Found out the hard way that all of the items they deleted are actually on dispute status so the underwriter for my mortgage didn't approve me for a loan. At first I wrote a good review because Indeed things were "deleted" so I was able to only get my score up and get a credit card . I wanted to employ the services of Credit Rx America however, I never made it passed the second step. Which is emailing your user name and password to you're credit bureau website. Apparently a$$hole30 wasn't appropriate enough for "her" I believed she used the word "foul" and demanded that I changed it. After informing her the purpose of a password is so that no one can crack it and that I'm not requesting her help in morality, I decided that I didn't want their business after all. I'm writing a review to validate that credit RX is amazing. I have been through Lexington law. And paid $100 a month for about 2 years for them to dispute 6 items off 3 credit Bureaus all together. The process was very slow and I looked into another company. I fell into the hands of joe and kimberly, 2 great people. I only have 3 collections all together and within a month they have already removed 2/3. I'm very happy and they're definitely not scams. Joe and his wife Kimberly are complete scam artist!! BEWARE!!! They promise to charge by individual removals and guarantee their work. I was excited to be charged for my first 2 removals. 99$ per. Paid for them and within 1 months time they were right back up on my credit report again! Joe immediately said that he will guarantee his work and remove them! He never did, months pass and they removed another small $50 charge and charged me 99$ per again. When I mentioned about the other payment for the charge that didn't get fixed he gets completely flustered and starts making excuses. I decided not to pay until he fixed the previous charge. HE NEVER DID! They sent me a bill for the payment demanding payment or threatened legal action! When I called to sort this out, he became extremely belligerent, exact words used was called me a dick head and blocked his number! Save your money and time with these crooked lying scam artist and FO NOT USE THEM!!! They're liars and dishonest people!!!! read more

When I began working with Credit Rx America, I was scared and to be honest I was hesitant. I was trying to do all the research I could do on fixing my credit and what I should be looking for in credit repair companies..... One of the larger known companies had so many bad reviews about billing and how long they took to actually repair your credit, I was not going to become another victim!! While searching for a credit repair company I stumbled across this company and decided to call. I wanted to hear what made them so different and bottom line was, if I could afford their services. I found out that they had no "enrollment fee" or "monthly fee".... HA! In fact it was just a straight up charge of $99.00 per item deleted. I was a bit skeptical about it, but sure enough my negative marks began to disappear on my credit report. What I thought was a far-fetched dream now was becoming a reality.... I was fixing my credit!! Joe and Kimberly was straight forward with EVERYTHING (step by step instructions), NO HIDDEN FEE'S, NO BEATING AROUND THE BUSH AND EVERYTHING WAS DONE IN A TIMELY MANNER!!! This company is small, so when you call you're not speaking to someone that is hard to understand or an automated machine, you get a live person which is Joe or Kimberly and emailing is not a problem too, I get responses in less than an hour or 2 regardless of time or day! In less than a year I am debt free and have good credit with all 3 credit bureaus and have gotten instructions on what to do next to keep building and maintaining my credit. So, at first I was kinda skeptical at this credit repair stuff because it seemed to good to be true and I didn't want to pay money for something that didn't work along with waste my my time since I am planning on buying a house by the end of this year and the faster, well the better. My friend recommended me this company which he used before and said actually worked for him. He said they only charge you when they get a deletion not before. Since that was the only thing really holding me back I called them after only a week of procrastination. I ended up using them and they wrote personalized letters for each negative thing on my report. It did however take about 6 months so far and I have one item left but I had about 15 to start so I can't say I'm dissapointed really. It's also family run so I talked to either the husband or wife, who are the owners every time I called or emailed them. And not only did they help me get rid of tons of collections and a couple public records but I learned a lot in the process like paying off the collectors doesn't do anything for my score they just add a little note saying paid and if I get a notice in the mail from a new collection account (he called it a dunning notice) he would contact the collectors before it even showed up as a negative item. All in all super awesome and helpful and if you are skeptical of getting your credit repaired it not a snap of the fingers. You can't fix it as fast as you can wreck it but it can be fixed for sure or at least from my experience and I've definitely recommended this to everyone I know so far already! read more

If I could give a zero, I would! I am not sure how they could be working with people/customers, but they do NOT have the basic Customer Services 101! They are very very rude - yelling, screaming, and calling their customers names??? Really? Wow! This is an emotional time for clients when talking about credits and this is a professional that should be clearly aware of this. It is very mind blowing that he made up lies of the things I supposedly said. Really?? I wish I could have recorded our conversation, but I know for sure I was accepting when he said "I cant help and delete this for you". And he tells me that I was MAD and begging him to delete it. First of all I was not mad, I was more likely heartbroken and I did NOT beg. Hahaha. Wow! Joe is not just rude but also a liar. Also, the wife, Kimberly....I would not use her as my front person to speak with customers. 1st, she also needs to take Customer Service 101 class. 2nd, she needs to brush up about the business as she seems to not be confident about the service/info that she provides. 3rd, she and Joe need to show respect to their customers! read more

Credit Rx America and its representatives Joe & Kimberly have attempted a scam & fraud on me. I now have everything in writing and I will be reporting you. On 2/24/2016 Initially you guys stated you will be sending letters on my behalf to the creditors and that I would receive letters back from them within 7 - 30 days which I never received not even 1 letter. I noticed something was wrong when you guys tried to charge me for an account that was still on my credit report that you claimed you had gotten deleted. After contacting both Transunion & Experian credit bureaus they both stated that these accounts were scheduled to fall off by themselves because of the length of time they where on my credit report and that on my Transunion report it was still showing and had never been deleted only updated by the creditor. I expressed my concern with Kimberly who became angry & rude with me on the phone. Then I wrote Joe, who was trying to say it had been deleted even after I showed him proof it was still on my Transunion credit report and who finally said "Just pay me the $99 for the non-disputed delete and will not proceed with further work". After I did further investigation I questioned why I hadn't received any letters at all. After 2 non response from my emails I sent a 3rd email stating to close my account. Then Joe replied that "You have residentcollect left and I've sent no further letters because of your failure to pay your bill." Note he has not sent letters to "residentcollect" when supposely he had already sent them letters on 2/24/2016. I then expressed to them that I felt he was lieing to me and he responded by threaten or blackmailing me by stating "Your file is no longer active, but you still owe me money which is subject to collections, the charges incurred for collections, penalties, and interest." Basically implying if you do not pay me he will put me in collections add penalties, interest, etc. I have come to the conclusion Credit Rx America and its respresentatives are a complete fraud. They do not send any letters out. They wait for items to fall by themselves from people's credit reports and then try to charge for them like if they did the work when they haven't done anything. Then if you do not pay them they threaten you by putting you in collections & adding fees. I have filed a claim # 2725828 and will be reporting you to the proper authorities, agencies, & bureaus.
