I had been waiting for 3 hours! I called O'Sung Towing LLC and was told they provide 24 hour service; OMG, this is a AAA contractor and they represent AAA. We are 40 year members of AAA! This fact did not impress the AI or human Josh, or Lovye or Christine with AAA that I had been waiting for 3 hours and the fact that as a senior citizen, my request for a tow was disregarded as a insignificant. AAA wanted me to CANCEL my request for a tow and risk waiting 24 hours as their contractor O'Sung Towing LLC prides themselves to service AAA members, without regard to being members for 40 years!
