After mocking up our display, we noticed that one of our main pop-up banners broke and couldn't wait for an online order since we needed to pack everything on a pallet to go out in a couple of days. We stopped by on a whim and struck gold! Not only did Munna handle everything personally, he was on time and truly saved the day. On the same first visit, we noticed bags that he can print and several other promotional items for our department. He's done such a great job that we now get most of, if not all of our collateral items through them! They are fast, conveniently located and reasonably priced. I've never had any issues meeting my deadline and Munna's team truly does work very hard to ensure our needs are always met. KG has done such a great job for us that I've referred Munna to several of my VIP customers! For the last couple of years, I've heard nothing but great reviews from MY customers which, says a lot! It was a quite a cool and great experience. The owner was very nice person. Then we learned he's been vegan for more than 3 years. When we told him that we also offer a separate vegan menu in our restaurant he was so excited to try our food as well. So he decided to support our business in these hard times, when most of the businesses are closed temporarily because of corona virus, covid-19. In a few days he delivered our "open for takeout and delivery" banner along with 2 other banners. It was so fast and he did all the artworks for us. We highly recommend this place. The best and most affordable printshop in The Valley and Canoga Park.Specially because it is owned and operated by a vegan person. We support vegan businesses, and all other small businesses. But keep in your mind, ordering online is the best way. Practice social distancing and cover your face when you are in public. Wash your hands more frequently. Stay home if you feel sick. I told him what I needed and he was upfront about pricing and gave me several options to choose from for my business cards. Impressed by how responsive he was, I added to my order and got business cards as well as decals for my business and they look great. At one point, Jovan called me to express his concern with a possible issue; I picked a very dark blue color for my cards with a gloss finish. He showed me how dark colors and gloss finishes sometimes attract fingerprint oils when being handled. He had already received an order from me, but this really showed me that he cared enough to make sure I was going to be happy with the end result before moving forward. I chose a color almost exactly the same as the original and I can no longer tell the difference. I'll definitely be going back to Jovan and I recommend anyone reading this to give Fast Printing a chance.

She measured my car window, and took my info and thought it would be about $25 (comparable to Badge Busters two doors away). While I knew it might vary a little from her first guess, I said, let's proceed. She said the actual designer needed to get my artwork and give me an exact quote. So, I sent them an EPS (vector scalable) file of my exact logo/design. A week later, I hadn't heard anything so I stopped in. They were confused and thought they sent it. Asked for my contact info again and that night I actually got the quote. For the big sign on the back of my vehicle, it would be $75. I replied that I would like to see a proof just to make sure it looks alright and then let's go for it. (Three times the price of their competition, but I wasn't too worried. Then I get back another email saying, it would be an extra $35 for "design". I was confused as I already did the design and gave them a perfectly finished piece of digital artwork. So, I called in to make sure I didn't misunderstand. They said that even with my artwork, they need to charge a "design fee" as it is just standard policy. I asked why they needed to charge me to use my OWN artwork. They said, "Anytime we have to turn on the computer to do anything, it is $35" That is just the owner's policy. I asked to speak to the owner and they asked why would I even want to see the proof before they did the printing. WHAT? As a small business owner, I go out of my way to accomodate my clients and a simple request like, "Can I see it before you stick it on my car" would be the sort of request I would not think twice about. But, she kept repeating, "Sorry, that is our policy. We can't change it" So, instead of spending over a $100 for something that should have cost $25, I am taking my business next door and hopefully, the owner can learn from this situation about how to provide some small level of customer service. In a commodity business like printing, there really isn't anything to make your business stand out besides how you treat your customers. Then again, maybe I am such small potatoes that they don't care one bit about losing my business. Good for them.
