It's good to have insurance but with the right company. I had a mainland insurance and it was more…read morebut they actually had no problems. I paid monthly and I got one insurance card with the effective date and the expiration date. When I had my car shipped I changed to a local insurance and State Farm was affordable. The only problem was I paid for a 6 month policy and instead of getting a card with the 6 months of insurance, they gave me a insurance card for almost every month. I eventually called to end my policy with them and that's when I saw that the only insurance card I had was digital and it was from August to September. I called the insurance agent Kaina and I asked if the insurance card was supposed to be like that and he said "we give insurance cards for every month due to people lying and fraud of using expired insurance cards". Thought that was weird. They said they mailed out an insurance card every month but that wasn't true I didn't get any. So I had to ask them to email me all the months. Anyways I wouldn't go with State Farm for these reason. It was too much and weird for me.

Even though the first company didn't work out due to some paperwork complications, she went above and beyond to find another option for us. During the process, she took her time to educate us, and I have to admit, I had no idea about many of the things she explained. It's rare to meet someone who genuinely cares about their clients and isn't just doing it for the money. Later, when she found out that we were paying very high health insurance premiums, she went out of her way again to help us find a more affordable family plan. The point I'm trying to make is that, as someone who has worked in hospitality and customer service myself, I truly appreciate people like her. It's not often you meet someone so patient, kind, and genuinely dedicated to helping others.

Literally has never been helpful in more than 10 years. So many of my friends rave about their helpful State Farm agents who work with them to ensure they do not have to pay for tiny windshield dings or who go to bat for them during an accident dispute. This agent has never done anything but give me the brush off. However, I get switch. I have tried to switch. Apparently once you randomly choose an agent, they are yours for life. So State Farm would rather have me be unhappy and upset rather than just let me switch agents. Hopefully I can soon just switch companies. State Farm = not helpful at all in dealing with "independent contractor" like agents.

I mean, I thought agents were suppose to help and guide you? This scared me to even want to switch back. But now, I'm an adult trying to find my own insurance with no knowledge of how the insurance world works, and I came across this agency. Denise, she was so helpful through everything. As I frantically kept asking a lot of questions - she made no judgement and did her best to guide me on the best option. And! THIS WAS THE FIRST TIME I EVEN SPOKE TO HER! She even took me step by step on every option I could do, and carefully went through it all and made sure I understood. This put me at ease and I have learned so much from that one phone call. After careful consideration, I took her advice. It's without a doubt that if there's someone like Denise in this team then i'm CONFIDENT you are in the right hands. All in all, it's obvious these people care about you and I highly recommend to anyone looking for insurance or just need a brief educational opportunity! This is your team!

They always get back to me right away when I have even the lamest of questions for them. My car was recently hit in a parking lot & Team Tsuha got the tow-truck there & found a reliable body shop (even though USAA was paying - other guys insurance). They stayed in contact with USAA & made sure everything was done right for me. They checked up on me making sure I was well taken care of - from rental car while my car was being fixed to not paying for anything out-of-pocket. I would highly recommend Rosten & staff. We've been extremely happy with their help. You will too!
