I hired Gene and his team this year to file taxes and was hoping to create a long-term financial relationship with them. They are nice people and were really helpful with filing this year as well as previous years outstanding taxes. Unfortunately 6 months later it's still not complete and I am trying to finalize payment plans on my own. I tried to contact Gene multiple times with either no response or no follow through, so I ultimately ended my business with them. He did apologize and offered to finish the job after I ended our business, but it's been dragging on and weighing on me for over 6 months and a new tax season is coming up again in only 2 months and it's just not worth the headache anymore. I would not recommend hiring Agape Wealth Management unless you have easy simple taxes that don't need any communication or follow up from them. read more

He's responsive: I reached out to eight separate tax / wealth services firms by phone and via Yelp and Gene is the one who responded the fastest. Everyone else either did not respond or indicated it would be a week wait (or never) before they had time to help. 2. He makes you a priority: I had a bit of a time-sensitive important question and Gene immediately put aside other obligations to assist me. I was having nightmares and stressing about the problem too. 3. He's knowledgeable: Gene was able to speak knowledgeably about my topic and provided additional information as well.
