Agape Optical has exceptional customer service; all staff members are friendly, polite, and helpful. Covid measures: there are hand sanitizers at every table in the store. Agape is doing appointment only and only limits five customers in the store at a time. They sanitize the examination room after each patient and also sanitize all the equipment used. After trying on frames, they'll gather all the ones you've tried and sanitize them. There is also a plastic barrier between you and the workers when picking out frames and paying. The process of scheduling an appointment, coming in, doing the exam, selecting frames, paying, and picking up my new glasses was super easy. The workers are really helpful when you're trying to decide on frames. I was unsure which one to try on but the worker asked for my preferences and gave me honest opinions about each one I tried on; I did not feel pressured to buy any and took my time. When paying, the worker held the calculator out to me and calculated how much the frames and lens would be after factoring in my insurance. I liked that they showed me the calculations so I don't feel like they were withholding information or secretly charging me more. For the eye exam, the doctor is really friendly and helped me ease my nerves! I appreciate that he was very patient. They quoted that my glasses would take a week to finish but it actually took two. No biggie, they called the moment they finished my glasses and let me know when I can pick them up. read more
