We've never owned chickens before, and while I had done my research beforehand, I still needed some guidance. The younger gentleman who helped me was able to tell me the temperament of each breed, as well as what color eggs they'd lay and how often they'd lay. When we were ready, he boxed the chickens up for us, and then helped me pick out the best feed for them. The older gentleman who rang us up also helped carry out the feed and bedding. Everyone was so friendly and helpful! We will definitely be back for any future needs!

She ended up calling over the GM, Michele, who was able to override it (wonderful!) HOWEVER: the GM Michele treated Jess like absolute dog crap. She told Jess to stop pressing buttons when Jess was trying to explain how she wanted to go about it and Michele did not take this opportunity to train Jess, but instead belittle her in front of a paying customer. The super cash didn't even matter at this point, I was disgusted on how a GM was treating her employee. This needs to be taken care of. Felt so bad for Jess!

In fact, I was rather appalled at the treatment I received at one of the largest and well known furniture and mattress stores in East Wenatchee. On my way home I happened to see the sign for Perfect Fit and stopped in. I was greeted by Marcy and after explaining the dilemma I had with my room layout she made several valuable suggestions. No high pressure, no arm twisting, just a genuine desire to help. I left and went home to take some additional measurements. Went back the next day and purchased a box spring and mattress set along with a complete bed frame. Marcy and her husband delivered it when we needed it and made sure it was set up to our satisfaction. After looking over the layout we decided to add another piece, as well, which I bought the next business day. We got a great deal, good quality, and excellent service for our money.

I'm a DIY novice and am working on my first project: converting a bedroom into a photo studio/craft…read moreroom. I knew that I wanted to paint the floor (bare wood in bad cosmetic condition, but structurally sound) so that spills, etc. were not a problem and that my furniture and equipment on casters could be moved easily when needed and not mark up the floor. I went in to the Wenatchee store prepared to buy what I thought would work. After talking to the young salesmen, it was obvious to them that I may be better served with an industrial coating. The guys were amazing and made me a true believer in this store's integrity. I went in there knowing very little, ready to spend a lot of money, and their advice was to come back when their manager was there so that I got the product that I needed to do my job right the first time. They took the time to learn what I was going to be doing in the room, what my goals were for appearance, and explained that they would love to help me further, but insisted that for the investment in time and money I was going to make that I speak with their manager that knew much more than they did about industrial coatings. I'll be going back during the week and talking with the manager to give his weekend salesmen a glowing review AND to get more information so I can make a sound investment.
