Wil's understanding, experience and knowledge. He actually rescued me when I was in an awful broadside car accident which wasn't my fault. I actually did a 360 scared the heck out of me and my puppy!! When I finally got my thoughts together, I called Wil my Insurance rep! Wil said "where are you, I'm on my way. When he arrived, Wil said OH MY GOD! Are you ok!? When HPD arrived, I couldn't even talk! So Wil said for me not to worry and he's going to take care of everything. Ambulance came to take me to the hospital but I had my small puppy with me in my car and she was thrown to the front and hit the windshield and fell to the floor of my car and YES, she was traumatized just like I was. The ambulance driver said that I couldn't bring my puppy to the hospital because they don't allow dogs!! I told the driver, well, if my puppy can't go I'm not going either! He said to me, NO, you were in a bad accident so I'm going to take you home!
