I actually did a 360 scared the heck out of me and my puppy!! When I finally got my thoughts together, I called Wil my Insurance rep! Wil said "where are you, I'm on my way. When he arrived, Wil said OH MY GOD! Are you ok!? When HPD arrived, I couldn't even talk! So Wil said for me not to worry and he's going to take care of everything. He spoke with HPD and took care of my insurance information with the HPD. Ambulance came to take me to the hospital but I had my small puppy with me in my car and she was thrown to the front and hit the windshield and fell to the floor of my car and YES, she was traumatized just like I was. The ambulance driver said that I couldn't bring my puppy to the hospital because they don't allow dogs!! I told the driver, well, if my puppy can't go I'm not going either! I told him that I'm not going to leave my puppy in this mangled car!! Wil told the driver he'll take care of this. Wil asked me where I wanted to go and I said maybe I should go to work! He said to me, NO, you were in a bad accident so I'm going to take you home! Talk about KINDNESS, he told me PLEASE DO NOT LAY DOWN OR FALL ASLEEP! because you hit your head so hard you may not wake up!! PLEASE!! Do not lay down! Watch TV, make hot tea sit down but do not lay down! I had to promise him that I will not lay down. My husband finally responded and he came home from the office! But like I said Wil is the BEST! Wil Chang is awesome! He saved my husband and I a lot of money! I bought a car from a dealership and my salesman asked me which auto insurance I was interested in. At the time I was using Progressive, but I knew I wanted to switch back to State Farm since my husband's reckless driving has past. My salesman referred me to Wil Chang.
