had a very clear idea of what I wanted my website to look like, and my art director, Monica not only listened and delivered exactly my vision- but EXCEEDED it! My website is sharp, unique, vibrant, and it is not your standard "run of the mill" website. If you are looking for a website to get up and running in a day- then standard is your way to go...and Agent Image is more than likely not for you. Things have been wonderful! Gino has been great! He has great insight and has been wonderfully patient with me! So far, It has been a wonderful experience. My project manager, Gino, is easy to get in touch with. His follow up has been timely and detailed. His suggestions and guidance have been educated, clear and forward thinking. I am not the most techologically savvy person out there, so his patience in describing what is needed from me and how to attain it has been refreshing and very customer service oriented. I found Agent Image at a Tom Ferry Event. The people at the "booth" were happy to take the time to explain the process, costs, benefits and show examples of sites they had created. Everyone that I have come into contact with throughout the process has been professional yet "real." I am very happy with my choice to work with Agent Image. I am very impressed with my project manager, Gino. I believe that communication is key in any relationship. 12/8/2010 My wife just got scammed out of $775.00 by this company Agent Image. Rusty or Jennifer, can you explain why your company told my wife IDX would be free here in Virginia, when after your company received a payment from us of $775.00, then we had to find out differently that it is not free. Agent Image never even built our site since we e-mailed a few days later to cancel our web site design due to finding out everything that was told to us before we paid was not true! Free IDX was our main reason for using your company and that is what your high pressure sales rep told my wife. Three days later we ask for a refund, and your company refuses!! BUYER BEWARE! WE WERE LIED TO AND CHEATED OUT OF $775.00. Now we have had to contact the BBB and our credit card company. Agent Image is operating a very deceptive business practice. There is a lot of articles very similar to mine on this site and others sites. P.S. It's never a good thing when you have to talk to a sales team first to only get sold on a certain service/product, then you realize later after you pay and get transferred to the web design team that everything you were told by your sales rep is NOT TRUE!!!
