So when I moved, I took the opportunity to obtain renters insurance with Ryan Miyashita's office. Then in 2021, with their encouragement, I opted to augment my life insurance with a policy from State Farm. It has been convenient for me having the monthly premiums consolidated and charged to my credit card. Throughout, KC Balboa has been very helpful and patient. Often, when I had to contact the office in the past, it was because my landlord at the time was requesting a timely response from me. Recently, when my renters insurance was coming up for renewal, I was surprised and pleased that Mr. Miyashita's office had proactively sent a copy of my updated policy to my landlord. I didn't need to request that they do this.

Stay away from State Farm Insurance!!! At least, from Gerald Lee…read more We had our home insurance with Mr Lee for nearly 30 years. Never really thought much of it until we needed help. Then, we experienced the absolute worst service we have ever had. Zero communication and zero help. In fact, because we had damage to our home from some heavy storms State Farm actually dropped us..... after 30 years!!! But worst of all we didn't even know we had been dropped! Gerald Lee never called. We assumed it was the same as it had been for the past 30 years. Lazy. Lazy. Lazy. Try another company. Very disappointing after paying all those premiums every month without even one being late (auto pay w/ mortgage.) Unbelievable.

Although my policy rates has been increasing its the fact that cars are getting expensive to repair due to the ADAS systems. I always recommend my clients to FICOH if they want quality coverage. You pay a little more than the Lizard but there's no comparison to coverage. FICOH doesn't use AM parts ( JUNK IMITATION PARTS) FICOH only uses OEM (ORIGINAL EQUIPMENT MANUFACTURER).
