After having a great consultation and feeling like they understood what I needed and what I was looking for I was ready to get things started. The minute my project got handed off to the developer, the communication lines stopped, and it was very hard to get a hold of anyone. I couldn't get any answers or feedback and at the end of the day the website they built ended up being a very expensive business card. It was completely static., and to top it off the company didn't even know what they were doing when it comes to building websites in my industry. I ended up having to go to a new company and starting all over and rebuilding my new website from scratch. Deceiving company, Lisa would chase you and bomber you with emails and calls until she made you sign the contract. After you sign, she would go ahead and charge the card without authorization in advance and before she would even deliver the website. She is hard to communicate with, doesn't deliver on time, the website she wants to deliver to us is very different than what we have agreed on, very disgusting sales and customer service behavior. Made the new website live and it's not even working nor ready or functioning and now I have no website causing me punitive damages.
