So finally got fed up, and I called BATH and told Ari what the issue was. He gave me a budget, which I bristled at, at first. Then he walked me through a likely fix, which involved a couple routers networked so that I had independent wifi running on both floors of the house but on the same network. The tech came by and was super nice, and walked me through what they were going to do. I was cautiously optimistic. When they were done? I almost cried at how well everything ran through my house. They even set me up so I had ethernet directly to my gaming PC, and direct into my TV and Xbox. I have not had a single issue since (beside Comcast caused outages), and have blazing fast wifi throughout the house (I pay for the gigaspeed Xfinity). I'm finally utilizing the speed as sold to me by Xfinity. Thanks so much BATH. I really appreciate it. Zencom was recommended by my security camera company to come in and replace the fiber so I could get my cameras back up and running. Adam came out from Zencom and quickly assessed the situation, spoke the language of my security company and developed a plan to replace the fire damaged cabling. Within a very short time, he obtained the necessary supplies and had the replacement installed in less than a day. More impressively, he came back and spent hours making sure all the cameras were back up, correcting minor issues he came across with my initial installation and left me in a much better situation than I was in even before the fire. Gabe answered all of my questions, big and small, throughout the whole process, and communicated clearly and thoroughly (I consider myself to have a basic/intermediate level of understanding technology, but am no expert). What I really appreciated was the transparency given with price quotes, and found that their prices are very reasonable for the service. Since I don't live nearby their shop, I took advantage of the free Uber service they provide to have your device picked up from and delivered back to you. I was incredibly hesitant to give my device, with all of my data on it, to an Uber driver, but Gabe assured me it wouldn't be a problem and that he had means to handle if anything went awry with the delivery. Thankfully this wasn't an issue. I don't know of any other company who offers this service, let alone at no charge. I am delighted and relieved to say that Total Computer Solutions was successful at being able to retrieve almost 100% of my data - the few irretrievable files ended up being not very important to me anyway. They also hold onto your data for 3 weeks post-service as a precautionary measure. FM was very hands-on helpful during implementation, setting up our new equipment, phone queues and autoattendents exactly how we asked. Then in March, the world changed. But our staff adapted immediately, largely thanks to our new FM system. With care-giving staff in the office, and everyone else at home, our internal and external communication continued seamlessly. Adding a line cost me $190 a month more and he is offering $10 off and here is the kicker I have to go back to the store to get this deal. What?' And he is sorry he cannot do more. This review isn't just about the store. TMobile SUCKS. don't get sucked in by their initially cheap prices. Don't make the mistake I made. Stay with Verizon or AT&T. T Mobile doesn't care they lie to get you the business and no one takes responsibility to solve billing issues.
