Absolute Nightmare Experience - Total Lack of Competence and Constant Broken Promises If I could give Agent Image zero stars, I would. What was promised to be a seamless, professional web design experience turned out to be an absolute disaster from start to finish. Here is just a fraction of what you can expect if you hire them: Shocking Lack of Quality & "Design" Talent: Their so-called "design experts" are anything but expert. They posted blurry, pixelated logos, mismatched element sizes, and created pages that looked like a visual throw-up of a dozen different font sizes and styles. Basic Fact & Spelling Errors: They managed to spell our names differently all across the website. Worse, their geography skills are apparently non-existent--they literally put mountains on a map of Florida. Zero Project Management or Communication: There is no organized task list, no structured timeline, and virtually no meaningful communication. We had to ask for the simplest, most basic changes over and over again because nobody was paying attention to our feedback. Endless Excuses and Broken Timelines: We were initially told the project would take 6 weeks. We are now well past 10 weeks and still waiting for a usable site. All Talk, No Substance: Every time we expressed frustration, we were met with fluffy corporate buzzwords: "It's all hands on deck!" or "You are our top priority!" Blah, blah, blah. It's a mountain of lip service with zero action or results behind it. Save yourself the massive headache, wasted money, and endless frustration. I would not recommend using Agent Image based on my experience. As a Real Estate Professional your online image is everything. Agent Image originally set up my site in 2020 - In 2022 since I had not received any leads from them and it was only a sitting page I wanted to move it to a less expensive hosting company. They say you can take your site with you since it is yours and build on a word press platform. Well let me tell you the horror. Two months ago, I woke up to an error message from them caused by a plugin issue, and my website has been down ever since. Despite submitting multiple support tickets and making numerous phone calls over the past 45 days, I have been unable to get this issue resolved. My site has been down and now completely ruing my online experience. My branding matches my website which is down. One of the most concerning aspects of my experience is the lack of true ownership of the website. Agent Image charged over $2,000 to design a site that they represent as something you "own." However, key plugins and functionality appear to be controlled exclusively by their team. When you choose not to continue their service after the initial year, those plugins can be revoked, which in my case caused the entire site to go offline. Because these plugins are not accessible to the site owner, there is no way to restore the functionality independently. Unfortunately, I have not received meaningful support or a solution despite repeated attempts to contact their team. For anyone considering this company, I would strongly recommend clarifying who controls the core plugins and what happens if you decide not to renew their service. Based on my experience, I would not use this company again. Just ruined my business and experience with my customers. Look at Luxury Presence instead. read more

I hired Agent Image after being shown beautiful, professional real estate websites and being told mine would be of similar quality. What they delivered was nowhere close. When I raised concerns about the poor design and quality, the manager's solution was to change the font. If a simple font choice was making the website look bad, why was it used in the first place? That response alone told me everything I needed to know about their quality standards. I repeatedly emailed the company about my concerns and refund request, but my emails went unanswered for weeks. Only after multiple follow-ups did they finally respond, citing a "3-day cancellation policy." The problem with that argument is obvious: they told me the website would take 4-6 weeks to build. How could I possibly know within three days, before any meaningful work had even been delivered, that the final product would be so far below what was promised? I didn't cancel because I changed my mind. I canceled because of the poor quality of the work. Instead of standing behind their product, taking responsibility, or working toward a fair resolution, they hid behind contract language and refused a refund. If you're considering Agent Image, be very careful. The websites they show during the sales process may not be what you actually receive. They deserve NO star rating. read more
